So. I went here today and initially the car looked good! Arturo did my car and he did a good job. But the thing is that this interior car wash plus auto detailing cost 191 dollars in total. And I pulled to the side of the road and parked to truly check the detailing and they didn’t do a great job for 200 dollars worth. There were crumbs still on the seat that are easy to vacuum and it just wasn’t cleaned for 200 dollars—maybe I’d be satisfied if I paid 100 bucks but if I’m paying 200 dollars I want my car to be fully cleaned in detail, 90 percent looking like a brand new car from the inside. Also they had put any of the loose items and put them In a bag which they at first said there was nothing but I told them no I left stuff in my car and they I guess remembered. But I’m missing two obvious obvious phone chargers that were connected in the front seat. So I am upset about that.Also I booked this appointment on Friday for the following Friday with A woman. I come in today, Friday, in the morning only to be told it was never booked. Vanessa who was the employee in the morning was very kind and apologized about the mistake and was thankfully able to squeeze me in. Also The woman who forgot to book me was there when I came to pick up my car was not at the register for about 15 minutes, not that bad but I’m not happy with my service so I’m adding it in.All in all it was fine work but not for how much you pay.

My first time getting my car detailed. I just about paid it off so decided to treat myself to a new car look. Wow! They got out all the stains and it looks amazing. Very courteous service. Pic is the before and after of the passenger seat!

I had brought my car in detailing it for the first time; and after the messiness of camping, beach sand, and tons of traveling with it. Cuba did a great job on my full inside/outside standard SUV detailing. Every portion of my car was thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed; no speck remained. I was very pleased as it looked like a completely new car that was right off the dealership lot! You can tell Cuba really had a passion for his job with over 30 years of experience. This process does take a while as my car was in the shop for 6 hours, so definitely keep that in mind when booking.

Hi, brought my car here after ( forget the roof open ) and got my car wet inside, was told everything will be dry and the smell and wet floor will be fixed…After the car was left there for 1 day - from 9am till 5 pm ‘ we went to pick the car and find out that multiple things are dirty ’ the car was having the smell … obviously nothing was done … had to call them and tell them what happened’ took my car the second time there “ again for 1 full day … shortly 2nd time not better than first… they never even said it will take 1 full day and than another full day, we were just waiting maybe it will maybe it will not … and finished paying 200$ For idk what… maybe for the scratch on my seat which they madeThank you

Be aware if using their Groupon deal for a 4 Door Sedan. You get 4 doors tinted, just like the ad says. You have to pay for the 5th, like I will.Edit: In response to the OwnerI now understand the deal and am paying the $80 to finish the back window, like any normal person would. I never said you were at fault, but perhaps a little sketchy (or brilliant) as far as marketing goes. You do mention does not include back window...but at the bottom of the ad after the reviews portion. My ignorance, just trying to help educate the other monkeys out there.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They told me my car would only take a few hours I dropped it off at 9:30am and didnt get I back until after 5pm. They called me on my way home to tell me they forgot to put some stuff back in my car so I went back the next day to be told sorry we called you it was actually another person and they already came to pick up their stuff. The minute I picked up my car I realized the radio screen wasnt working they told me to give it a few days to see if it comes back on and it never did now I have to get the radio replaced completely. Please dont go here they dont know what theyre doing.

I was in need of an interior detail for my Nissan. I got this car when I was 16, and have had it for 7 years, so it was not in good shape. I’m also a nanny, so there were a plethora of stains embedded into the cloth seats that I thought were definitely impossible to get out. The arrangement for the car drop off was easy and great. I was able to drop off my car the evening before, and it was detailed the following day. Arturo detailed my car and did an amazing job. I was literally shocked at how clean the interior looked. It looked like a brand new car. Not only did he detail the interior, but he also cleaned everything under the hood of the car, the trunk, polished and cleaned the tires and rims, AND helped me figure out why my trunk was locked / not opening. I will 100% be bringing / recommending anyone and everyone to visit Pearl Auto if they are in need of a detail. Thank you Arturo! Wonderful work.

The owner I guess who had a car in front of mine was detailing and holding the wash line for almost 1 hour. What an embarrassing experience to wait at least 90 mins once the car inside the gate. Doesn’t care for other people time.

Paid for platinum wash didnt get a plantinum wash smears on my windows didnt get proper wash. Didnt even get my ceramic wax. Poor tire dressing. Never again.

Do not go to these guys to buy a car. I went to check out an Explorer, liked it aside from some issues they said theyd get inspected. Talked about their financing options and how much Id put down and they said theyd give me a call when the issues were figured out. They lead me on for a week and then started screening my calls. If you dont want to fix the junk cars you try and pass off on people dont take my information.

1. Picked up car at night, drove away, dashboard lights and radio all started flashing. Radio stopped working, seatbelt warning light came on. Seemed better when car was stopped but electronics all acting up when car was moving. Called back and guy told me some moisture had gotten into the electronics and maybe it needed to dry out over night. Different electronical problems persisted for three days. Assume they got liquid where it shouldnt have been. There were small puddles of cleaning solution on the rubber floor mats, and all the interior windows required a towel dry later that night due to extreme condensation.2. Main reason for detailing was for attempting to buff out clear coat etchings from bird droppings. They did just an okay job on a couple spots, but didnt even touch a couple spots on the roof of the car.3. Smells like dirty cleaning solution for weeks.4. Interior leather feels sticky.

I have been using this place for the last few years, the service quality has been declining gradually, today it was the worse, I spent 33$ for platinum auto-wash and waited almost 1.5 hours, the interior is still dirty, I do have a dog and I knowledge dog hair is hard to clean out m but they didn’t even clean the dashboard or wiped the dust, I called the manager and showed her that, I won’t come here again, plenty of auto wash places in the neighborhood are cheaper and better service, please save your time and money

I wanted to wait a few months before giving this review to evaluate the quality of the job. I bought a used 2016 vehicle which was previously owned by a smoker. I scheduled an appointment for a complete detail with ozone treatment. When I dropped the vehicle off the tech that would be working on the vehicle went over the details and asked me if there were any particulars to pay attention to. They finished the detail ahead of schedule and when I came to pick up the vehicle, the tech walked through the whole process to show me everything he had done. THE CAR VISUALLY JUST POPPED!!!! It looked great. The true test was whether he got all the smoke out. Almost 3 months later with all the air fresheners gone and driving with the A/C on there is NO scent or trace of the cigarette smoke. GREAT JOB GUYS. Thank you so much. I will be back.

I used to go here often but havent been since last year. Not sure if employees changed since but the wash was not the best. When I got home, I walked around my car and noticed that the front and back glass still had a ton of dirt towards the bottom of the glass. Very disappointed, especially since I tipped.

Yesterday, I came in to finalize the purchase of my Civic. Mike and the guys really took care of me. I didnt feel like I was being exploited in any way whatsoever. First and LAST time going here. Paid for their most expensive package which was $240 for a full detail and over 50% of the car was untouched. Everything on the inside was still dusty, food crumbs still on the inside, wheels uncleaned, etc. I have been to many detail shops, but so far this is the worst one. The worst part was the manager didn’t say a word and said it was clean enough. CLEAN ENOUGH? You gotta be kidding me. A $30 dollar car wash would have done a better job. Very disappointed in their service. Do not recommend at all.

They don’t even bother to wear a mask (cashier or employees) not even asked their clients to wear it properly while they are waiting inside the lobby.Took my cars to wash on the same day in two different car wash, the one before all employees wearing a mask, so don’t tell me is not possible to work with a mask on for everyone’s safety. Go on your own risk.It’s sad they don’t respect this difficult time. It took me time to decide to wash my cars and seeing this makes me decide to do it only automatic car wash ($3.00 instead $20.00)

Brought my Jeep here with over 7 years of cigarette smoke damage. Not only did they completely remove the smell (shampooed carpet, steam cleaned headliner, and ozone machine) it was extremely affordable! They even washed the exterior. Last time it looked and smelled (or didn’t smell) this good was the day it was purchased! Great experience, I will definitely refer to my friends and go back myself.

I drove literally 5 miles to get my car wash because I purchased a Groupon and the website says they close at 5 pm. They had one car inside that was almost done and another waiting. They came outside to tell me they couldn’t take me even after I told them I drove from far away. I will request a refund for my Groupon and will never come to this place. I wasted my time just to be turned away..

Pearl Auto Spa did a great job removing large amounts of Tar from my vehicle’s paint. With road construction everywhere I’m glad I chose them to handle my issue. Very nice and professional staff. Will definitely be using them for future detailing. Overall great place.

I JUST came from this place about 15 mnts ago. I was complaining to them about another car wash that left my car the SAME way I brought it and idk which car wash did a worst job! How u missed the main part that gets dirty inside? (Cup holders) and leave sand all over my car? No wonder they washed my car in like 10mnts! The only reason I came here was bc my preferable place was closed. I will NOT come back! Im so pssd! I dont feel bad anymore for not having change to tip them! On a good note, their waiting area is spotless clean, they do a better job at cleaning the waiting area than cars. Should try housekeeping instead! 🙄

I attempted to buy a 2002 Dodge Dakota 4 x 4, I initially dealt with David and then was handed off to Eddie. I made a deal for the sale with Eddie and put a deposit through Zelle. I came back a few days later with the remaining balance and I specifically asked Eddie if this car was highway worthy before I drove it off the lot. His response was overwhelmingly confident that I would be able to drive on the highway that day so I drove the car maybe seven minutes off the lot and 30 seconds on the highway and it felt like the back axle was about to blow out. I returned to the dealership and told him that this car was not what you said it was and wanted a full refund. After sending their guy out to drive with me and realize that it was not highway worthy they decided to give me The remaining balance and hold my deposit because they said they lost sales due to me waiting five days. Even though Eddie admitted making mistakes in this transaction he refused to give me my deposit back. The owner Rob would not talk to me and said he was too busy and hung up on me

I LOVE THIS CAR WASH!!!!! The staff there are always friendly and greet me with a smile. Apart from their amazing customer service, they always leave my car looking brand new. Hands down I have to say that this is THE RIGHT PLACE!!! to bring your vehicle/motorcycle.I went to 5 different spots looking for a new car wash spot since most places now are TERRIBLE and OVERPRICED.I will say that the staff was very cool. Had someone greet me and take my car the moment I drove in and walk you in to explain the services and specials. That was impressive!! Also you have everyone taking their time getting in the rims, wheel wells and undercarriage. Generous with the soap suds while being washed, Inside was super clean and truck was completely dry. Some of the guys were still drying tiny spots as I was driving out WITH A FULL HOUSE OF CARS! now thats what Im talking about!!! They have very cheap prices for your liking and engine wash was on point!Get the Platinum package, very well worth it and the early bird platinum special in the week was $18 or $19 and they DO EVERYTHING THEIR SIGN SAYS!! inside of doors, dash, windows, air dry and much much more. when most places charge well over $23-$30 and they dont do half the things their signs say.I even left my card in their raffle bowl and WON 1 FREE platinum wash!. Really, really solid guys that work/own this spot. I had a great conversation with the owner while my car was being serviced and he was super friendly and respectful. I want to mention that, sometimes as a woman, I get anxious when it comes to getting anything done to my car but these guys were absolutely top. I went around closing and some parts felt rushed, but as soon as I pointed it out, they were on it. I went in for a car wash and basically got a mini-detail, so all in all, Im quite pleased. he was even nice enough to buff out a little scuff for me. I think they might be working out some growing pains, but I will stick with them for the customer service alone.
