Vacuuming guys were great, I got inside to pay and I ask the cashier for some singles and she responded you should go to the ATM I was like yeah next time I’ll do that. Lastly this guy that supposedly dried my car and inside cleaned it did absolutely nothing the carpet was just thrown on the floor and the car was dirty from the outside. I know the other guys and the lady do a good job it was just him and I even tip him, definitely not letting him clean my car again.

What happen it was my favorite place for car wash after the pandemic its down in service and efficient please do what you do best and come back to the old days thank you one of your customers for more than 15 years....

This is 11$ car wash plus 3$ tip thanks..... if i go to 3$ car wash with free vacuum i can wash my car much better than them...... u need to tip vacuuming guys also need to tip clothing and drying guys too i will never gonna go there again

Every time I come here its nothing but professionalism. Every single member of my family comes here and its great service. Oil changes and wash. Employees are no-nonsense. They just do their jobs. They do it very well. Come in, get it done, leave. Very good price. They always mail out coupons. No frills.

Manager is very rude,this place is horrible. They didnt know how to start my car,they have locked my keys in the car and he is asking if I have a spare key in my pocket...really, who has spare key in there pocket all time. They broke my license bracket. Dont go there

Outside was done well, inside was completely disregarded. I purchased the works which is the best option. They didn’t vacuum cup holders or back seats. When I complained the guy said he can’t fix it and if I wanted I can go around, wait in the ten car line again to have them vacuum. Never again.

They always do a great job. And always feel.safe there cause thats where the police get their vehicles washed...

Its the one place I go and clean my car since 1990s still is today.

Used to love this car wash place went last Sunday outside of the car guy cleaned inside they left mud did not wipe down areas Will need to find a new car wash

One of the better hand car washes I have been to. Prices in line with the other one in Northwest highway. I feel like I got note for my money here.

Depending on day, time and who dries your car will determine how clean you get your car inside and out. Some people are better than others

The outside very clean. The inside needs more effort on cleaning if they would be more detail on there inside cleaning it would be a 5 star. But they do nice job do.

Im a regular customer but I dont think Ill be coming back. I think they do a good job cleaning the outside of the car but they always leave the inside poor. I thank you for the service but I wont be coming back.

I always like coming here for a carwash. They have a good team that gets the job done quick. The prices are good. I only gave 4 stars because I feel as the people hand drying the car might not get the tip that was added on the card charge. So when they tell you your car is ready they mumble something in Polish and I hope they dont think they are not getting tipped. But for now on I will make sure to tip them cash. I like the fact that they give you a free carwash any day after your purchase but not exceeding 4 days.Thank you guys and keep up the good work!

Got the works deluxe car wash and car was dirtier after the car wash. Nothing wiped . Only thing cleaned were the mats

Regular customer and have always been pleased until a few weeks ago when the wash rollers damaged my car hood. My wife filled out incident report and was told wed receive a call back. No call back. I stopped in last week and left another message regarding the matter. Still no call back. Very disappointing.

They supposedly are open till 6:00 PM but apparently only till 5:00 PM on Thursdays. I called them ahead of time and the lady who answered told me theyre accepting the last cars at 4:45 PM as I was pulling up to their driveway but their doors were already closed. Was sitting thirty minutes in traffic to get to here only to experience this inconvenience.

Went here for the first time today and got a deluxe wash. When comparing this place to other places Ive been, its a good quality car wash for the price.

Worst customer service ever. Their wash cracked my side mirror and Ive been calling every day since the 11th and have not had anyone call me back. Darlene is of no help and this Sam person never seems to be in the office. I literally paid $18 to get my vehicle damaged. Never going back there again!
