Do Not take your Convertible or Soft-Cloth top car to this Car Wash.They sprayed my top, and gave me an attitude about drying it.I had to drive off with all the water sitting on my top for all the water stains to sink in.I do not know how I’m going to deal with the water damage.My top is destroyed - I have to take it to get upholstered from water damage. The top was perfect before I took it in.I contacted State Street Car Wash - they said the top is not supposed to be touched, only if they are doing a cleaning of it.

Car wash under new ownership for the past 4 months have done a great job 👏 every time I take my SUV. Today a buff and wax was done (much needed). They did an awesome 👌 job. Happy with the end result!

Let me start with the fact that I’m very OCD about my car. I took my car to the car wash and was surprised how thoughtful they were when they were washing the car ahead of me. Been going to these guys for a while now. Every car I bring them always comes out looking good. One of the only places I trust when it comes to service. Never had any issues with them. The owner is a cool guy and the employees do fantastic work washing all angles of the car. Don’t see that in many Hand car wash places anymore. Highly recommend them.

You better have some time if you decide to get your vehicle washed here. That isnt necessarily a bad thing, they might take their time but the attention to detail is on point. I feel like my car was brand new again. Definitely worth the price but cant foresee myself paying more than what I paid..

First let me say that the customer service is excellent. The young lady who helped me was very helpful and informative about the services they provide. For that I give them 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. But.....The actual work done was not the best to say the least. I admit that the outside of the vehicle looks good, but the tires and wheels were not even close. The rims and tires were still dirty. Not rust, not tar, dirt. The tire shine is weak almost nonexistent. Its a car wash no? Not a car clean. I mean theres a difference between cleaning your hands and washing your hands. The tires were neither washed or clean. This is my wifes vehicle and I wanted to surprise her with a car wash. I cant say it was worth $30 dollars and I cannot recommend. Now Im going to the garage to sit down and clean my rims and tires. Should of just did it from the get go and save me $30 bucks.

I went because it had so many good reviews. But upon pulling up I’m getting attitude from an employee because I didn’t properly pull up or something. But there are no cones or anything to go off, so how is that my fault. So I roll down my window to ask him how does he want my car, and he just gives me a dirty stare. If you are having a rough day or had a bad customer don’t take it out on me.So I didn’t even go through with the rest of the service, there were no cars behind me so I just put my car in reverse and left.

Ive been coming to this place for over 4 years and every time I come back I regret they didnt vacuuming the interior of my car the right way and also I had a stained coffee in the front and they didnt take that off they didnt clean up the tires properly the frame of the doors had a lot of dust left definitely I dont recommend this place anymore

So I have only went to this place twice and I know that nowadays everything is expensive but......So the first time I went it said it opened at 9 and didnt open till 30 minutes late. Cool everyone runs late sometime. But after paying 31$, 26$ plus tip my car was dirty Still. The WINDOWS OMG! IF OUT OF ANYTHING JUST CLEAN THE WINDOWS RIGHT. I guess just me. The back one was still dirty and the middle cup holders were dirty, my mats were still really wet and dirty. I dont have a horrible dirty clean. I keep it tidy. So I was thinking or just one person and about 3 cars waiting.This time, same thing. Except for the mats. Even the outside was still wet.I waited patiently for 20 minutes, thats not a problem, but the have to go back and ask for a towel to dry the mirror. Then drive off and water running off the top on to the back window. 😔

I’m not one to pay for a car wash or an interior clean. I do a great job doing it myself and don’t believe in paying When I can do an even better job myself. But very rarely if I really don’t feel like doing it myself I’ll pay. I went about a week ago and paid for the $26 package and even left a $10 tip. The outside of the car looked great can’t lie about that. But wow the inside was such a disappointment, my car is always kept up and I can tell you there was not much to clean. I didn’t notice any difference in my seats & my center console wasn’t even touched, I can tell because I had a few drops of coffee stains (very visible) on it and they were still there when I left. Went home, couple sprays here and there and it was gone. Vacuuming was Ok, they left behind the smallest of details when vacuuming. Crazy thing too, i was the only car there at the time went straight to the front and had 4 guys cleaning my car at once! I assumed “ok cool, I got all these guys on my car they appear to be doing an awesome job” but, if you ask me, it was too quick. I mean I get it, only car here let’s get him out ASAP, but this has proved once again why I clean and detail my own car. Spent close to $40 with tip. I go to wallys wash for $4 and free vacuuming and I do just fine. Employees were polite and respectful though.

Wonderful experience with a hand wax yesterday. The quality of the wash was exceptional & the workers completed it so quickly. The price for the quality is out of this world. So sad that it rained today & ruined the shiny look of the paint.Update: the owner kindly offered me a re-wash/wax because of the rain. She is so sweet & am so glad to support such a lovely businesswoman! I would recommend this carwash to anyone who asks. Ill be coming here for washes from now on!

The service was not what I was looking for, after paying a high sum of money for the service I wanted I didnt receive. When you ask them to hit the area they missed you can see a slight change in attitude. They rushed the wash I asked for a engine wash they didnt wipe down the engine. I have custom rims they didnt wash the tubs. Me returning no not at all. Thanks but no thanks.

Ive been there 4 to 6 times and...Never gets the job done mainly inside the car (When I paid for interior job only...the exterior was done instead...on a rainy day!!!) . Friendly faces but thats not enough, exterior its 10 dollars, You better off putting it through the 3 dollar automated car cash down the street.

Horrible quality work. I’ve never been so dissatisfied. My car looked like it was not cleaned. There were stains on the window and crumbs by the stick shift. I am never coming back to this place. I’ve been to other car washes where they do a much better job for the same price.Edit: Ma’am I DID pay you the $26! That’s my point. I have the bank statement to prove it. I don’t care about the seats or carpets being shampooed. I know that costs extra. I didn’t pay for shampooing. I wanted the windows and dashboard area cleaned thoroughly and they just weren’t clean. You don’t do quality work.Ps. I know the car was dirty. Lol. Why do you think I took it to get cleaned?!

I got the gold tier car wash for $20 but I wont go to this place again because I didnt like how it came out. I understand there was a line, but they rushed through my wash and it wasnt fully clean.Edit: I wasnt talking about the trunk, detailing, seats. I read the site and knew what was included in each tier prior to going. My side windows were still dirty when I left and swirl marks left on the rear of the car.

It took over 30 minutes to get in the lines were that long.I was delightfully impressed when this young lady came to each of the cars waiting and Apologized and Thanked us for our patience.Believe me it was worth the wait. Trust me the employees worked very hard and they workas a team and friendly.I shall come again and again

Excellent service! My car blew a heating core that caused anti-freeze to backup onto the interior carpeting. B was fantastic. She coordinated a full interior and exterior detail in which you cannot even tell that anti-freeze flooded the inside. When they brought me to my car it looked brand new despite being a 22 year old vehicle.

Great place to get your car hand washed and for a reasonable price. I come here about twice a week and never had a bad experience. Car always leaves spotless! I definitely do enjoy coming here the owner And his daughter are always so friendly and the staff all will wave or say hello as I pull in. it’s definitely a good experience compared to other washes I have been to. You should definitely stop and try them out!

Great price for the wash they do! The lady at the register is sweet and great person to talk too. Washes are always consistent and great! I drive about 35 min every time for this wash. Rewards program is amazing as well! Worth it in my opinion.

Absolutely terrible experience here on 3/17/19 at noon. Waited 45 minutes in line told greeter lady this was the first time Ive been at a hand car wash. I asked for carpet shampooing and she laughed at me and said that they dont do that on the weekends and that anybody who knows anything about car washes knows they dont do this on the weekends and she called me sweetheart in a very sassy voice I scoured the website before and after my visit and it says absolutely nothing about not doing detailing work on the weekends had this been posted on the website I wouldnt have wasted my time coming here.

I would like to say that I went for a 15 car wash thinking they would do a good job and was very disappointed when I saw that the tires were. Not even touched they were full of dirt I had to buy a cleaner and do it myself you need to improve the quality of work otherwise people won’t come back sorry.

The staff speaks to you in a very unprofessional manner, ghetto-like. They charged me an additional 50% of the total cost to clean my vehicle. Annoyed and in a rush to get this done, I accepted to pay this 50% additional cost. Was quite disappointed with how I received my vehicle, even after paying 50% more. My door and trunk jambs were still dirty, and it wasnt like the remaining dirt was difficult to remove. My door jambs all had a very large line of dirt going downward that I wiped myself with a small towel at home. Trunk jamb was worse. This is not something I was expecting, especially after paying 50% more. If it was difficult to remove, I would be more understanding but I just simply wiped it down myself. The staff speak poorly of you behind your back. I figured this out as one of the staff members implied it during one of our conversations. It wasnt a very pleasant first impression. It was not a very busy day, as I heard the woman at the desk say over the phone. It appears they prioritize quantity over quality. On a positive note, they did a great job with my windows and the vacuuming of the seats. Would not revisit.
