Wow!! they did such a great job. Highly recommend this location to fix your car. I did not even recognized my car when I went to pick it up. Very professional. It was even cleaned inside and out. You can not even notice it was damaged. Very happy customer. Definitely going to be my shop for repairs.

They are all very nice and did a good, fast job but they scheduled me for an appointment at 2 and then I called that day to make sure I still had my appointment they told me to come in before 2 because their lunch was at 2 so Im not sure why they would have scheduled me like that. But otherwise everything is great! I very highly recommend them!

My car was in a accident and it was taken there. It took over a month to get it fixed which I understood but than when they told me to come get it I still had problems with the vehicle which they said the owner himself checked my car I had to take it back 2 times after they said it was fixed. I took it back for the same problems which was so noticeable I dont understand how they missed it. Than I finally came back to pick up my car they said was ready then my car was not there . They should of notified me but I wasted time going over there. Then finally they call a few days later and say my car is ready and I had a half of a tank when I left the car and I turned on my engine and it was almost to the empty line. I notified the manager and she said that wasnt her problem. We went back and forth on the subject she ended up giving me $5 so I can drive to the gas station. I still feel that was wrong, thank God my car is working fine now but the whole issue was nerve wrecking.

Excellent Customer Service. The owner whom I believe greeted me first, a young man with such a beautiful smile and super friendly he was kind with great customer service skills. Reasonable price for what I was getting done. Each person that I spoke with whom were employees there! I must say they were truly very courteous. The service gently that sprayed my car with peppermint and did the oil change was honestly very pleasant. First time there and it wont be my last.

Everyone here was absolutely great! Went in because air was not coming out of my vents. They detected the issue and got the three new parts they needed. The service here was very fast and reliable. I thought I was going to need to leave my car there all day/night but I was in and out in about an hour. 100% would come here again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This repair shop runs a professional 👌 5 star operation. It took a while to get my car back Because my car was involved in an accident. They did a great job repairing my car and the woman on the phone was always great and willing to help when I would call for an update on my car. I would recommend this shop to ANYONE. 😃

This is the second car I buy from Baha, less than 2 years my first car got a transmission failure. The second car I bought came with a transmission failure as well I had to change the transmission in less than 2 months for the second car. I took it to them to fix it and my car doesnt run well. After a year I decided to get my car check and the mechanic said my car is in bad shape. Sucks when I pay $500 a month for a car note and I owe close to 30k on a vehicle. They are part of the dealership on North Ave.Please take my review seriously so you dont have to go through this. God bless

Everyone was great! Everybody I spoke to knew what was going on with my car. I never got a “uhhh idk” . Very professional and really nice! They kept me in the loop and I was always aware with what was going on and the time frame . I would definitely do business with them again.

Definitely treated me very well. All answers were direct and precise. This new location is huge, so they can definitely handle more work than other shops . The employees were smiling and friendly which is rare in auto or body shops lol

At first glance, this Dealership seems cramped and in disarray. But dont let that fool you. They seem to have a wide variety of vehicles, and flexible price ranges. The service seems adequate, but you must press them on details, to assure that things are done to your liking. The staff is cordial and professional. They have their roles and they perform them accordingly. My vaping salesman was a delight, and I really liked him. He didnt pressure me or try to force the sale...kudos to him. There was a couple of issues that did bother me. One concerning Window Tint, and another concerning a promised paint job. The tint issue has been addressed, now I must wait to see what happens with the paint job.

I was informed by a shop that I had an oil leak in my head gasket, as well as some front end axle repair on Monday. Called Baha and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning. Dropped my suv off Tuesday morning. Ana’s and his fantastic crew fixed my oil leak in my head gasket, swapped oil line to my turbo, oil change, alignment and fixed EVERYTHING PERFECTLY by then of the day TUESDAY! Who does that!!!? I am extremely satisfied. I will continue to frequent this shop as well as spread the word that this is HANDS DOWN the best shop in Chicago!Thanks, folks! Ana’s, you are the BEEES KNEEEES!!!

When speaking with nisa and Lena I noticed their desk is in the same shared space no CDC guidelines or mandatory regulations signs posted anywhere in this place of business. The mechanics didnt have face shields or mask as they claim on yelp and when the guy brought my vehicle to the front he had no gloves on or mask I had to sanitize my vehicle my health my family and safety was at risk with no regards .

I was referred to them from Bionic Auto Parts which is Down the street from them.Asking for a referral to install my headlight was a decision I dont regret! They offer friendly service and they were quick to install my headlight and give me feedback on another part of my car that needed to be fixed so that the headlight can work.I definitely will go back to them in the future for Auto Repair!

Not satisfied with there work. Need better mechanics and honest people. When u send them to repair they will pin point unnecessary parts to repair that doesnt need any work. Wast of money and time .

The singular star is because I couldn’t rate them any lower. Where do I begin? First their entrance location isn’t ideal especially since it’s one way in and one way out of a narrow garage way and they’ll more then likely have you back your car out, with no direction or supervision, into a very busy street with double laned traffic. They’ll have you sitting and waiting only to tell you a hour later to come back another day. One of the clerks is extremely condenscending and isn’t helpful at all. The mechanics didn’t catch the main issue for me bringing my vehicle in. They lied about fixing the issue and charged me out of pocket almost $750 for work that didn’t even get done. They’re extremely argumentative and unprofessional. They lied about something so simple like an oil change and if they lied about that I’m sure they’ve lied about work much more complicated that you can’t check yourself. Save yourself time, money, and energy and go somewhere much more professional.

I dropped my car off for them to check my engine light because they were going to do the work on my car per my dealer warranty they kept my car 3 days before telling me anything. After calling them multiple times they told me I have a factory warranty so I can go to any Nissan and they will cover it. Now I should state when I dropped my car off I put my windshield wiper fluid in the trunk I had 2 cups of noodles and some salt for winter when I got the car back I had rat droppings in my trunk and the noodles had been eating where the rats had chewed pieces all over the trunk and I called to speak with the owner and he said ... “I mean I can send you to a car wash but I can’t control what creatures do... I run my business how I want to” I told him I was disgusted not even an apology.

Girl at the desk is extremely rude. I believe her name is Nessi. She doesnt know of proper phone etiquette and not to mention her voice is annoying. If she doesnt know how to speak with respect I dont even want to go in to this place. Bad first impression

I was looking for a BMW 650i for a while and I found one online at this dealership in chicago..i live in windsor ontario, so that is about 450 km away. the car was listed on the dealership website for sale. i called the dealership and i talked to a salesman called Jesse. i told him i am very interested in the car and willing to drive 5 hours to chicago to see the car. i made arrangement with him to see the car on a saturday afternoon. Wife and I drove down to chicago. we got to the dealership and a salesman by the name mustafa came to help us as jesse was busy. we asked him about the car. he said the car is not there and it is with the owner of the dealership and that he has an appointment somewhere. he called the owner and he told him that he is 2 hours away. we were upset because we had an appointment to see the car and we were suppose to go back the same day home. mustafa took our phone number and told us he would call us when the owner comes back in 2 hours...we went to a shopping center to waist some time. 2 hours passed and no phone call yet...i called the dealership and mustafa said that the owner cant make it back today. we were so upset with the unprofessionalism of this dealer. they knew i am coming from 5 hours away but they didnt care to insure that the car is in the dealership...horrible place to buy a car..we ended up spending $300 to stay one night in chicago because it was already late to come back same day. I dont recommend this dealer to buy a car because they dont value your time and your effort. the whole thing was fishy and it seems like this car never existed from first place but they do that to try to get you to the dealership to sell you other cars. the salesman was showing other cars that i wasnt interrested in... i am considering suing them for my loss
