The man who work here do an excellent job every time on my car I just don’t like the fact that when I go into the office area to pay the girl sitting at the front desk is rude doesn’t have any customer service access if you’re inconveniencing her while she’s eating her sandwich on the countertop not wearing a mask..

Horrible experience with my car wash asked for a platinum car wash/ Armor all in and out&tires they didnt put rain x until I told them they didnt dry my car correctly they were using wet towels my floor Matts were Filthy All they did was run water on them they didnt even scrub them or put soap on it they Completely forgot about my interior didnt get any armor all They only put armor all on my tires until I said something please do not go to this place.Service has changed since the original owner had itI recommend you try Ultra shine down the street from Pierres its cheaper and better service they just rewashed my car and it looks like new.

This establishment provides excellent service. They are very detail oriented. Their prices are reasonable. You will not be disappointed.

Every year since the new owners have taken over from the original owner, the quality of work is getting less and less. Theyve constantly miss spots on the vehicle(s) and seems to be in a rush to get it done right away. Ive always liked quality over quantity - every time - and they are not delivering the same quality as before.

Went in for the Early Bird special price.They did a great job on the exterior and interior. Exterior had a lot of bugs on the front due to a recent road trip. They got the majority off.

Got a Platinum wash today. They did a great job and the cashier was very nice. There was a line of at least 6 cars when I pulled up but they seemed to move along at a good pace while still doing a good job. There was a point during the undercarriage wash where my car couldnt pull up far enough for them to wash the rear, but they made sure to turn back on the machine when they pulled it forward again. Loved that attention to detail.

Great place to take your car in my opinion. Ive been going here on and off for years. No complaints here. BUT.... I do have to say that I keep my interiors pretty clean and organized. Just the normal salt on the floor mats in the winter.That being said.... no car wash is perfect. Dont expect them to clean your interior perfectly when they are very busy. Get real. They have to keep the lines moving. Every place is like that. If youre looking for that kind of service, schedule a full professional detail. Especially if youre lazy and keep your car trashed. Dont expect miracles.

Discovered this place in my neighborhood a month ago, 3 months before Im moving to a different neighborhood! Ive been in this neighborhood for 4 years, so I definitely wish I discovered them sooner! Been to others up and down Elston and their work and service for the price, simply dont compare to Pierres.

Came in for a wash I explicitly asked for Armor All my dashboard of my doors and when I receive my car back nothing was done it just seemed like someone dragged a wet rag over my dashboard and on my doors.When I brought this to the attention of management they informed me that its really busy at the moment and they did the best they could to which I replied how is that even a metric for Standard customer serviceHere they seem to focus heavily on the exterior of the car but little on the interior now of course having the car completely detailed is quite different from just getting a simple car wash.But even the level of service on the interior was that even up to standard for a the little they charge.I was forced into going back into line and waiting another 30 minutes to gain entry for them to correct this issue just wasting my time and money.1130am Sunday march 3

Have been coming here for over 5 years. There is a new person at the counter who just cusses and refuses to acknowledge if they miss anything. She tried calling the cops but couldn’t because I had done nothing wrong. Never coming back. This place has switched ownership a few times and has destroyed whatever reputation they had. They tried taking my money not giving me a refund and kicking me out because they didn’t want to clean my floor mats.

Pierres has always been a great place to get your car washed for years we have gone. Even tho Pierres was sold off the new owners are kinda slacking on keep up the good detail washing of the cars.The lines have always been the typical long wait but well worth it if the job is done right.Keep your employees happy n they will do a good job from opening to close💙♥️

Paid $30 for the carwash plus tip, ended up with debris everywhere inside the car, like nothing was vacuumed, The dash and other plastics inside werent touched, the bumpers were not touched.... and you know whats hilarious to me... They are already in the drying process before the lady comes out and asks what kind of wash you want.

First time here won’t be going back even though the staff is polite and friendly the services was not great. Seems that they used dirty towels to dry the windows because my windows were not clean after ti left the windshield like lime they just passed a rag over it. The floors we not vacuumed they did clean the rubber mats but over all not impressed.

Pierress is better than most of the car washes nearby and the wash itself is pretty fast.Look out for long lines on a sunny day. Get there early to beat the rush.

There are a lot of car wash businesses in Chicago but Pierres stands out as one of the best. I can tell you a couple of reasons, they do an outstanding job of washing your car from head to toe they dont rush and they do the little extras to make your car really shine The staff seems happy to work there which is a sign that they take good care of them. Pierres has been in our neighborhood for a long time and I can see why. They serve our community and offer great service!

They will scratch your car and blame you because they have never scratched a car before. Came in for the supposed platinum car wash, which left my car still dirty and with a 3 inch gash on the fender. Workers wear baggy clothing with exposed Jean buttons while they are stretching over vehicles to dry them. I guess I was one of the lucky ones to walk away from a car wash now needing a paint shop. Absolute trash of a business and even more horrendous owner putting the blame on me.

Best hand car wash around! Started going there when I had my convertible and needed it hand washed. Very popular, so the wait can get long depending what time you go. They have early bird specials, but their prices are more than fair anyway. Theyre very quick for the amount of work they do. I feel like theres always 5 guys working on it at once. I love that they vacuum the interior and wipe down everything, and best of all its always dried quite well so no water streaks when I leave. After finding pierres, I wont go anywhere else. Nothing compares to them. Not even when I do it myself. What takes me hours, takes them just minutes and that is well worth the money to me. Love this place so much!

I purchased the interior shampoo for 75$, and it took 5 hours. Just wasted time and money because they even didnt vacuum between the seats, some parts of carpets still dirty. Just look at the pictures I uploaded

For people who take care of their car or people who dont know how to wash their car properly. Pierres a must at least one or twice a month and detailed ones a year keeping your car in show room condition. Keeps your car shiny and keeps it from rusting. Keeping your investment in good shape. Its cost less than you doing it. I go at least ones or twice a month. Go before 10 AM and its half the price. If youre going to get it detailed talk to the owner if he can give you a better price. It wont hurt.

They really drop their standers. Been going here for long time. Have to look for another car wash. From inside you can’t any difference if they wash it or not. I usually get armor inside and out. Inside there was still dust on dashboard. Can’t really tell difference if they put armor or not. Really disappointed...

This is a really good hand car wash - one of the best I’ve personally ever been to in Chicago. Their pricing is pretty good, and cleanliness level above average. Sometimes their wait times are pretty long. While they wash relatively fast, they only have two lanes inside the building. If you see a line of cars outside be prepared to wait 20 - 25 min for your wash.

Only get the base wash and youll be fine because theyre good at hand washing the outside and thats about it. I got the platinum and paid $32 with tip and I now have to touch up everything inside they missed. Part of $32 was for shampooing floor mats which consisted of dumping cleaner on them and power spraying. They still had dirt on them but they didnt bother to scrub anything and they put them back in soaking wet. I was in from out of town and didnt have time to go back to complain about the poor service I received.

Wednesday, September 11, 2019Today was the worst experience of my life with this car washing place! I have been coming here for years with my other car. Today I took my new car to get it washed and when it was finished I took it home. I went home and found out that my car interior was badly damaged. Someone who was working there actually pulled something out from my car and it was dangling. I could not believe it. I also went back to talk to the manager and he said that we are not responsible for the damages that occurred on the premises. He told me that they are going to deny that they did anything wrong! It was clearly them because I didnt go anywhere else today! I went inside and nothing was wrong with my car because I just bought my new car and when I came out clearly something was broken inside my car. I would not recommend you taking your are to get it washed here! Please wash the car yourself. It is a lot safer!

I just left the car wash with a platinum wash and been the first of other two cars that arrived had my car handed to me in just 15 minutes and obviously with a poor job. Hopefully I could post pictures of how low of quality work they did. Not recommending this place.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!! Went for a wash/ detail on a new truck, came out looking like they did a crappy job and # 1 they scratched my passenger side window!!!! When they were approached about the scratch said it was not there fault.... when I had walked in to talk to owner I saw one of the guys who did my truck wearing a metal braclet, he saw me went to bathroom and came back out without the braclet on... I have been going there twenty years and have always been pretty happy with there service but when they don’t take blame for something they did that’s wrong!! I spent a lot of money on this vehicle!! I WILL NEVER RETURN BACK AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THERE POOR SERVICE IN FIXING THERE PROBLEMS!! They must be hurting for money.... SAD had to give 1 star in order to post this!! Beware of where you take your vehicle if you care about it cause they sure don’t!!!

I am a customer there for not sure but more the 15 yrs if not 20. I see in 2006 and 2007 thay are the best. This is the first rewiev I will live in this many yrs.Place was realy good. I do know some guys there. Last year or two I had to tell them every time when I pull in “ please charge me more but do it good” the other day I took my Sprinter Van there and it was done very bad.This morning I took my Dodge Ram there. There was a guy there that I have not seen him there before. After I got the truck, I had to clean my interior again by my self. I took my uncles car in to Pierres on Monday for a full shampoo and interior detail and it was an absolute disgusting mess when I took it in. When I left I honestly had low hopes that they would ever be able to get the grime and the stink out of it. I came back a few hours later and it looked and smelled like you just took it off of the showroom floor. Unbelievable! I put them on a time limit and they warned me that the car may not be dry in time and could cause freezing. Lo and behold it did and I took it back a few days later to give it a little more dry time. Not only did they remember my name when I randomly walked in a few days later, but dried it out, and gave a complimentary wash and vacuum. They won my heart! This place is always busy... and I totally understand why.

This is the worst car wash ever.....first they removed my expensive tent from my car and failed to put it back. I had to drive for another hour just to get it back. When I returned they did not know where it was....I found it myself. The question is did they not know where it was or just trying to steal it. The employee called the manager who returned from where ever he was. Who did not even approach me when he found out what happened. He just left again laughing.

Ive been coming here for years, and I only had a problem once. I was driving away in my newly washed car when I realized they broke my rear view mirror. I drove back and the managers went with me to a nearby store and bought me a new one.The only other negative thing about this place is that the scum-bag workers talk about me to each other in Spanish thinking I dont understand them... You get what you pay for.

We had an appointment and they decided to close for the day without telling us, so I showed up in the rain and had to find out from the mechanic next door.

Horrible job on Windows... Streaks everywhere! Had to redo them ALL when I got home. The water they use needed to be changed, or the towels used for inside cleaning were dirty. Car had a bad smell after wash, no wonder they push the air freshener when u pay.
