I took in my 2016 F150. Will recommend this shop! They left my truck looking brand new !The seats were once black because of my kids!!Now it is a nice tan like it used to be!Yes i said tan ! . Bringing in my others cars for them to detail! Well worth it

Unsatisfied with the service, thoroughness of the clean, and attention to detail. By far the worst car wash. I would have been happier with an automatic car wash. This was the first car wash I took my new vehicle to. I had taken my old car to other places but I wanted something great for my new car. This place was everything except great. After the car wash I noticed a lot of things in my car. They just sprayed the armor all on the dashboard and didnt use any type of cloth to clean it. I had stains everywhere with armor all. The glass was stained with some kind of hard wax that was really hard to take off. The car was left soaking wet after the car wash and left water spots everywhere. Most definitely not worth the money. On top of that, the employees stole money I had in the center console and I found a ding on the side of my door. I will never be coming here again. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This place had decent reviews and a Early Bird special thats advertised on their website and on a sign outside the business. I pulled in one morning, passed my keys to a employee and went to go okay. The 1st red flag shouldve been that there were no prices posted anywhere. The 2nd red flag shouldve been that it took 14 minutes for anyone to come out and greet me. Without even asking what service I want the guy says $27, I ask if that is the Early Bird special and he replied No Early Bird special, boss says no. Rather than debate with him or ask to speak to his boss I simply walked out and told the employees to stop washing my car. I drove away from that shady spot. Stay away from this place, at least go to a business that honors its prices and has them posted.

This car wash leaves my jeep super clean. Hands down the best car wash in Chicago. Great service great people great prices. You cant find any place better then this car wash. Good customer service cool staff and quick but I payed for a $20 car wash and it was left filthy my back windshield which was covered in handprints and dust was left covered with handprints and dirt from the inside my cup holders werent cleaned bad job vacuuming no armoral on the tires first time coming here was planning on coming back for tents but if my car wasnt even properly cleaned with a premium car wash I dont trust getting my windows tinted here. Beyond great customer service though which makes me feel bad for writing this review but unacceptable

Great job. Manager Fernando has great customer service skills. The crew was extremely friendly and even open the door for my family to enter once my Jeep was washed. Attention to detail in the wash. Waiting area has a great kids zone. Although Im on the Southside, when I visit family in the area that will be my carwash spot from now on! With a 7 year old in the back seat all the time, the interior clean and wipe out is probably more important than the exterior! I brought the Jeep already washed on the outside (I had just come from a dealer service), and it was obvious that they spent the extra time they had on the inside because it was spotless. Don’t go to this place, took my car and they didn’t let me wait in the waiting room had to wait else where for hours and I’m not from around the area. Also be aware they don’t care about your cars electronics. My screen in the car had water inside and they didn’t want to do anything about it. Please avoid.

The best car wash ever!!! I usually hate going to hand car wash because I have to get down and wait in a dusty office. This place is beyond neat. They had a massage chair. They had complimentary kearing machine. They had nice tables of all sizes even a playsize for kids. I can wait with no problem. Will definitely come here more often! My car looks great. They did an excellent job. Staff was very good and detailed. Management was very helpful. They showed us the variety of services they have and their program . Thank you

Worse car wash Ive ever got, I would Highly recommend no one gets there wash here, car was still wet, soap still on my hood, forgot to put my car mat back in so had to go back, everyone talking and not working so took forever to get thru.... You should be ashamed of yourselves when you cant even clean a car the right way ...... never will be back

Im very picky on how my car is clean and I understand with a busy line its hard to get everything clean but certain things I cant get over. My interior was gross looking still and not vaccumed very well. And certain parts of the car didnt even looked touched. Exterior was ok and wait wasnt long and customer service was good. But I rather u be a jerk to me and give me excellent clean perfect car than polite and so so car back.

Unfortunately I have to give at least one star to this place. I dont think they deserve not even one. I took my car for a full detail after couple of days I call them and they told me that my car was not starting that they were going to take care of it and they never did. Even the owner said that they were going to take care of it. I had to replace the computer of the car because it got wet.

I always get great service. I just had my new used car detailed here and it was phenomenally done.

Why cant I give them 0 Stars.My husband came here for years. We went here 2 months ago. Paid $30 including tip for a job that an automatic car wash wouldve done. So I wrote a Bad Review on Facebook. Then I get a message from a man named James. He apologized for the crappy job that they did and also expressed that their staff had been sick and they didnt have anyone else to work. So he gave me a free wash, and said I hope you come back again!!So today, my husband leaves there and calls me and tells me that the guy running the front was so rude to him. He wouldnt even give my husband his name. He told my husband, this is the last time were going to wash it for free.My husband told him this is the first time you guys are washing it for free???This is so bogus. Whoever is running this Car Wash is a joke and has horrible employees that speak to you like youre bothering them for coming into their business.And to top it off, they didnt even armorall it like they were supposed to on the dashboard. They didnt even dry it correctly and we couldve literally taken it to the $5 automatic car wash and it would have saved us a bunch of time!!We WILL NEVER come back here. I dont care if they give me free washes for the next 10 years!!Please Dont Even Waste Your Time!!!!

Revelation ! I was there for the first time and I am delighted. I was washing the upholstery and they did everything. In addition to the upholstery, they washed the entire car, cleaned even the wheels. All for $ 100. Previously, I had a crash during which three coffees landed on the ceiling, door, seats, floor ... coffee and stains were just everywhere ... Now there is no trace and the car looks great ... Thank you and I will definitely come back to you . !! 😘😘😘
