My experience was extremely disappointing because I was charged 2 times the amount originally quoted over the phone and the owner also filed my State taxes incorrectly not only that he gave the incorrect refund amount, inwhich that caused me not to be able to track down my funds through the IRS before being deposited. The filing cost amount was suppose to be given plus a free quote before submitting my taxes, but he didnt and charged me double out of my refund. He is currently giving me the run around with making good on his agreement. Not an honest experience.

For the past two years Ive been going to Jackson Hewitt and Ive only been getting back a little over 2k and I have 2 dependents as well W2s. This company charged me 800 to file my taxes but quoted me 400. Andrea on 44th and cottage grove did my taxes. This company is a complete rip off I would not recommend this company to anyone ever!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star.

My experience was a really good one IDK about anybody else.. Lina Perez answered my calls almost every time I made them she even called me back.. And when I felt like I was getting on her nerves about my money I could hear it in her voice but she always stayed very patient and professional.. Although the fees was a bit much from my lil small refund..im hoping in the future they will work on that.. All in all Im a very satisfied customer ...i support black owned businesss.. But Seriously though come down on them fees. 4 🌟 (edit oh and Im waiting on my cruise trip ..fingers crossed that it actually exists ..

This getto company will tell you one price and be charged something different!! They charge to much for they service. I was promised credit report help and never got it. Lashes White who filed my taxes gave me false information and the run around. Then she stop answering my calls. I will never go back to this place. Bad business

Isiah Collins the boss and his contractor stole a portion of my refund.I was supposed to get an advanced refund in 2 weeks but because his contractor Shuntell Williams made many errors on my federal and statereturns the federal and state both had to do corrections. It took two anda half months to get my federal refund but they still charged me theadvanced fee. I still have not received my state refund. I also won thedouble refund and have not received it either. I have filed a case with the attorney general office. They are setting a up meeting with me and isiah inorder to file criminal charges against him and nurepublic since he wont returnmy calls.

This company is currently being investigated by the Attorney General office and will be shut down before the year is out.Please check with the attorney general office before they steal your money too.The company was NuRepublic thats under investigation but if your not them then you should have used a different phone number

Last year I was charged 750$ for what they had promised a fake cruise that you should pay 150 per person just to activate your “membership “ to be able to book your cruise and many other fees you have to pay or a fake duple your money, after they rope you 750 or more,,
