Its been over a month now, I ordered a sound bar on July 21, 2019 and theres no update from anyone as yet. After I reached out to Hinda Incentives, a representative informed me that they dont have it in stock and I need to wait for another week to get it shipped. They also told me I may cancel my order if I cannot wait. I ask you what kind of customer service is this?? Anyways, I would be more that happy if you guys can provide a correct update on my order. I am never ordering anything from Hinda Incentives.
If one steals a Cent, He/she is persecuted. I had ordered a Bissell Carpet Cleaner last year but it was not what they explained it will do; I called Hinda and she sent me a return Label promising to credit my 55000 points back to my account. I just had a hunch after a year if indeed Hinda did credit it to my account, I called Hinda, gave her my name, number, date. It took me 65 minutes before it was resolved and my 55,000 points put back. I need to be compensated for, Apology or feeling sorry is not the answer. I must be compensated. It was a harrowing experience.
I ordered a Bissell Carpet Cleaner through my employers incentive plan from Hinda. It arrived wet inside with no manual or 2n1 attachment. The first time I emailed about the issue, their response was that they would NOT be able to refund or replace. After I called to complain further they issued a return authorization and requested that I return it. I wanted them to send a replacement out immediately because I needed to use the machine. They refused and said they would issue once the return was received. I was upset. This was their fault not mine yet they didn’t extend an apology or make any extra effort to make right their wrong. When I realized the next day that I could not disassemble the handle from the machine to fit back into the box, I emailed once again to notify them of this issue. I stated that I would keep the obviously used machine, download a manual off the internet but asked that they send an attachment to make me whole. I received NO RESPONSE to that email or my next. This is the worst customer service efforts I’ve witnessed. Unbelievable that one tries to use incentive points earned for doing something great at work yet is disregarded when an issue, that is entirely their fault, arises. I’m extremely disapponted and shocked at Hinda’s / Innerge’s lack of customer concern when they’re supposedly in the business of recognition and awards.
We usually dont post reviews but honestly, this is definitely worth making an exception for. This is in reference to Anel Lopez and her ability to make a customer feel that we are her only customer. Anel goes above and beyond to make sure that a customer is truly, Satisfied! She excels in every way possible. From communicating to the customer, reaching back to the customer, and providing the best possible solution for the customer. This is review to commend her on her performance and an employee for Hinda Incentives. It is very rare to come across an employee that posses both a good positive attitude and strong work ethics. My only complaint is that you have to be there very early to find a street parking.
Try calling them for customer service, when you have an hour to spare.
