I did this boat in 2020 for my birthday and 2021 for a going away party and both experiences were easy and amazing. Its probably the most affordable boat rental in Chicago, the staff (Natalia and Sammie) are amazing, as are the captains! We felt so taken care of and everyone had an amazing time. Highly recommend emailing and calling to ensure your boat is secured. Payment is seamless and its all a very easy process. Highly recommend! Cant wait to rent another one when I come back to visit Chicago.

I rented the Martini Yacht for my 25th birthday and had an amazing celebration! The yacht was beautiful, staff was very professional and helpful, and we had a great time! Ive gone with Chicago Party Yacht many times since and our group has always been very happy. I wish I could go on their yacht every weekend!

I planned a birthday party for my husband through Chicago Yacht Rental. Everyone was so amazing! The process was super simple. It was just an email and then a contract via email. You make a deposit and you are set. I was shocked at the simplicity. The price never changed and Monica and Natalia are wonderful. We were able to bring our own food. And we chose the open bar which was so good. They have a great sound system on the boat connected via Bluetooth. The boat is at the end of the dock so you want to drive all the way to the back and hop on. We were able to settle our bill right away and enjoy our trip. Sebastian was wonderful and friendly. The captain was great as well. My only regret was not getting more time. It was such a great experience. I can’t wait to go back.

The yachts are large, clean and fancy. The staff is very attentive, provides great service and are super friendly. Great experience! Owner of the company captains his boats and you can tell he’s experienced by how hands on he is. He knows what he’s doing and the boats he owns are spectacular. He has a 100 footer with a hot tub and a 65 footer perfect for any celebration. His crew is very chill and very lenient on what you do as long as you follow their basic safety rules. I’d go back a 100 times in a summer if he wasn’t always booked. 10/10.

My family recently rented a boat from Chicago Party Yacht. The boat was very well maintained and we were given safety instructions before taking it out. The weather was perfect and our family had a wonderful boating. When we travel again we will definitely use this company again.

The stray cat was by far the worst boat experience. The absolute worst crew who were beyond rude, mean, and inconsiderate. They said it was safe to take a boat out in the middle of a thunderstorm with lightening. In the middle of the boat ride, they decided they couldn’t wait till the end of the boat ride for their payment so they made us pay in the middle of our charter in the middle of a lightening storm. In the middle of tornado warnings, they told us it was ok to swim. The absolute worst people. Samantha is the stewardess and she was the meanest person in the entire world.

These are the most beautiful yachts Ive seen yet!!! The crew is amazing Capitan Robert and the crew were amazing. I had the best time on the 105ft Stray Kat with all of my friends, we will be coming back this upcoming summer. But I cant stress enough how amazing and professional the whole company was it was so simple to book Monika on the phone was very clear and helpful. Love the whole experience. Will be coming back!!!

I have been renting from Chicago Party Yacht for the last three years and I have nothing but amazing things to say. From the crew to the yacht itself. The crew was there for my every need and they made it feel like a party only smiles on there faces. The yacht was clean as can be you truly see the work that this company puts in to keep up with the luxury name that that have. I recommend this company to everyone for any and all occasions.

I have to share my opinion of that yachting service based on two factors.... I’ve been using and visiting Chicago Party Yacht on several occasions... but this year I went to visit Robert on his deep ocean fishing adventure based off Key Largo... Robert was kind enough to include me in his family weekend trip and I was blown away by knowledge and professional equipment starting with the boat and all what comes with it... I wouldn’t imagine that a very simple and friendly guy like him can become such an expert on deep ocean fishing knowing him as best luxury yacht chartering service in city of Chicago... His two luxury boats in Chicago are well known being used by celebrities and members of all Chicago pro league teams.. there is no security watching your every move and that makes you feel like you own the boat.. when you and your friends are not able to get off the boat each crew will make sure to let leave the boat when it safe and you are ready to get in the car or ready to be picked up.. last year wasn’t so good as last few years back .. we are being prisoned in our own homes and that’s why I’m writing this comment because I started this year with him on Atlantic and planning to see him soon on Lake Michigan back in the summer.. God bless America and keep us safe and let us go back to our regular life’s an enjoy ourselves...

Ive been renting boats from this professional company for years now. The scheduling and booking process is very easy and convenient. Monika is the best at communicating. They are very good at responding and accommodating. The crew on baord all the yachts are awsome and very outstanding when it comes to service and cleanliness. Natalia and Nick are so great at what they do. Captain Larry and Captain Robert make you feel safe aboard the boats and comfortable. All in all wonderful professional company that is nothing but exceptional!

I read the previous reviews and began to get skeptical. This sounds like a recurring issue with this company. They must double book often...Absolutely the worst experience Ive had in Chicago! We booked the stray kat 6 months in advance. We had confirmed our booking three days prior to departure. Our deposits were paid on time, guests traveled in from out of state, and then we were told at the dock that our reservation had been double booked, and would not be getting on the boat.Zero apology, zero empathy, and down right rude behavior. Our coolers with food were removed from the dock and dropped at the bus stop; we were literally escorted off the dock all while we were trying to call Ubers/lyfts to get home.Please be careful if you choose to book with this company. They seem extremely shady and youll only be left disappointed.

Ive been renting boats from this company for years and multiple times a year. There has never been a double booking since the compnay has started therefore the other reviews have inadequate information and the incredible accomadating staff is phenomenal and very professional.

Horrible, dishonest and morally-bankrupt company. Similar to other reviews, we showed up to find out there was a double booking issue with another group even though we had verified the confirmation several times in the days and weeks before the reservation. Instead of helping work with us to rebook a different time, refund us, or even apologize, the company proceeded to lie and say that we had cancelled our reservation and have us escorted off the harbor (we have email proof that they confirmed, and were being respectful the entire time).DO NOT USE CHICAGO PARTY YACHT. I know their boats look nice, but the risk of losing your money and not even getting to do the experience is not worth it.

STAY AWAY!! I am completely blown away by the unprofessionalism of this company. My friend booked this yacht 6 months prior and attempted to cancel when the pandemic hit but they would not let her. She then was in constant communication with them the following months up until 3 days before the event date. She sent them the deposit, double checked with them safety precautions (they told her to ask the Coast Guard, nice), etc. Only to arrive and them tell us the boat was double booked and we could not board.We had people come into town for this, get tested to make sure they were safe to come on, bought a bunch of alcohol and food, and make the trip all the way to the south side- all a waste of time and money. The staff on board was not phased at all by the fact that the boat was double booked. They kept saying its not our fault absolutely no sympathy or apology came out of them.When we continued to try to call the office, they hung up on us and told us the reservation was cancelled, HA. Why would we be talking to you three days before confirming if it was cancelled months ago? Corrupt company! I cant say enough bad things.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEYMy friend had planned this for months for her birthday, received everyones payment on time, and was in constant communication with this company/Stray Kat.The day of, they stated that she had cancelled, except she confirmed two days before. They said they already filled her spot with another party and began boarding them. They likely double booked on purpose. My friend called in an attempt to resolve the issue with no success. They were rude on the phone and said they couldnt help until Monday. The Chicago Party Yacht company and the crew of the Stray Kat seemed unphased by the entire situation.This company and charter are unprofessional, insensitive, unorganized, and terrible. I, nor my friends and family, will ever conduct business with them. Furthermore, Id advise anyone looking to charter a yacht, to look elsewhere.

Chicago Party Yacht is a company with no professionalism or organization. This can be seen in the fact they had double booked the Stray Kat on August 8, 2020 without any remorse or problem solving to combat the situation. Our friend had provided clear lines of communication with CPY during the COVID-19 pandemic months prior to the August reservation, inquiring on the constantly changing practices and protocols with boating, and CPY gave limited to no infromation. I would not recommend giving CPY business as your reservation is not explicitly guaranteed, information regarding health and saftey is limited, and crew and office staff demonstrate disrespect.

Showed up day of for the Stray Kat party Yacht. They double booked parties and we got into a bidding war. They were very difficult to deal with throughout the entire rental process and this is the cherry on the top.Ive never witnessed behavior this unprofessional from a large company and it completely ruined a large event we had planned.Edit: in the process of getting a refund, we talked to the owners of the harbor. They informed us that the company double booked the night before us as well and this is a fairly common practice for them. I would not do business with this company.

We had an excellent time on the Martini! The boat was amazing. The captain and crew provided excellent service. We will definitely be renting the Martini at least twice a season.
