Great experience, Chase was quick to return my call with testing questions. After 2 weeks of calling around I went with DDC because of how knowledgeable and direct they were.I did a Legal Test in case I needed for court. My results came quickly and when I called.in Chase gave me updates.Worth the drive to the north side!

It was a lot. We came in for a paternity test on a Thursday..was told that the results would be uploaded that Monday. Monday came and went with no results found. Gave it a day. Called and the rep told us that she couldn’t find our samples or email address. We were told the next day that our samples were lost. Which is unnerving and honestly kinda scary. They sent us an at home test next day which is what we didn’t want..we could’ve saved a trip up north if that’s what we wanted. We got results a few days later but the whole experience was unprofessional to say the least.

Have very good experience, experienced great appointment and he made sure all Covid rulez followed, very reassuring. I called and got update on kit to Cameroon, very nice man Chase. Take your immigration case there!

Yes! Yes! Yes! I never thought I would need DNA Testing, but when I did, I was pleasantly surprised! Chase explained everything really detailed and at the appointment followed very strict safety/covid rules. I had my results in 5 days and was happy Chase went into detailed on test types cause I got a legal test that I could use un court, when I came I was only going to get a home test.

So this is a hard review for me, my father was in the hospital and given only a few day to live, I had no papers connecting us or showing he was my dad. I called around and no one really knew the procedure for collecting at hospital. Then I got Chase at this place! Chase knew exactly what to do, coordinated it all and even came and did collection himself!This was Dec 2020 and even with all the pandemic, Chase got with nurses and followed their rules and did full islolation gearz and was extremely kind to my dad and me.

Did covid test here, easy process, results much quicker than cvs or my Dr. Top notch

Cant thank Chase enough! The COVID restrictions were very reassuring he followed. I went for a NIPP, had to be recollected due to being too early, but process was easy. The person I tested with tried to call in and get info he shouldnt have and they protected my privacy completely.Can not say thank you enough!

They dont answer phone calls

I was so happy with this place! Chase was amazing, he explained everything and I got my results privately and confidentially. Highly recommend when you need professional and private DNA testing.

So, I will admit I was skeptical due to the corporate sites online reviews. BUT, once there and waiting and overhearing hearing other people waiting, the clientele are very “common people”. I waited until my appointment time, was seen 5 mins. early. The gentleman there explained everything in detail and made sure I had no questions left before I was done. I went for a Paternity Test that I wanted done before court. Definitely recommend this specific location and the gentleman Chase that works there, don’t believe a lot of reviews, I definitely witnessed first hand how difficult their clients are. Visited 8/14 and received results in mail today.

Had a NIPP test here, other person was tested in another state. Took a while to get an appointment, but this place was clean, gentleman was nice, very detailed.As review below, make an appt! When I was there other people were rude and very loud, trying to make their poor life choices this companies issue!Results came a day early, even after a recollect due to not enough fetal dna( right term?)

Chase was very helpful, friendly and professional! I took my newborn for DNA testing and the process was easy and fast.

Had good experience, Chase gave me a lot of information on immigration process and he also advised me how to check on us embassy opening. i went to choice first but could not get answers, ask for chase whenyou call.
