We hosted my bridal shower this past weekend at Gala Banquets. The venue is exceptional all around from ambiance to service and food. We received so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the place is. The owner is super accommodating and the staff did a great job throughout the event. The food....is INCREDIBLE! Everyone loved it and couldnt stop talking about it. Overall, hosting here was a great success and I would recommend!

I had my daughter’s baptism at Gala Banquets and everything was amazing! The food was so fresh and delicious. The strawberry spinach salad is to die for! The place was super clean and plenty of safety measures in place due to COVID. The owner was very responsive, professional, and checked in multiple times to ensure everything was going well. The entire staff was on top of their game. As soon as they noticed something needed refills, they immediately got it, without having to be asked. I received many compliments from my guests about the event. Thanks Konrad! Can’t wait to plan another party with you!

This banquet hall is awesome! I had my college graduation here this past weekend I have nothing negative to say! We had so many compliments on the food, the service was amazing and there were absolutely no issues. From the first day we met Konrad he assured us that there would be no problems and that all we needed to do was relax and he was right. It was smooth, stress free and he made my vision come to life. Nice mid size banquet

This banquet was amazing! We hosted my daughters baptism here yesterday and I couldn’t be more pleased. The room is beautifully done and renovated, the wait staff and Konrad were so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. I have to say, the best part of it all was the food!! Everything from the soup, to the salad, and the entrees were delicious! My guests couldn’t get enough! Definitely worth 5/5 stars.

The food was delicious and cannot forget the place itself. What a beautiful treasure. Gala Banquet is a newly renovated place perfect for all occasions. We were celebrating my daughters graduation and her 18th birthday just in the beginning of August. All of my 70 guests commented on this place how elegant and tasteful it is. They have a great selection of food and they are very accommodating to providing the best quality food, service, and even provide options for people who have food allergies. We had our 40th birthday party over Gala Banquet . It is such a beautiful place. We received so many compliments from our guest about what a nice venue it was, some even said they would host an event there. The open bar package they had was amazing, the selection of alcohol was great especially for the price. All the guest we’re impressed. Everyone who works there is extremely helpful and help you plan a timeline. Perfect place!!!

This banquet is BEAUTIFUL! I had my daughters christening here this past weekend and we love everything about this place! The food was delicious and and hot out the oven:-)! the service was amazing. All the waiters were there at all times to help and serve appetizers to each person as well as drinks! We had open bar and it was so great! The lighting was perfect and I love the disco ball! The sweet table was perfection and the swedish table was sooooo good! I highly recommend this Banquet Hall! I would give it a 10+++! The owner Konrad was super attentive and so nice! We had our daughters first communion party at Gala Banquets this past weekend. We couldnt be more thrilled with EVERYTHING! The venue is immaculate, recently updated, freshly painted, and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are clean, modern, and spacious. The gorgeous granite bar was fully stocked and the bartender kept the drinks coming all night. The complimentary valet was very convenient along with additional free parking across the street. From the delicious appetizers (passed out butler style) to the generous portions of freshly prepared food, everything was wonderful! We received dozens of compliments from our family and friends afterwards. The owner Konrad is amazing to work with. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, and made our party a huge success. He recommended DJ Leon, who kept everyone up dancing all night. We will definitely have future parties at Gala. It is the best banquet hall in the city. We were beyond impressed with every aspect of the entire night. Just wish we could give them 10 stars!

I had our wedding this weekend on the 28th, the banquet hall looked amazing the staff was amazing they made sure we had everything we needed and made sure all our requests where met. I Cant stress enough we were treated as If we were family. Konard made sure we had everything we needed. Ewelina, Thank you so much for making sure the wedding was on track and everything was done for us. Oh and food was plenty and it was amazing. We will be coming back.

I recently had my 40th birthday party at Gala Banquets and let me tell you this place is awesome. The food was fantastic, fresh and hot when served. Waiters and waitresses were asking if guests would like more food and we’re very nice. The bartender Ewelina made fantastic drinks (mojito are my recommendation). I called to ask for availability to book the hall as I am getting married... (granted I knew we had to meet in person to discuss more details) but he cut me off and asked me for the date and stopped me dead in my tracks when he said it’s already taken and hung up on me. Maybe had he answered a bit nicer, or at least let me know that it was booked already I would have been a lot better off. But first impressions are keen and a simple phone conversation makes a big difference. ... rude.

I have to tell you these people are outstanding I have never ever felt so wonderful about doing business with a company as that is their flexibility with my budget was unbelievable they made everything happen for me and my price from the owner Konrad was amazing.They made me feel so at home the place is so very spotless I mean it is very clean and organized if I could go anywhere else again I would certainly go back to this again I cant say how much I enjoyed having our party with them they were just absolutely wonderful I think them from the bottom of my heart they made our party day so very special

I have recently been at party and just would like to say that gala banquets its my favorite place for any occasion best food I mean really good food even for take outs if u ever need to. Owner is super sweet and always nice answer any questions u will have and give good advice what will u may need for your party. My wife and I Just had our second party at Gala Banquets; a Christening party for our daughter Olivia. It was an amazing night thanks to the great food and entertainment provided by Conrad and the rest of the staff of Gala Banquets. The area is spacious and elegant. We had approximately 90 people both Polish and American attend with children and there was still plenty of space to eat and dance the night away. This is an excellent place for all events. My wife greatly appreciated the changing table in the bathrooms. Finding parking in the city can be rough. However, Gala Banquets offers free valet parking and has arranged overflow parking across the street.The food was amazing! We got the Platinum Package and the food never stopped coming. My personal favorite was the mushroom soup, but we also had a full dinner complete with Pierogis, Salads, Meats, and Ice cream. Additional appetizers of Salmon, Tatar, various meats, deserts and others were severed after the meal. The staff was very friendly and courteous ensuring all our guests were happy and well taken care of throughout the night. Our friends and family were talking about the style and class of the banquet hall for days after.An open bar is a must at most parties and Gala Banquets will not let you down. It is a full bar including top shelf liquors, wines and beer. DJ Leon, recommended by Gala Banquets was amazing. During the meal he entertained the kids with music, games, and gifts. He played a variety of music that kept everyone on the dance floor.I cannot say enough about Gala Banquets and DJ Leon. Thanks so much for a wonderful night filled with food, dancing, and celebration. We will definitely come back for future parties.

We had my wifes 60th birthday at Gala. Nothing I could write could describe how wonderful of an event that Conrad and his staff provided my family.The center was decorated beautifully, the food was the best Ive had in over 40 years of traveling to Chicago.The pork tenderloin in apricot sauce and strawberry-walnut salad were worth the price of airfare from Arizona. No 5 star restaurant in Chicagoland has better food.My father had never eaten pierogies, now he is a big fan!Our entire extended family was very impressed.This will not be our last family event at Gala.Love you guys, Betsy and Robert.

Gala is the best place for all your events. You can decorate it however you want to, food is delicious & fresh and people working there very nice & professional thats why i really dont understand the review from Kaskader??? The bartender at Gala, the blonde girl Evelina whos always there, is very nice, fast and makes awesome drinks. Maybe this one time she had a bad day ( lets be honest, everyone has one of these) or maybe Kaskader was rude to her... who knows? My point is that i was at Gala approximately 7 times and also had my daughters Christening there and every time my overall experience was wonderful!!! Thank you Gala Banquets.

I am delighted with the New Years Eve party at the Gala Banquet. I express my thanks and appreciation for such a wonderfully prepared event. Konrad, the owner stood up to the task and made every effort to make such a special event more enjoyable. It was nice to listen to the live orchestra, the band played songs from our 60s, 70s, 80s. We were impressed by the nice mood, great service and very good food. I recommend this place to everyone, our friends were also very happy.

Scary, New Years Eve, the musicians get the balance, or the same row flies twice, or the song starts and ends after 15 seconds, they are discussing something among themselves. The repertoire is terribly poor, a lot of falsehood, the band stopped somewhere in the 70s. Even when they play the disk, there are no hits like dr. Alban dj bobo, la bouche. I advise against.
