A few months back Patrick completed a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy for me all was done perfectly and I was more than satisfied with the work that he and his team (Say and Sam) had done. I later discovered that a part of this transaction had gone wrong and it looked like I was left in debt with property! Needless to say I was livid!! When I approached Patrick with my anger and very real concerns he expressed a desire to remediate the issue. Though he initially thought he was not in error he was willing to own his part and take any necessary steps to rectify the issue. Patrick did just that!! Although the issue had occurred 2 years prior, Patrick went back in “pro. bono” and spent many, many man hours clearing up the issue!!! My wife and I bought our first home and hired Patrick as our attorney. Our purchase was straight forward with the exception of the seller who lives outside of the US. He warned us of the potential issues and delay that may result in this and surely enough our closing date was pushed back due to late paperwork from the seller. The man knows his stuff! What impressed us the most was Patricks ability to organize and schedule things even when its not his responsibility. Our closing date got pushed back a second time due to the sellers agent and attorney who were both extremely incompetent at their jobs. They actually made the closing process much more difficult but thankfully Patrick was able to get things in lined for them(he essentially did their job) and we were able to successfully close afterwards.
