I went here because my dad told me they were good with engine work and they were!!! I was told by a Dodge that I needed a new engine on a a SUV I took in for a power issue an A/C check!! Yeah that wasnt happening so I took it to Lous, and Bob was pretty knowledgeable about what was wrong and fixed it along with other minor things in a timely manner, and I must add the price was very reasonable for me. If I ever have car issues again Im definitely going here again. Give them them a try, you wont regret it!!!

Stopped by to inquire about repairs on a 67 Belvedere llThe mechanic on duty was super nice and helpful and honestly, the guy was genuine.You dont find a lot of genuine mechanics who tell you what it is straight up.For sure when I get parts I need for my car, Im going back here to have them installed by professionals that are honest.Being genuine means more than anything in business and these guys sure have made a new customer!

I took my car their for a diagnostic test. I dont think he ever moved the vehicle. From the parking spot. I told him what the main visible problems where and after 2 days he repeated the exact samething I said. He didnt tell me where the leaks were coming, what caused the leaks just get rid of it. My 1st thought was he didnt want to fix my car. But if that was the case he shouldnt have charged me $125 with no proof of his work or a complete diagnostic of the vehicle. He couldnt tell me what the other issues were that I dont know what to name because Im not a mechanic. And I was referred to this place by Brachs on western. I should not have.paid him for the bulls**** diagnostic. It wasnt a diagnostic at all.

Very knowledgeable, reputable established. Didnt overcharge, told me one price, when I got there the price was lower then first quoted. Honestly, great place to get your car repaired or truck.

Diagnose problem, replace starter,and front end alignment done while i waited. The only mechanic shop on the south side that you can get your problem fixed at a dam good price and leave satisfied. I drive 25 miles to get my car fixed there. Try this place . you can,t loose.

Im not the smartest man in the world, but I know my car. I took it to them on Friday 5-27-16 and just got it back today 6-1-16, and I have fresh scratches on my car that werent there before and the are acting as if they didnt do it. I had a witness with me who knows my car, agreed that the scratches were new. Lesson learned, take pictures of your car when they do wont to your car so that you have proof when things arent right. This was my first experience with this company and it may be my last.
