Peter responds to emails quickly. I have not had an issue with anything and I understand my insurance as it was explained in plain language.

Overall ok insurance a bit pricey just for liability. However the 3rd party road assistance service Allstate uses are horrible this past January 2021/ during the blizzard storm Chicago had I was stranded no one came to tow my car. I had to spend the night at a friends house and leave my car literally in the middle of a street. No road side asst ever came. not even the next day. Just horrible, horrible roadside asst. Experience thinking of switching back to State Farm or buying roadside asst. thru AAA. not sure what next when my renewal comes up.

I greatly appreciate everyone in your office. They are always helpful and courteous. I called the other day and Manuel answered the phone promptly. He assisted with an issue I had with my vehicle and walked me through the entire process. My concern was resolved the next day. Truly excellent service! This is why I trust Pete Fernandez and team with home and auto. Thank you!

This agency buys outdated information and bombards my mailbox full of deceptive ads with made up nonsense savings numbers. I highly question the ethics of a business using these tactics. See other reviews on this page; con artist is quite accurate. Instead of wasting paper, they should try a digital campaign. It would look way more appealing than a letter full of sentence fragments and a photoshopped headshot of the agent. Go with a real insurance agent. And you know this guy doesnt care about his clients because he doesnt respond to reviews just like this one.

I shopped around a bit until I met Olivia here at allstate she did a great job explaining my coverages and giving me her professional opinion. Im glad I met her and the people in her office. I am now officially well protected!

Pete seems like a nice guy. the people who work for him proved to be con artists after i signed up. they will be very nice to you before and right after you sign up a policy with them, but after a few weeks, things turned ugly.I had a auto policy discount due to the fact that my company provides me with a company car that i can use as a personal car. I was asked to provide several documents to prove i have a company car, which i did, insurance, company statement, etc.All of a sudden, they asked for a declaration page (showing $$ coverage for the company car). Im not understanding this. What in the hell does ALLSTATE have to do with that? whatever happens to me when im driving the company car is none of their business. AllState, sadly will exhaust you and find ways to deny a discount after both parties agreed to a fixed premium. I had automatic deduction to my credit card and i received notice they will just take my money. This is after the fact that Pete informed me i do not need to submit any more documents after i voiced my dissatisfaction with the exhausting document after document after document that they ask for. Ive been provided a company car for more than 10 years and NEVER have i seen any kind of declaration page.My last email to this company and i copied the CEO and COO of AllState were absolutely ignored. I guess they dont really care about their customers after they have you signed up.What i thought was going to be a long relationship with this company, as well as AllState, was never meant to happen. Mind you, i ended up paying more switching to this company from Farmers, hoping there would be some honesty and better service, but only after two months,they showed their true skin.Be careful with these people and get everything in Black and White. Take your business elsewhere.Is there any insurance company out there that cares at all? remains to be seen.
