We have had to use Mayers twice for car repairs after separate accidents. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient! They helped us through insurance questions, giving us a quote for the work, exceeding expectations on the repair - delivering our car ahead of schedule! They also have a relationship with Enterprise up the road, so it makes it SO easy to rent a car. They pick you up and you leave the rental at Mayers when you pick up your car. Could not be an easier process when youre getting repairs done. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Mayers. We were rear-ended while driving through the Chicago area en route to somewhere else. We took our car to Mayers to see if it was still safe to drive after the accident and to see if we could waterproof the trunk, which had been bent such that there were gaps that would let rain in.Mayers gave us confidence that the car was still safe to drive and put specialized plastic all over the trunk to waterproof it. They didnt charge us anything (although we forced them to accept a tip). Im especially impressed with their generosity since we are not from the Chicago area and therefore are extremely unlikely to be a repeat customer. If we *did* live in Chicago, though, I would absolutely take the car to Mayers to get the damage from the accident fixed.

The quality of work was good. Later than promised. Took 35 minutes to locate key when picked up. Not detailed inside. Worst of all, crashed car two weeks old. Discovered two days after pick-up, every thing in glove box was missing. Car manual, bill of sale, registration, insurance card and handicap sticker. Went back, they could not locate. Do not recommend at all.

Had to bring my car in for a door replacement. Friendly and professional staff with great communication. Helped me from start to finish with rentals and taking care of working with my insurance provider. Car was returned good as new! Highly recommend this shop.

Mayer’s has been our go to collision place for years. They are honest about what needs to be done, fair on price and quick to complete everything! Their personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. They have drive up free estimates too!Additionally, they are a preferred vendor of our insurance company, State Farm.I mean what else could you want??This time they replace a side mirror for me and it costs even less than they thought it would. BONUS!You will not be disappointed coming here.

My car was hit while parked, damages were extreme. I had a list of places I couldve took it to but I decided to go with Mayers and I have to say it was a great decision. They kept in contact with me the 3 weeks it was getting repaired, my car was done a week early from promised date and when I picked it up everyone was so nice and professional ☺️ I drove my baby for an hour just to make sure everything was ok and I couldnt be happier. My car was so clean inside and out thanks to Mayers and I am 100 percent satisfied with the work that was done. I have already recommended this place to people I know and I will surely use them again in the future. Thanks again Mayers!

The team at Mayers Collision Center were such a pleasure to work with. From the estimates to the repairs to working with my insurance company -- they made the entire process easy and worry free. They did such a great job on my car repairs, it looks brand new! With my busy work schedule they were even able to drop my car off at my home. I will definitely recommend Mayers to friends and family and certainly plan to use them in the future for any repairs that my vehicles might need.

I got my car’s rear bumper repainted but they went above and beyond and fixed minor damages around the car. I was recommended to go here by one of my family members and I am very happy with their service and job.

Hello,I would like to say we have had a couple cars worked on here. I would say excellent service. I brought my car in the week of Thanksgiving and just over a week they fixed multiple things bumper, side door, headlight, paint, and everything came out perfect. I also wanted to add they did a great job with cleaning the inside as well this was a nice to see place go the extra mile. They kept in touch as well as far as the status of when things would be done as well. Very pleased with the service.

Amazing work! Couldnt be happier! :)3 weeks ago I accidentally bashed up my front passenger fender a little bit. Few dents, some small scratches, and a few bad ones. I went to about 7 different places in the neighborhood for quotes, 5 of the 7 immediately told me Id need to replace the fender and that it would be basically hopeless and nearly impossible to try to repair the damage. 1 of the shops said they might be able to repair the damage, but didnt sound very confident, and even said it still might be noticeable after the repair. My final stop was Mayers. My car was checked out by an employee named Carlos who told me not only would he be able to make all the repairs, but even quoted me the best price of all the shops I went to (though most of those shops quotes were for a new fender, even if it was just for the repairs, I dont think anyone else would have given a better price than Mayers).He was able to get my car in the following week, and estimated 3 or 4 days till it was ready.With all the negative things I was told from the other shops, I was still a little worried during those days, hoping everything would go good. I was not at all disappointed once I went to pick up my car. The work was completed within the given time frame, and I was almost in disbelief when I saw the final outcome. It looked PERFECT! Like a brand new fender! There were no sign of any previous damage, they did a wonderful job! There was even a small scratch on the bumper, which I told them I really wasnt too concerned with, and cared more about the fender damage, and they even touched up the bumper scratch too.I cant say enough good things about this shop and the work they did after several other shops told me it was hopeless. I highly recommend them for your auto body repair needs. THANK YOU MAYERS! :)
