The staff is really awesome! Very welcoming and professional. They have really good quality equipment and they know exactly what they are talking about. I highly recommend Second City for your audio/video needs they are phenomenal and I will be coming back here soon.

While there a bunch of places one can go in the city of Chicago to rent audio gear, Second City Sound is the only place a person should go. Not only is it stocked with great gear and staffed with knowledgable people, but they treat their customers like theyre family members. I cant say that about many establishments, but I can definitely say it about Second City Sound!
