23% of the lots I purchased were missing the premium items. The site manager is disrespectful, rude & arrogant and acts like shes doing you a favor. You want to get screwed good.... This is the place for you! Worst customer service I have experienced in 37 years as a commercial auction buyer. Basically what you see on their online auction photos is not what you are going to get 23% of the time the premium items will be missing and they dont care. If their were negative stars, I would award all of them. Circus act.

Difficult for buyers to work with. Ive purchased thousands of items from a dozen companies in Minnesota, but I found this one very difficult to work with. The process was overly complicated, required multiple signatures on multiple documents, demanded that I schedule a time, all within a time period that was unrealistic. Plus the buyers premium was 16%! Highest Ive ever seen! Know how to piss a guy off? Tell him he has 48 hours to complete a bunch of paperwork for an online auction purchase, then dont respond. Ill avoid auctions from this place in the future.
