I cant say any enough about AA Best Appliance Service, Ivan and his team where able to help me out with my fridge and dryer, talk about bad luck. From start to finish was very professional and very thorough and took the time to educate me on how I can do little bit maintenance for a DIY guy. Will continue to use them and highly recommend them

We have used Ivan at AA Best Appliances for several repairs in our home over the past 2 years: two times for our refrigerator and once for our washer. All three times, Ivan demonstrated a ton of expertise about what was causing the problem and offered options for fixing it. When an appliance breaks down, replacing a component is often an option, but Ivan had other solutions for us that did not require replacement (and which cost less). We have also found that Ivan stands by his work and charges reasonable prices. We will continue to use AA Best when we need repairs.

Ivan and his apprentice repaired the water dispenser on my refrigerator today. They provided a two hour time window, and showed up as expected. He quickly diagnosed the problem, provided the cost estimate, and made the repair. They were careful not to scratch my floors when pulling the fridge out, and cleaned up as they worked, and again when they finished. They worked fast and the job was done right. Reasonable prices. I will continue to use AA Best as my first call for any appliance repairs.

I cant thank Ivan and AA Best Appliance Service enough for their amazing work. Im always going to recommend him and his company to anyone who needs home repair services. Ivan fixed my A/C lightning fast, and I can definitely attest he is excellent at his craft, and all around genuinely a great person to work with.

The repairmen (Ivan & Chaz) arrived on time and promptly repaired my broken dishwasher (which hadnt worked in 15 years). The repair took less than 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable and the service was courteous and efficient. I recommend them highly and without any reservation.

Unfortunately, our washer broke down during the Covid lockdown. Needless to say, we were worried about having a stranger in our home right now, but it had to be done. Upon contact, Ivan asked thoughtful and relevant questions about our health & exposure, and location of the appliance within our home to determine if he could provide service. When he arrived for his appointment, he communicated via cell phone, wore a mask, and gloves, and maintained his distance. We were able to pay via Venmo in order to have a contactless appt. Our washer is now running perfectly, and we were so happy with his safety efforts and professionalism!

Alex was very systematic and persistent to help us solve or dishwashers pumping problem.
