I almost got killed by this driver, apparently I drive for uber part time, this guy won’t let me drop off my passenger without honking aggressively and continuously. Then cut me off and soon as my rider got off then he started cursing me out so loud, I was able to drive pass him and go to my next pick up but won’t stop tailgating or drive side by side with me trying to do something crazy because he keeps his left hand in the pocket and once I knew I push the gas and leave him to do keep acting crazy. Please you need to do something about your killer drivers, I called to leave a message which no one will get back to me as writing today.

They should lose their license. January 19th my connecting flight at Chicago Midway was cancelled due to a snowstorm and I booked a room for the night at the Extended Stay America, just 3 miles from the airport. Taxi driver had an additude when I summoned him. He claimed the hotel was in the suburbs. However it was just 3 miles from Midway. The meter came to around 9 dollars. He demanded I owed 29 dollars. He claimed that since it was in the suburbs that it was 2 and a half times the meter. When I tried to dispute this with the driver he got very nasty and began yelling and screaming at me. He would not let me get out of the taxi until I gave him 29 dollars. The next morning I called a different taxi company to take me to the airport and I was only charged 11 dollars. Blue Diamond should have its license stripped. I guess Chicago really is a corrupt place .

BEWARE! This taxi service is a ripoff!!! DO NOT USE! one-way trip from the airport to the Westin in Lombard should of been about $34. He charged us $77. We will never take a taxi again! Uber or Lyft only from now on. I wonder if this driver realizes what a disservice he did to his industry.

Cab 1184 reeked of cigarette smoke, had to launder clothes and bag to get rid of strong ashtray smell.

The guy charged me $91 for a ride from Midway airport to the Hampton in Rosemont. What a scam of a company

Ripoff. Driver added $18 to the meter for a 13min cab ride.

I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid these cabs at all cost.

One of their drivers blew a red light and almost hit me on my bike.....then went on to honk and yell profanities at me

I had a pick up scheduled at 11 oclock at 11:15 I call and Im told us could be :15 or 20 minutes the lady Lesley is rude and has no business being on a telephone I would never use blue diamond again thats what happens with 1st impressions
