If I could give 0 stars I would. The sales man named Mr. Ward repeatedly calls us, and frequently hangs up on our receptionist when he realizes he wont be speaking to our Executive Director. Just this morning he has called over 8 times. This has been going on for years, we have not ran advertisements in 3+ years, they were told to close are account and never contact us again several times. They will also take anything as authorization for advertisement over the phone, if you say okay Ill get back to you on it, apparently they have grounds to run advertisements, and will absolutely refuse to reverse the charges/air time.

Company has been doing Radio for over 50 years. Great customer service. Goto if your a business trying to promote yourself in the community.

Not even one star, It made me put at least one! Complete Scam! If anyone calls trying to sell a radio advertisement do not even talk to them if they are trying to rush your purchase. We never agreed to do anything and they ended up billing us and calling with very rude collection calls. I called the radio station they were representing and got it stopped but find it amazing that a Christian radio station would even be doing business with a company that has zero good reviews. Looks bad on the radio station in the end. Wouldnt it be better to find some of the unemployed citizens to sell your ad space than it would to do business with a company with no ethics whatsoever?

SCAM!! We received a call asking if we would like to run an ad spot to veterans. We asked to have a script sent to us for review prior to approving. We never received anything from them after months.....and then there was today. A really upset guy calls and says that we have an invoice due for $900 that he would like to go ahead and take care of in order to bypass sending an invoice in the mail. When my husband told him we requested a script but never received it he stated that it was mailed in the mail and since we never responded they went ahead and ran it. We have never seen anything and did not approve any ad. Furthermore, owning a marketing agency.....I would NEVER pay $900 for an in-targeted radio spot. Well played.

Be careful about the Radio Accounting Service. We have had nothing but problems with them. Their sales people called us, selling ads on radio stations, and we told them that the only way we would sign up and pay for the ad was if they told us when the ad was going to run so we made sure it was actually happening, and the salesman agreed to that. Well supposedly the ad ran, and we never got a call. So when they called again looking for money, we told them that we were never notified like the salesman said we would be, and we dont even know if the ad even ran, therefore, we would not be paying the bill. Now they just call us with threatening phone calls. I dont know if they are just a scam or what, but if I were you, I would stay far far away.

Complete crap. They did a radio spot for my business 3 different times over the course of a year and not 1 customer call or mention of the radio ad or spot.

Garbage company.... Theyre all on drugs... (literally) This place is a complete joke. I would be embarrassed to work for them.

The owner seems cool but on the other hand theres this 8===D and he goes by Micheal Jackson and yes thats what his name is... Boy I think his parents lost a Bet with God. Anyway lets get to what kind of man Ole Mike thinks he is... Well he makes calls in this collection dept and for some reason that makes him feel some what complete about being a man, Mike being Gay (not theres anything wrong with that) doesnt make you a man lets get that out of the way. This dude would call my shop and Id get to phone and he would just hang up!!! WTF right. Sooo enough of that I hammered that whole place down with calls ya know give them a taste of there own medicine, Man they were pissed!! Then when you would hear him talk and Id I was like was this guy a Alter Boy for a Catholic Church... Dont do Business w/ Mike ask to speak with someone w/out Mommy Issues some work there that are Professional
