This company don’t care about rules and people. Their workers violate City Noise Ordinance starting their work at 5:40am.. Are you serious?! Are you aware that your work is a little bit noisy (sarcasm)? It’s incredibly noisy when you do something right in front of building windows! Give people some rest. You won’t be pleased if someone disrupts your sleep.You have to fix/replace your advertisement not earlier than 8am, there are rules for everyone. It’s not an emergency to do it at 5:40am.
