Worse experience ever!! I went to get my car fixed. They misdiagnosed my car. They charged me a fee for an inspection. They did an surface inspection, Claudia the owner look at me in my face, and told me a part on my car was new. I still had the same problem with my car I go back to them. Instead of doing a thorough inspection. I seen the mechanic pull a bottle I had laying in my car through their glass window.They confront me and asked me if I used the bottle for my car. I told them no. They eventually did an actual inspection and found the problem. The part Claudia told me was new, was an old part and they replaced it. In which cost me more money. They didnt apologize for misdiagnosing my car or accusing me of doing things to my car that I didnt do. BUYER BEWARE!! not as honest as they portray to be. Poor customer service and very unprofessional.

I needed a master cylinder and front/rear brakes done. The gave me a great price. Repairs completed in two days. When other places quoted over $2,000. My car is running great. I will continue to refer people along with a business relationship with this shop.

NEVER GO HERE FOR A REAPIR!! I had the unfortunate opportunity to meet with the manager and current owner of this not so professional establishment I went in for a simple brake replacement with the brake light on and was promised by the owner that the issue was fixed. Upon getting my car returned to me 5 lights came on. I had brought the issue up before leaving the shop and the manager (ie Claudia ) acted a little skeptical as to what went down with repair stating she personally did it herself which was not the case. I brought my car back to a Honda dealership mechanics and was told the service that Claudia provided actually damaged more than she quote on quote repaired she had broke my rear calibrators and a couple sensors attached to the rear brakes. Never going back to this place I hope no one else has to deal with such a unprofessional, unethical, unreliable, untrustworthy mechanic shop. Claudia should not run a establishment especially with a attitude and horrible customer service atleast have to decency to admit when you done wrong or dont know what your doing on a repair stop being money hungry you cause more issues than you can fix.

Claudia charged me for work that was not done. I paid for a used tire but in all actuality, the mechanic just patched the tire up and didn’t fix it properly and gave me extreme attitude when I wanted a full refund. When I came to receive my refund, it took a full 20 mins in the waiting area before receiving it. I’m not sure why but I will never be back here.

Sent my vehicle over to this shop because of the positive reviews. Now, I regret this as I pick up my car. I wouldn’t send anyone except my enemies to this shop. They’ve had my vehicle for 3 days and didn’t even attempt to read the codes. When asked why she said because they only do that if your request and they charge $79 to read your codes with a device that literally cost the same amount. In addition the level of customer Sevice present is beyond low, doesn’t want to answer questions or reason or help you to obtain the best outcomes. A mechanic should be like a doctor is for your body and this shop isn’t it. They will literally charge you for any and everything. There are more reliable places to take your vehicle than this place, go there and possibly pay a bit more per hour than get nickled and dimed for everything.

Honest and Fair. Ive been taking all my cars to Claudias for several years now and I have always gotten an honest assessment of the problem, what itll take to repair it and they even find ways to save ME money while still guaranteeing their work. As long as they keep the customer informed and do their job the best they can, theyll have me and my cars as long as theyre in business. Ill recommend them to everyone!Update - July 26, 2019 - Still a terrific place to get your car serviced. Claudia is a down-to-earth owner and still does her absolute best to give her customers a fair deal that her competition cant even come close to matching. If youre not getting your car serviced at Claudias, youre paying too much and not getting quality work done to extend the life of your car. Its as simple as that.

Claudia really helped me out, she asked her employees to stay a little past closing, in order to help me out. She is very honest, integrity hard to find these days. I will be recommending this shop to all my friends and family.

Bad shop bad service owner are so rude and unprofessional all need lot more experience to repair cars dont know what they doing they need go to school to learn more how to fix cars but the problem here is more the owner dont know how to run the business i do not recommend it.

I was a faithful customer to her for 2 years, out of all the time Ive been serviced by her Ive given her literally $3,000 or more. I havnt been serviced by her for some time because I had gotten another car that was fairly new. She had given me a quote for a previous repair on the car she has serviced several times. I finally needed to get a repair done then all of a sudden she didnt remember quoting my initial price and jacked up the pricing of the repair that was still needed by almost $100. As an owner you want to give trust to some of your clients as well as earn trust, I have not earned any of her trust ever out of all the time of her being my mechanic, yet I gave her my trust. I will encourage customers to not look forward to making her your primary mechanic because she wont cut any deals and give trust even if youve been with her for some time.

I went there on a flat(on a Wednesday) I see the sign that says closed on Wednesday, granted. There are three people there, the garage doors open. I asked to get some air, I was on a flat. I was also at a tire shop. One women came out and said, we are closed. I said I’m on a flat, there are people here, can I just get some air to may it to my appointment in downtown Chicago. Another woman came out yelling, WE ARE CLOSED!! This is my only day off! I said I just need some air. They said, it’s a gas station right there. I had went there five minutes ago and it took most of the air OUT of my tire. Said said, go to another tire shop! So, I will all I hope everyone that reads this does also.

A hidden gem. Fixed a flat tire for $15 in 15 minutes that Car-X claimed was unrepairable by law and would cost $400 & 3-4 hours to obtain and install.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Went there to have my car checked out and they told me that the squeaking noise under the car was the differential and it would cost a few thousand dollars to fix. I took my car straight out of there and my dad looked at it and he determined it was the rear U joint. I went to the part store and got a U joint for 16.99 and it took my dad no more than an hour to fix it. No more squeaking, and messing with CLAUDIAS repair shop, I wouldve been out of big bucks and my dad didnt charge me to fix it. My advice to Claudia, please send your mechanics back to school, or maybe you tried to get over on me! Do Not Trust this repair shop, they SUCK! Needless to say, Claudia you are very rude and you need to learn good customer service skills!
