I’ve used them twice in the past year and have always been extremely satisfied with the results. As a pet owner, they take the time to ensure each stain/spot is inspected and treated appropriately to ensure maximum results. The crew is beyond caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and most notably trustworthy with all cleaning needs! I have very light carpet (I clean it regularly to keep it from getting too dirty from foot traffic/pet) and each time I’m amazed at how much cleaner my carpet is despite thinking it’s “not bad”! Don’t waste your money and time calling someone else! These guys get the job done at an astonishingly reasonable price! Trust me, you’ll be completely satisfied!

I was incredibly impressed with the service I received. Andrew got me in within 48 hours of my call and said he’d be here between 2:00 and 4:00 and was here at exactly 2:00 (which never happens!). My carpets look brand new and the house smells amazing. I will definitely be using Carpet Medic for my carpets again and plan to have them clean my ducts as well. 10/10 - I highly recommend!

Andrew at Carpet Medic was very friendly and the carpet cleaning service was a great value for a competitive price. I needed two rooms in my apartment to be professionally cleaned and this provider lived up to my expectations and I’ll be a returning customer in the future. We scheduled a time window and I left the door unlocked for him to clean upon arrival. He called when he was about done, and I paid after the service was completed. I was happy to see the carpets renewed and the lingering pleasant scent of lemon. The rooms are cleaned and ready for the next tenants! One and done!
