I woke up to a flood in my basement. Called and left a message. Under 10 minutes I received a call from Ryan who talked me through the process and told me when he would be over to start the clean up. Service Masters got to my house within 30 minutes of my call about my house flooding! The workers are so professional and worked so hard. My insurance adjuster said the things Service Master did and the speed with which they did them saved hundreds of dollars in repairs. I hope I never have another disaster this bad at my house, but if I do, Im definitely calling again! (This happened during the COVID-19 quarantine, and everyone showed up with masks and gloves and were very considerate of our safety! )

The ServiceMaster crew that came to our house after our basement flooded were like family! They pitched in and helped us move our things -- including heavy furniture items -- out of the house and into a mobile storage unit. They were professional and trustworthy and knew so many things that we never would have though of. They were great!

This entire team was amazing. My neighbors hot water tank leaked, and spilled over into my condo. They were out here so quickly, and so professionally, I could barely believe it. They were also extremely sensitive to my special needs, because Im scheduled for hip surgery in 2 weeks, and its very difficult for me to move from one room to another. They helped move everything I needed out of my bedroom and bathroom into my living room because thats where the water leak was and I wasnt going to be able to use my bedroom or bathroom for the next three days.
