Have used their services since January 2016. They have had upgrades done, ie, paved the entire thoroughfare and painted the exterior of the units...which is a rarity in all my previous experiences with self-storage.. The staff is easy to deal with, and are very customer oriented. Never any real problems or issues, and communication is an A++.DIAMOND STORAGE ROCKS!🎸

The people that work the office are great i truly enjoy the interactions with them. The actual storage facility is affordable, but it came at the price of my things my dad and grandpa left me when they died and everything else I owned. I am in the process of moving so most of my belongings are in there. Week I found out yesterday that it was broke into last week. When the cops were contacted I was told that this happens all the time there that it is the worst place to store your things in Cheyenne. I went back later to try to go over what was stolen and damaged and the guy working the desk had bought me a new lock. The company itself has done nothing but make sure I get my February bill on time but the employees are amazing.

I rented for 1 month but my experience there was so awesome that I have to brag about that to yall if you really need a place you can trust this place is a good place very easy to get to and very kind service!

We have a unit here. They have updated the paved areas with new asphalt. They have painted and cleaned up the whole area. Rent is reasonable. There have been some break ins since it is not a secure facility. One of the only storage places you can hold a yard sale.

Called at 430 on a friday afternoon trying to get a unit and she was very rude and refuses to rent me a unit because she had ti go to the bank even though the storage place doesnt close til 5. Just had service all the way around.

Our experience wasnt great... Booked our storage unit on line. Seems there is no communication between them and the facility.... Waited for 45 minutes for someone to come to the office to help us at first. Given a confirmation number and when we got there they did not have a unit for us...Oh, three are broken? Who knew :( Also, it is not a secure facility.

The two young men that work there are awesome. They are always polite and helpful. The units are reasonably priced and clean.

The people are very friendly and rates are excellent. Only issue is that the storage is not behind a locked gate

Fiance had a great experience here an helpful/nice staff.

Do not recomend. Rude customer service. The rent went up for facility purpose but they do not shovel snow or ice in front of the door. If you want to get in you will have to take our own shovel. My Unit is not late, nor did I get a late notice, there is a red lock on the door and I can not get in. Very disapointed. No one is ever in the office to take payments and can not pay over the phone.
