Rob shank is very professional, and I really appreciate how he has made improvements on the property since the last property management company. He checks in with us, I got a new heater, and theyve been very flexible with me, oh yeah and theyre fixing to sprinkler system which I think is awesome

We got a cute apartment really close to downtown through Cross Arrows. The apartment was very spacious, had great neighbors, and was in a great location. The landlords were nice, professional, and just overall good people.
