As a guy who enjoys a good manicure this place was phenomenal! Got me in within 5 mins for a walk in. Excellent service. Easy to understand technician! And the prices were within reason! (Unlike portage 😒😒)10/10 would come back again

The lady that did my nails was very rude.Trying to charge me more after I asked the price before I sat down. Threw my money at me, polished my nails sloppy, left me under the heat drying never came back. I had to ask the guy next to me for some oil for my nails. She seem to be very prejudice,I will never come here again. She need to go home and sit down and stay away from the public. Just down right unprofessional first and last time!!!!!

Had my nails done by Jody today. She is so sweet and funny. I asked for palm trees on two nails and they were PERFECT! I had a great experience with her and would definitely request her again.

Guy that did my nails really rude and got mad when I said I couldnt hear him. My nails have huge smudges in them too.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! When I walked into the salon they told me to sit down at one of the chairs and a lady started to do my nails. As she was doing them she began to get upset with me bc I couldn’t understand what she was saying. (I was being very polite to her and expressed that I was sorry I was confused) She then got very mad and she screamed at me in front of everyone in the nail salon and everyone turned their head to look at what happened. In that moment I should have walked out and not payed but I stayed while she was being rough with my hands and skipped many steps. I will never go her again with the way they treat their customers.

I had excellent service. At the last minute I was on my way an hour before they close to go to a bridal show Im a designer, and I totally forgot about and they were able to do my pedicure and beautiful paint nail job. But it did cost me because I had paid $78 for the pedicure and no chip and a nail overlay.

Service was good however the place was very dirty and had large dead bugs (like roaches) in the drop ceiling lights I will not go back.

Everyone is so nice, and they do great work! Highly recommend!

This is the only nail salon I really go to. Its okay. Not the best. There no chip gel is $55. They claim it lasts 2 weeks but they chip the next day.

The way my nails turned out was great, BUT the powder dip nail polish ruins your nails DO NOT DO THIS. They talked it up saying that it lasts longer and that it has all these things that help your nails be more healthy but in order to get the dip powder polish off you have to use a certain chemical to get it off. When my family member took off the nail polish it left a gritty residue on her nails. Basically we spent a ton of money just to ruin our nails (it’s also very expensive).

I’m fine with the way my nails turned out although there’s bubbles underneath the polish, the lines aren’t straight, the lady accidentally cut my finger open when she was filing and another time when she was buffing. Most of the experience was painful but they’re kind for the most part.

Mimi and staff are amazing and very well trained on how to do any kind of nail art!

I had a great experience here. I had gotten the dip powder done on my nails for my wedding and she did an amazing job! All the staff there is sweet and professional. I did have to go back about 4 days later because one of nails cracked but they got me in and fixed it right away!

I tried this business and the girl that did my pedicure refused to use a nail clipper to trim my toe nails. When I asked her to trim instead of only filing the toe nails she said she was afraid she would cut me. I would not recommend or go there again.

The staff was very friendly and they do an awesome job! I can honestly say this nail salon is the first salon to do my nails the way I like them. Definitely will be going back there! Worth the money!

The young girl did a great job with my nails, but kindness would go a long way. She appeared irritated as she did my services. I got a pedicure and no chip manicure. The main lady who greets Responded with rudeness😟 because I questioned how long the wait was going to be . This is not the first time I have been treated rudely at this location. My next services will be at a different place in town .

Wait was longer than I expected. They tried to push me to have my finger nails done when I asked for only a pedicure. There was only 3 options for a pedicure. My nail polish only lasted 3 days before chipping. I only came here because I had a gift certificate. Never again...I usually go to Diva nail spa in Michigan City and I think Ill keep going there.

I was personally happy with my nails the first time I got them done but my daughter got gel on hers and the girl buffed them down so far they were puffy and sore. We went in a second time and I again was very happy with mine. We both had different girls, my daughter again got gel and it only lasted a week. $30 for a week of gel polish! Last time her fingers were sore but the polish lasted a few weeks, this time not sore but polish lasted a week.

The setting there is so classy. It is also elegance with their decorations. I really enjoy the services here. I highly recommend this place to families. Also, friends and co workers too. Excellent services here I loves so much!!!

I just got my nails done for my birthday2 days ago I got no chip it’s already chipping on my nails and toes my acrylic nails are starting to lift the nail lady I had and pedicure lady were so nice but besides that my nails were burning there so thin and poorly done and uneven

They have done upgrades and offer more services than in previous years and it is s very clean environment.The employees are sweet and do s great job on nails and pedicures . The name says everything about this place. They have professional services. Customers best satisfaction is guaranteed. From my last experience, the salon was clean and organized. I went here Oct. 6th, a day before my baby shower and was afriad they wouldnt take me in because it was half hour to closing. I walked in and was greeted immediately, asked what I wanted done and sat me down. I showed them a dress that I was going to wear to my event and the guy was amazing. Showing me all these colors that I might like. He did an amazing job on my nails!I will definitely be coming back here to get my fill ins.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for a few months now. The staff has always been very kind to me and my nails always look amazing. They can be busy at times and have long waits, but the quality is worth it every time.

Terrible service male tech was rude got mad because I asked him to fix nail to desired length as the other nails and proceeded to clump the powder on my nails when applying the acrylic.He proceeded to have me change technicians and the other lady put two nails on me instead of taking the old one off and didnt have me wash my hands before she proceeded to do my no chip.She also changed my price from 30 to 38 dollars. I will never go there again.

At first, the lady was nice. She then became rushed, rude, and really rough. She didnt seem to care about doing a good job at all. My nails are not done well at all! Im not happy! She didnt care when I pointed out flaws she shouldve fixed. I also noticed they arent very sanitary. I wonder if a reason I had bad service is due to being from out of town? Why should they care if I return? I seriously wont AND I do not recommend anyone wasting money here. Im going to have to go somewhere else to have this mess fixed correctly. What a waste of time and money.

This is a clean mail salon and the staff is friendly. I have had many pedicures here and have been happy with the results. One time I went and the massage chair I sat in was not working properly. They seemed a little annoyed about switching me to another station with a working chair but they were accomodating. Update: I have come to this salon again today, chair not working. The owner argued with me that it was, but it clearly was not. If I felt like I could have walked out I would have, but I will not be back.

At last! A place that is clean and sanitary. And I dont walk out of there with thick chunky looking nails like most salons in this region. I walk out each time with naturally shaped/square acrylic nails. Thank you Pro Nails.
