My 1st time there. Ben was very nice and made me feel welcome. He listened to how I wanted my nails done and I am very happy.. I will definitely be going back.

I have been to nail salons from the West coast to the East coast and everywhere in between, and Natural Nails in Chesterton, IN is by far the best! Every other Saturday (regular as clockwork), I spend two hours getting a mani/pedi from Joy. The entire staff of technicians are nothing short of fabulous, but Joy is truly my nail goddess. (Love you Joy. Youre the bomb). Warning, if you go to Natural Nails, you wont be happy anywhere else.

Teresa and Mary do an incredible job. I found this little shop tucked away while visiting a friend and now I drive all the way here from Indianapolis to have my nails doneStaff is extremely professional and friendly!! Slightly long wait depending on when you go in but absolutely worth the wait.Many colors to choose from and they do a great job of making exactly what you want come to life.

Joy was amazing spent alot of time shaping and trimming my nails and cuticles, no one has ever spent the time to make them look that good!! Made my appt. for 4 weeks to keep them in good shape. She was very nice, glad I came in today

I had a great experience at Natural Nails. I showed up midday on a Sunday without an appointment. I only had to wait about 20 minutes before I got in for a pedicure. A really lovely woman did my nails. She was so nice that I think Ill go back here from now on.

Most friendly experience in town!

I had a terrible experience at Natural Nails. I waited for over an hour (totally fine as I did not have an appointment and they were busy). However, when it was mine turn, I was sat in front of a dirty towel that already had nail polish chips all over it. Then, as the old polish was soaking of my nails, a woman who had been in earlier returned. She had come in, by passed the line and asked when she should return. She then left without signing in. When this woman returned the person who was doing my nails got up and starting taking care of her. I was told I would wait for another person to do my nails. This is the point where I lost my patience and left. Moral of the story is, you get great service if you’re a regular. If not, you should probably make an appointment.

Comfortable atmosphere with talented employees. I’ve noticed they take their time on your nails and ensure satisfaction. It’s the only nail salon I go to.

Very friendly staff. I came in with my young daughter and was greeted instantly and they went out of their way to make my daughter feel comfortable. Both our nails look great too. I will be going back.

I loved this place for a hot minute but for some reason the quality has gone down. I’ve been people being turned away at the door just cause they were all “busy”. I have made appointments but they ignore all of it unless you know the person. The acrylic nails always break off. I’m over this place and gonna go somewhere else.

Everyone is so nice! Prices are comparable to other salons. Definitely recommend then. Ive only had Ben and Mary do my nails and both are great!

I google what is 5 stars nail spa. And pop up this name. I called to set up appointment for 2pm for me and my daughter. We were there for almost 2 hours. The stay until we are done. Even though they closed at 3 pm. I love my nail and i love the service given by brother, sister and daughter. Will be back there again.

The atmosphere is super laid back and friendly which is great. I had my nails done once and was pleased enough to go back. Once is all I was able to get. I went back on 4 separate occasions and was turned away being told it would be hours before theyd be ready for me. One of those times was 7 minutes after they opened. Perhaps they should be a by appointment establishment if theyre too busy to handle people walking in.

If you go all the time they will serve you wine, if not dont ask.They could be friendlier

I have been going to Ben for many years. I found him at South Lake Mall and he is well worth the drive to Chesterton to this salon. The rest of the staff are just as friendly and great at what they do!!

Theresa does an excellent job. All of the techs are friendly and do wonderful work.

Very small inside, however the lady that did my nails did an amazing job on them. However they didnt last more than 2 weeks. I will try them again I just hope my nails will last this time longer than a week.

I have been going to Mary and her staff for almost a year. I do a lot of work with my hands, do not wear gloves (sorry Mary!) when I do garden/housework. I have never had a nail chip or lift. I prefer the gel overlay and polish which dries immediately. Their designs are wonderful as is the service. Yes, I have to wait at times.. but I also wait till last minute sometimes.

Pedicurist I had gave a great massage. She was new to using a razor on the callouses so she called in help. Overall a good experience.

Got a pedicure by Joy. She took her time and did an awesome job. The best pedicure and a good price.

Natural nails is great its the only place Ive ever gone. They do an excellent job on acrylics they never break or dull!

Horrible customer service. Doesn’t charge what’s on the board. Was there for almost 4 hours before they took me and took people that got there after me. They were on their phones talking to boyfriends. Had on a movie with multiple sex scenes. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
