They were able to get to me the day after I called and Dylan was great! He explained everything he was going to do when he showed up and even took the time to make sure I had the proper instructions to take care of my animals. Very happy with this service and will use them again.

After using other companies with no success.I finally found someone that took the time and effort to thoroughly investigate entry points of the mice.The tech was extremely knowledgeable and took action.

Blue Chip is the best pest control company in town. Every technician is knowledgeable and wants your home to be bug free! I previously had two different pest control companies service my home. When I asked Blue Chip to come out, they found a major Brown Recluse problem in my home. I was shocked as I had never missed a month with the other companies I had been using! Also, they care about your budget. They say right up front when they think things are okay inside the house, they stick to the outside in order to save you money. Nate comes to my home. He is so nice and helpful. Two thumbs up!

Blue Chip did a great job assessing and correcting the bug problem in our new/old house. Scott was very professional and thorough with our situation, and got right to the center of the issue with surprising efficiency. We have lived in St. Louis for ten years. We were lucky to be referred to Blue Chip from our neighbors the second we moved in. Blue Chip is reliable, professional, and kept our home bug and pest-free. As we live near forests and brush and can have standing water in our backyard from time to time,I sometimes had concerns. When this happened, although rare, Blue Chip would come out immediately to take care of it - no matter what it was or where it was. Their service people are friendly, professional, and take off their shoes whenever they came in my home. We are moving out of state in a couple weeks and we hope to find as good a company as Blue Chip in the future. Matt was great! He was very thorough and gave me ease of mind. He was very informative and answered all my questions. I was very happy they were able to come out the next day, as we’re having brown recluse issues and with my 3 month old, I wanted to make sure we dealt with the issue promptly and safely. They took all of that into consideration when spraying and I feel like we can all get some sleep now.

After the initial treatments, we see them on a regular basis. The technicians are courteous and knock on front door to let me know when they are here, what they are doing, and then knock again to let me know what they did before leaving the site. They are always in their uniforms and their trucks are clearly marked. One time I called about possibly hearing a rodent inside a wall - they immediately scheduled to send a tech out the early the next day. He was on time as confirmed. He looked thoroughly but found nothing and he offered some smart preventative solutions (no charge) based on what he saw. Highly recommend Blue Chip Pest Services.

Chris performed the annual termite inspection and treated the house interior and exterior perimeters for occasional insect pests. He kept me informed throughout his visit.

My technician, Jake, was fantastic! He took great care to explain to me what he was doing and why. He also gave me some suggestions to prevent new problems, and answered all of my questions. He called ahead, was earlier than expected, and very friendly. We had a great conversation while he worked! I will use Blue Chip again, and plan to have them check out moms house too!

Jake, the service tech, gave us great information on the ants and their habits. He carefully surveyed the perimeter of our house before setting bait traps as needed. Well know in a week or so if our pest problem is resolved. We would be happy to request Jake in the future if the need arises.
