Lived in the chesterfield area for 4 months earlier this year and I always got my nails done here! NEVER went anywhere else! When I first walked in, Andrew and Ana were so welcoming and warm, always treated me like family, they always pampered me and made my nail dreams a reality! From my pedicures to my acrylics, nail art and even manicures! Their service and attention to detail was always incredible! Not to mention their salon is beautiful, relaxing and always very clean. I went to get nails done for my engagement with my best friend. Her cuticles were cut and torn up and my feet and hands were left with gaps and laid showing underneath. I paid $95 to have my hands leave worse than when I came in and an exciting experience and time in my life has been tainted today. I had to immediately go to another shop to get them redone because I didn’t want them to even touch my hands again. The girl doing my nails was 35 minutes late to show up and just seemed to not care. Overall I’m so upset that my experience was poor, despite all the reviews.

I have been to many different nail salons over the last 20 years that I have gotten manicures, fill ins, and pedicures. Venetian Nail Salon has consistently provided high-end service and exceptional quality. I would not consider going anywhere else in the St. Louis / Chesterfield area to have my nails and toes done. I took a group of women for my best friends bridal spa day and ALL of the ladies were blown away with the service they received. I tip really well when I go there to encourage the team.

They were awesome. I did not have an appointment, but the wait was only a few minutes. Not long at all.The nail attendant did an awesome job and was extremely sweet and personal. Very clean. No issues. I loved the result 💖10/10 would recommend!

My wife and I decided to get pedicures on our anniversary. Googled “pedicure near me.” They were the first and had the best rating, so we went for it.From the moment we stepped in, they treated us like family rather than customers. They were very thorough and good at their jobs. My wife was extremely happy as she also got a manicure. She told me, “I’ve never had anyone spend so much time on making sure my nails were perfect!”As a husband of a happy wife, I cant help but sing Venetian’s praises!(DISCLAIMER: This was only our third pedicure, however, it was the best. Period.)

I’ve been here twice for dip powder nails and I can’t say enough about these owners! They are truly some of the nicest people I have ever met and are so gentle while doing your nails. They don’t over-drill and they do everything as asked. I would give them more stars if I could!!! I have been to many, many nail salons over the years and no one comes close to the fantastic customer service you get here. They truly care about their clients!!!

Andrew is a perfectionist and did a great job. I had no idea what I wanted as I have a wedding to attend and wanted something simple but elegant. I ended up with a powder dip French manicure, which took a while but was worth it in the end. The atmosphere was quiet and calming. The technicians giving the pedicures did not constantly talk among themselves which is so common at many salons. I will definitely go back.

This is a little far from my house, and sometimes I try new places nearby....but I always come back to Venetian Nails. They are so kind and their service is the best!

I have been going to Venetian Nails for years. A couple of years ago the business sold and the new owners are doing a wonderful job. The quality of their work is good and they are so nice and take good care of their customers. The salon is clean, everyone wears masks ( and sometimes faces shields over their masks), and has plastic barriers between the customer and the technician.

I had my daughter birthday get together there and they were wonderful. Very professional, respectful and just a pleasure all the way around staff. Andrew is the guy.

The most GORGEOUS dip manicure Ive ever gotten! I went here because I was treated by a friend to a mani pedi. I typically do my own dip manicures because other salons quality is not worth the price. But this place was amazing, my nails have never looked better! Andrew, one of the owners, was so kind and took great care of my nails. I also got my first pedicure and he was equally gentle but tough on the calluses and made my feet look pretty, which is something I never thought I would say. I have very short and stubby nails and I sometimes feel judged at nail salons, especially when I need my tips short for work. But here, they didnt judge or question me. They were professional, clean, polite and friendly and I recommend this place to everyone!

Excellent salon! I’m in town for work and found this to be the most reputable online. Very clean, able to see me as a walk in, and even accommodated my special request to not use an electric file on my natural nail when I wanted dip. They have a large selection of colors to choose from as well. Overall great experience and would highly recommend!

Right before my daughter started her junior year of high school, she wanted acrylic nails. Since we were new to the area, I checked the reviews of all the local salons. I ended up taking her to Venetian, because it had the highest ratings.The first time she went there, the nail technician took her time and did a beautiful job. The next time, she got a different woman who decided she needed to fix my daughters left thumb nail using a razor blade, and she ended up cutting the outside edge of my daughters thumb. It wasnt a very deep cut, but she did bleed.My daughter needed to have her acrylics removed, as her art teacher told her she would have trouble working with clay with fake nails attached to her fingers. Therefore, we took her back to Venetian to have them removed. The technician pulled out a razor blade and began to fast and furiously remove the nails. Suddenly, when she was working on the middle finger on my daughters left hand, she lost control of the blade and cut my daughters finger. This time the cut was DEEP, and blood started rolling down, and it was not stopping. The technician seemed scared, and she was apologetic. She ended up putting glue on the wound to stop the bleeding. After all of the nails were removed, we were told there would be no charge. Honestly, had they tried to charge me for the sloppy, careless, completely unprofessional service my daughter received, I wouldve called the police.My daughter was in pain for the rest of the night, despite taking several Advil tablets. It was lucky that she walked out of there without needing surgery. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy! Stay away at all cost!!!!!

The manicurist is the bomb. I came in, told her what I want and got exactly that. She is extremely efficient and detailed. She took the time to make my nails flawless. I requested a long claw with an oxblood polish and she perfected it like no one else. Never had such a beautiful set and I will be returning. I left this place with happiness and relaxation. Overall, my experience on last week was super amazing. I really feel like royalty here forever.

My first time here but for sure not going to be the last! I was in town to see my cousins and they took me here for the first time. First of all, everyone here is so nice and professional. One of the best spa pedicure I have ever had. The massage felt so great as they were using good quality products. They have a great selection of beautiful colors to choose from. The place is clean and organized. Sanitation is a big plus and that makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Very reasonable price. Totally worth my money. Now I have another reason to be in town more often !

Theresa did a nice job on my toes, but the place is a bit dark and gloomy. No music and golf on the tv. They also had me soak my finger tips in acetate, which was freaky. My fingers are still wreaking of acetate and feel like sandpaper. I won’t be going back.

My experience here was horrible I got my nails done on Tuesday today is Thursday it looks like they have been done for over a week. I got a overlay on my real nails the acrylic on them its so thick.

Ive been going to Anna for a couple of years now and I absolutely love the way she does my nails. Im really hard on my hands and so for me, I need to use the acrylic product and then the gel Polish. She is meticulous and she never has me feel like Im rushed. I could often sense that others felt rushed and pressured into doing more services than they wanted. I was tickled pink when I found out that Anna and her husband recently bought the salon. I couldnt be happier for them. Im already seeing new colors and new processes and Im thrilled for them. Mimi and her husband Travis did a fabulous job on my mani- pedi this morning. It was my first time in and they went above and beyond. They were precise, efficient and did not make me feel like they were in a rush — but it also only took an hour. Mimi is one of the best manicurists I’ve been to in STL! So excited to have discovered her.

I took my daughter and we both got mani/pedis. They kept telling us to go back while we were still picking out our colors, so we both felt rushed. I told the tech what I wanted and she did more and charged me more than I intended. My nails look sloppy, and I definitely could have done a better job myself and saved the $120- including my daughters. Her nails actually look awesome, but she had to wait for anyone to even start on her until I was halfway through.

Very Clean. I love Anna, she is very detailed. The gel nails last weeks and Ive NEVER had an issue. They are all perfectionists. I drive almost an hour here to get my nails done if Im not working that day. You wont want to go any where else.

Let me start by saying this is the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. The lady that did my nails told me that Mon-Thurs are probably the best days to go since they are extremely busy on the weekends. this place is definitely worth it.

Poor customer service. My technician was nice but her counterpart was rude and disrespectful to the point where my mom and I nearly walked out. I didnt appreciate how she kept yelling the prices at me like I was unable to pay and visibly treated us differentky than her Caucasian customers. Where my culture is not welcomed I will not patron. I will never return.

I took my friend here to get her nails done before her wedding, the staff was attentive, and really made her feel pampered. However, I am glad that we got there at 9:30am because it seemed like the wait for the people who came in after 10am was long. So go in early!

Filthy - Disgusting - Unsanitary.As I waited with my feet dangling in a tepid bowl of water I watched as several customers were finished and got up from their chairs. Without even wiping or rinsing the bowls, let alone sanitizing them as is required, another customer was seated.This cause me to look into the water my feet were in, only to discover floating crud.They do not sanitize utensils, either, although they pretend to do so. check the back room.I cannot believe the board of cosmetology has not cited them yet...perhaps they have.

Kammy - I received a similar vibe from the owner and the person doing my pedi. i was seated right away and then hounded by 3 different women trying to sell me extra services. the owner was busy with a customer but continuously and very rudely inserted herself in my conversation with the 2 women servicing me. she was loud, rolled her eyes at me after i politely whipsered that $45 was excessive for a 10 minute foot massage she tried to sell me. Two of the 3 of them took turns yelling out the total price for my services until i finally assured them i was not hard of hearing. they mentioned the total price at least 4 times!! the mani and pedi was ok-average. even though i paid extra for the extras, i declined the razor paddle because they did not have a cover for the basin...which where im from is a standard. WONT be returning. Will checkout Soho in the future which was where I intended on going to begin with. Go to Venetian if you are not a person of color, you want a horrible selection of colors, you dont mind being yelled at by people who arent hard of hearing and you are feeling quite risky.ZERO STARS for VENETIAN AND NEGATIVE 5,000 STARS FOR THE OWNER. ***update***- less than 2hours after leaving the shop, i noticed 2 of my nails were broken. While the tech was doing my mani I kept telling her she needed to smooth out the tips because they were jagged, she used the very coarse side of the file and thats what broke my NATURAL nails with a HORRIBLE attitude. The watered down OPI polish - that i doubt is OPI was thick and bubbly. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

I am not one to ever leave reviews but I absolutely had to after what I experienced today. This place is Horribly unprofessional, waited 40+mins for a pedicure that I called ahead for just to end up leaving anyway. I was never told an apology for the delay or anything the owner just kept saying “5 mins just wait” rudely as if “my business “ was inconveniencing her. Then when I was seated at a chair she had me waiting in cold water with no sanitary bag in the foot washing bowl. 2 other women walked in and she was pleasant to them and started working on their feet right away. I was in shock. I truly hate to bring race into this but it was apparent that all of the customers were Caucasian and I am a woman of color and she blatantly disregarded me in the most offensive manner. I was disgusted and disappointed by the lack of customer care. I ended up drying my feet and leaving, as I walked out the owner still said to sit down and then had a disrespectful attitude and said “fine leave”. I ended up finding “SoHo Nails” across the street in the neighboring plaza and they were extremely pleasant, clean and saw me right away.

Very rude. Got an infection due to their unsterilized instruments and digging in my toenails. If you have diabetes you might want to mark this off of your list of places to get manicures and pedicures.
