I went to Nail Pro exactly three weeks ago today. My nails are still pretty and not breaking! I have very busy hands and I’m surprised how long my nails held up.The staff were very nice and they accept walk-ins! No appointment necessary.

I highly recommend nail pro they are always so nice clean and take their time and do such a wonderful job I’m so thankful I finally found a nail salon That I love!!! I forgot to mention how they fixed My chip dale the next day at no charge and we’re very apologetic and it was my own fault I chipped it thanks so much

First, customer service was great. I was very impressed with how the techs interacted with the customers - they were warm, friendly, and remembered the names of their regulars.Why dont they get 5 stars? For me, I wanted short nails. I had dip that came off of two nails and I trimmed those two nails down to where I wanted all of my nails. The tech kept trying to get me to add length after I said I wanted short. I know what I want. Now I get dip because I dont like the UV from gel. Well after he dipped me he put a gel coat on. I was so confused. For my daughter, she got gel. Well two days later one of them chipped because it had an air bubble.Love the atmosphere and the people but unfortunately the execution missed the mark.

Simply the best service in the area. Kind and friendly staff. Friendly, chatty customers (good service, happy customers) 🤗. Been several other places over the years, but NAIL PRO is our favorite by far.

My experience was great!! i walked in and everyone was masked. i got a pedicure and they were very gentle and didn’t rush! i got a dip with powder and i had a reference picture and she made them look even better than my reference picture! consistently asked if i liked them throughout the shaping. i also got my eyebrows done and she was so accommodating!

I got dip done at this place. It came off a couple days later. I went back to them to fix it and they charged for each finger instead of apologizing for the bad product/application they used ( I don’t use any lotions or products on my hand and didn’t spend time in the pool)

I am very happy with my first powder manicure. It was quick an easy. You spend far less time unxer the UV light than with gel. Julie was excellent and all of the other employees were very friendly!

I have been going to nail pro for almost 10 years. I started in high school. Amy has done my nails the entire time. She is amazing at shaping my nails. I no longer get tips but she was the only person who ever made them look natural. No one ever knew I had fake nails when I did. Now I do gel and they still look perfect!I love this place. They do a wonderful job and all are so friendly!!

I went in there for the first time and just asked Tina to do whatever she wanted and I absolutely loved it I definitely will recommend this place ! :)

I just went in for a Pedicure since Covid 19. I felt comfortable and safe. I’mVery Pleased with my Pedicure. I definitely will go back. One suggestion isTo make a appointment.

I have previously visited this nail salon and had excellent experiences. But this was the absolute worse experience I have ever had at a nail salon. My nails look worse now than they did when I would try to paint them as a child. Three of my nails are bleeding and they are all still hurting. None of them are the same length. I very specifically asked the nail technician to cut them as short as she could. It looks like she didn’t even trim them. They are not smooth at all and they even have visible lumps in them. Not a single nail was shaped so they are all shaped differently. She did not buff the tips so now they are all extremely sharp and jagged. I understand white is a hard color to perfect but I had them done white at this salon by a different technician 2 months ago and they looked amazing. This is not how I wanted to start my vacation. Hopefully no one looks at my nails. I’m honestly so embarrassed of how they look.

Popped in here one day in January for a quick manicure, as I had just fired my last nail tech. I received such good service and fabulous manicure, Ive become a regular. All of the ladies at Nail Pro are friendly and professional. Sofia does a great job on my nails and is a total delight! Im a very satisfied customer!

I have been getting my finger and toenails done at Nail Pro for years. They are so courteous and do such a great job, and I am EXTREMELY particular. Had tried several other shops prior to finally finding this one.Clean and safe!

I have been coming here for close to two years now. A very well-run salon, very professional staff and they all do very excellent work. Im one of those people who is rather hard on nails and Ty makes sure theyre done perfectly every time. I highly recommend Nail Pro.

Staff are friendly but service quality is quite disappointing, none of the nails was done properly...

Had a dip today. 2 short nails, no offer to add tips, cuticle had product on them and she appeared to be in a hurry but wasnt busy.Wont go back ever.Used to go but tried once in awhile to see if they are better but not consistant.

Ive been here several times and its usually fine, but today was a huge disappointment. The woman who did my nails did not understand a word I spoke to her. Paid for a manicure, but when I told her not to cut my cuticles, she sighed and didnt do the lotion or oil treatments my friend was given with her manicure. She spoke on the phone the entire time. She only filed half of my nails, and the ones she did file are uneven and jagged. Then came the nail polish-- not ONE of my nails was completely covered with nail polish even after 3 coats. When I asked her to fix it, she sighed and put on 2 more coats of nail polish without fixing any of the problems-- the bare areas, the jagged nails, the fact that some nails were half an inch longer than others. By this point my nails had 5 layers of nail polish on them. After 3 hours of drying, I touched them they were ruined, just as I expected when she put on 5 layers of polish without allowing ANY time to dry in between. I only wish I knew her name so I could call her out in this review.

I am A regular and have been for years now. I am very sad to see such a price increase since Covid-19. Very Disappointing not to mentionthe already charge you a $1.00 to use your Debit card.

Great Place To Get Nails Done Very Nice People and They Also Do Free Hand Designs.

I go to Nail Pro every 2-3 weeks to have my manicure and pedicure and eyebrows waxed. They are perfect everytime! I will not go to anyone else. So glad to have finally found a great nail salon in a place where there are tons to choose from.

Terrible experience at Nail Pro. Technicians rushed through service (15 min. pedicure) and acted annoyed that I was there. Without question the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. My feet dont even feel like I had one. They were unfriendly too, grabbing my debit card out of my hand and running it without telling me my total. The technician also made a snarky comment under her breath after I left a more than generous tip (given the service.) Will not be returning.

I went in to get my nails done on Sunday, for a wedding I was in on Friday. By the time Friday came around, my gel nails were peeling off, and after one week (the following Sunday) all of my nails were peeling off. I have been to nail salons where my gel nails lasted 3+ weeks. I was also disappointed with effort put into the nail care. Barely any work was done to the cuticles and the nails themselves. And finally, my total came out to $60 between my sister and Is gel nails. We are both in school and should have gotten the discount. I was extremely disappointed in my visit and will not come back nor recommend this nail salon to anybody.

Have been going to this salon for 6 years! Have referred MANY people here. Have done pre-wedding mani/pedi appointments for a big group. VERY clean with great attention to sanitizing. Favorites: Tai, Tina, Amy & Sophie - can’t go wrong with any of them!

I go to Nail Pro every 2 weeks for nails filled, and every 6 weeks for eyebrow waxing and a pedicure. They consistently deliver excellent service in a clean and well maintained studio. The salon is easy access from St. Charles where I live.My daughter got married last weekend, and we had a mani-pedi party there on Friday afternoon. With cheese, fruit, crackers and some girly beverages, it was a relaxing party and everyone was so pleased! The owners are Vietnamese, and are very respectful and service driven. I recommend them all the time!
