These guys do it right. They recently merged with Intervision out of California. They are a perfect addition to your in-house IT staffing needs.

They charged us over 4,000.00 to tell us that our system is outdated and they cannot fix it. Not only did they NOT fix it but now our features (caller ID) do not work either. Wow. Be careful if you deal with these people. Only getting a star b/c I have to.

Can not fix our issue. They have come to our office no less than 5 times, have no problem invoicing us, but can not resolve problem
