FYI that this location doesn’t honor reservations. According to them, they have no control over how many reservations are allowed in relation to how many cars they have available. Thus they were very clear with me that they had no obligation to have a car if you’ve reserved one. I’m now driving my personal vehicle on a business trip. Fair warning.
Got confirmation about a rental had to drive from st. Peters to Chesterfield. Get there takes 10 min before Im even acknowledged. Told it will be a moment and Ill be helped. 10 more min later ask for my name. Was then told they are not renting out anymore cars. Why let me reserve if you dont have any cars????
In and out. Had a quick issue with the wrong car uploading in the app, but the nice man help really fast and I was on my way. Very professional and on it. Definitely earned a five star.
There is a disconnect between the 800 reservation number and this location. I reserved a vehicle through central reservations to pickup at the Chesterfield branch because it is the closest to the auto body shop I am using. The branch said they didnt have any cars and they wouldnt have any available until tomorrow. They said the central reservation agent does not know if they have any cars available. What is the point of booking a reservation if they dont know if any cars are available? This is the second time I experienced this with the Chesterfield location. I ended up going to a different branch. They seemed very disorganized and not at all customer service oriented. Dont waste your time here. Its rolling the dice to be able to get a car here and who has that kind of time to waste?
WOW, what a great experience. Everything was all set up through my insurance. I had to change locations because none of the Enterprises were opened on a Sunday. I set it up the afternoon before and the 2 gentleman behind the counter checked all of our info, had us pick out a car, we signed and out of there in 15-20 minutes. Great choices of cars and clean. Definitely recommend the Chesterfield Enterprise. Excellent customer service!
Do not rent from here! This Enterprise location is absolutely horrible! My latest Enterprise experience was my last. I made a reservation weeks in advance, confirmed my 8am reservation for Wednesday in an intermediate SUV a day in advance and in true Enterprise fashion when I showed up for my vehicle they had nothing for me. I was told, “any minute now, your car should be here.”.... 45 minutes later, I was late to get on the road, still no vehicle and the employees, especially the female Manager could care less. I literally called Avis from their parking lot after an hour of waiting. I was picked up by Avis and on my way in an SUV in less than 15 minutes. That’s excellent customer service and this Chesterfield location should take notes. I was an Emerald member but you can go ahead and keep that, I’ll be renting from Avis from now on and I’ll be sure to tell everyone that will listen. The first time this happened, I let it pass because things happen but twice in a row, no thanks. Bye Enterprise! And please all consumers looking to rent out of Chesterfield, do yourself a favor and call Chad at Avis at Spirit airport. I promise you’ll be happy you did.
The service from Enterprise was superb.. Pick up from TacAir at Spirit of St Louis airport went without a hitch, same with the return.. The car I was given was a Camaro and I must say it was the worst vehicle Ive ever driven.. Nothing but blind spots on all 4 corners.. I was so glad to be able to get rid of that car without hitting anything.. and for the record, my last car was a 07 Shelby GT500.. You can take those Camaros and send them to the crusher..

Horrendous. I would give less than one star if that was an option. We reserved a suburban online a month before our vacation. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle with our confirmation number in hand we were told they did not have a vehicle for us. Nothing. No accommodations were made and we were left without a vehicle to start our vacation. I will never rent from Enterprise again and I encourage anyone wanting a reliable rental car company to do the same.

Reserved a car at budget but they did not have the car and did not want to honor an upgrade. Came to the enterprise location and got professional rep that wanted my business by offering an employee discount on a sports car (their last available car). I ended up paying a bit of extra and I did not mind because your rep showed your eagerness to earn my business. I will come back to this location whenever I need a loaned vehicle.
Always ready to rob the cash..... In particular this location..... I used my company coupon and booked the car... They told me that they cant give me car at that price and told me they have to charge full price.... Especially the manager..... The most funny thing is other enterprise location was able to give the car on the same corporation account even though she called them in advance and told not to give car to me...... The other enterprise location verified everything and gave me the car. I hope u guys will look into this situation...... The manager has problem with everyone...

Couldnt be happier! The car was available, as promised and it was in great shape. Ran perfectly and got great mileage. The team at the Chesterfield location is TOP NOTCH........calling before the scheduled rental, to make sure our plans had not changed and then called after the car had been rented, to make sure that the process was handled professionally. I will definitely return if/when I have further need for a rental car.

I really dont like Enterprise. And its not the fault of the people of work there I want to make that clear. The people working at Enterprise are just doing their jobs;no I dont like the company policies. They dont take Debit unless you can prove in triple you live in the state. Wont run a card twice if it doesnt work the first time, yet dont take cash. I seriously want to lose my composure against one of these people trying to do their jobs cause of company policies.

Check in was slow on Sunday...about 20 minutes with only two folks in front of me. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable about rental and took care of rental needs once I got checked in. It surprised me that check in not quicker given all the info you supply ahead of time via reservation. Despite the many warning signs about overnite parking in the lot, I had no trouble keeping my car there for an evening.
Great service! They dropped me off at my hotel right down the road for free. I had an early morning flight and didnt want to hassle with returning my car that morning. I asked if a taxi could pick me up from the rental return location and they said they could take me to my hotel. I didnt know they could do that.

You can get a good car from any car rental company. The service at the Chesterfield location is the difference. Excellent! My pick up and drop off was handled by Matt, a great ambassador for enterprise.
The staff here was unbelievably friendly and helpful. While I was dropping off the rental car, a really whiney customer was there complaining about the Windex smell from them cleaning the car. She actually made them drive it around the block with the windows down to air it out. The whole time she was complaining about being late even though she was early for the pick up time. Even with the customer being so obnoxious, the staff was consistently apologetic and friendly. They took care of the customer as fast as they could and got her out of there happy. Im not sure I would been able to deal with such an unreasonable c**t.Hats off to the staff at Enterprise in Chesterfield. Dont let nasty customers get you down, you guys are great. Great place to buy a slightly used rental car. Easy to get through financing
Called 2 days before to make sure the car would be at the requested location. When I went to pick it up the car it was in the wrong location. Had to go to that location (20 min drive) and had to wait over an hour for the car.So lack of training for the reservationist and lack of resources at the location.
The cost was more than expected for 2 days. I had to wait in the sun for 20 minutes at pickup for a vehicle I reserved 1 week ahead and the vehicle wasnt remotely the same class as I reserved. This was a terrible experience that I will never likely repeat...at least not at this place of business.
Every available car was dirty. We had reserved a car over 24hrs prior. And we had to wait for them to clean out the vehicle for almost 30mins when they said it would only be 10mins. But the reps were very nice under the circumstances.
This is the second time renting from this particular store and both times were good. The staff is friendly, they were prompt picking us up, the cars are in good condition.

The car was waiting and warmed up for us when we arrived. The car was clean, although very underpowered and handled poorly. Not Enterprises fault, just a matter of the type of vehicle it was. basic transportation. There was an issue with the gas tank not being full when I received the car, but a call to the manager quickly resolved that to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend these guys.

Only issuse is you can ask every question they say one thing and when you get there no matter how far you have had to go to get there. I can say after all the B.S. along with the run around this location finally got us all set up and on the road.
I ought to compose this survey last time when they treated me terrible. This is rehashing without unfailingly. The supervisor is speechless. Lease a vehicle at your own risk. I have no clue how he turned into a supervisor.

My car had to go back for more repairs and they were paying for rental. I was not satisfied with car provided and Enterprise bumped me up to a higher grade car
Oh my, where to begin? Was told I would receive a phone call if they had the car I wanted by the end of the day. No phone call. Day 2 called again and still no answer. Day 3 they called and said I could come pick it up! Then due to it being too late in the day for me to get a ride I requested they bring it to me and they couldnt due to not enough staff. Went in late that evening and waited 30 minutes to find out they do not accept debit cards. By this point I was annoyed and left without my car. Ridiculously terrible and stressful service.

I requested a full size vehicle from this location and received a micro machine SUV. After driving it for a few minutes the temp gauge in the dash wouldnt stop flashing and the smell of cheap perfume was making me sick. I called and they said they had a Chevy Malibu available. I told them I would take it and drove back to this Chesterfield location from Ballwin, 20min out of my way. I got there and they said the Malibu was already rented which is odd because it was available less than a half hour before, no other customers in site and I confirmed that I was coming to get it. The manager who wouldnt even look me in the eye came out and yelled that it was taken when we were walking around it. They instead put me in their last vehicle available, a Sonata, which is not a bad car. This one however had food stains on every seat and M&Ms still freshly ground into the back seat. It also had 20 miles left until empty so I had to immediately stop for fuel. I called the corporate office trying to get out of this nasty car and was told I could only switch if there was a mechanical issue. I explained the situation and they said they would have the area manager call me the same day. It is now 4 days later and I havent received a call.Enterprise used to set the standard for car rentals. Im not sure what happened but their customer service and quality of cars has gone down the drain. I would be absolutely embarrassed if I were the manager sending cars out like this. They lost a customer for life.

People and service is great, but the parking is terrible and miserable at this location. There is an entire row of parking here that presumably the building owner has signed NO ENTERPRISE CAR PARKING, leaving Enterprise customers to park out much further than is necessary. I was at this location 3 times over my 4 day rental and each time these 8-10 spaces were empty - no other customers of building tenants are parking in these spaces. Enterprises real estate folks should take a hard look at a new location for the Chesterfield area or start playing hardball with building management, because that is just absurd. Customers shouldnt need to lug their belongings, which in my case included a relatively large and awkward convertible childs car seat from one end of the parking lot to the storefront when there are perfectly good parking spaces, which are EMPTY, much nearer. Im not a lazy person, I just hate unnecessary burdens.To be sure, the employees and rental process was fantastic, as is usual for my experiences with enterprise.One item of potential concern: I did see an ozone machine in the lobby connected to a long extension cord, so I think I can infer that they use the ozone machine in the cars to remove the smell of [cigarette smoke, White Castle, etc.]; as far as I know (and Ive researched this topic in the past) the health effects of being in a confined area that has been treated with ozone are unknown. I think its reasonable to assume that they air out the vehicles for a good period of time to remove the smell of the ozone (which if you breathe that in youll get respiratory irritation very quickly, and damage if repeated/prolonged exposure), but there are still trace elements of ozone in the fabric, carpets, air vents, etc. after the heavy chlorine-type smell of ozone is gone, and that is where the research/science is sparse - at least from my recollection on the topic.

As have been the previous times that I have used this location, the service is prompt and friendly. In and out of the office in no time and the staff is very attentive.
Both Avis and Enterprise in Chesterfield are extremely good.
Car had zero gas and front wheel bearing was shot. Returned that night but they still tried to charge me for one day (closed by time I returned in 30 min). The reversed the charge but took me 2 phone calls.
