Called Bob because a family member had tried several other HVAC repair companies and recommended Breeze. Bob responded and came out very quickly to check out my 35+ year old system. I appreciate that he didn’t just take one look at it and immediately say, “it’s old, let’s replace it.” He offered first to work on it but showed me where parts were wearing out and explained it would eventually need to be replaced. I asked for a quote, and opted to do the replacement. It was June and he had the unit and was at my house installing it 2 business days after I agreed to the new install - I was impressed given we were in the summer and COVID. His pricing seemed very reasonable and the Rheem units come with a 3 year labor and 10 year parts warranty, so I will have peace of mind for years. AC has been working great for the last couple of weeks! Bob might be the most responsive repairman I have had the pleasure of working with and I definitely recommend giving Breeze a try.

We purchased a new 4ton ac and furnace unit with heat pump directly from HVAC to save money. Every company I called to get this installed refused except for Breeze. Companies do not want to install if you did not buy from them. Bob was great. Made sure he had everything and was on time. He drove OVER an hour and a half to install our new unit. Bob didnt try to sell us anything but even brought extra items to install in case we needed it. We now have heat thanks to Breeze. I would definitely recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE. He was completely upfront about price and did a great job installing the unit. Thanks Bob, you did a wonderful job.

Bob and his crew did a great job installing two complete hvac systems all within a single day. He explained his approach and didn’t try to up sell me to more expensive ultra high efficiency equipment that wasn’t worth the investment. I knew I wanted a company with good reviews and technical expertise without a bunch of sales overhead. Their pricing is much better than the big guys and you won’t get a high pressure sales pitch. I’d recommend highly!!

Competitive price, timely and most responsive HVAC company I have dealt with. They beat the price by half compared to other HVAC companies. I am happy with their installation of my air condition and air purifier on 4/5/2019. Now I need to make sure no other company touches my HVAC expect Breeze.

Sold me a used furnace which hasnt worked all winter & took my acoil when doing so which is for air conditioning System.3 companies. Including laclede gas stated this furnace is over 10 yrs old also full of hornets and water damage.not functional.shame they take advantage of the unknowingly niave customer.

Installed new furnace and air conditioner and will not return phone calls about it.
