Deceptive waste of time. I found a truck I really liked here. Like I wouldve bought it this week if everything had checked out. I got to the lot around 430pm and so was unable to test drive it but the Lady told me I could test drive it and take it to a mechanic to have it looked at on another day. I show up the next day and a man greets me, gets the key, and before we make it to the truck hes asked me 4-5 times if I have my money in order cause theres no point in test driving if you dont. I answered yes, each time feeling less and less comfortable. I mentioned bringing it to a mechanic and he respondedOh she wont let you take it to a mechanicWell I just spoke with the Lady last night and she said I couldShe spoke with the Boss, said you cant do itWell thats a shame, thanks for your timeSo now Ive wasted 40 minutes OF MY TIME driving here to drive this truck under false pretenses.But I really like the truck, so I call this afternoon and speak with the Lady. I told her what the man had said and she said he mustve told me something else (dismissive), and he also TOLD HER I SAID I DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY TO BUY IT. Maam, your employee is straight-up lying to both of us and you need to treat that seriously if you want anyones business. After not apologising the Lady started asking about how long Ive had my current job, while Im driving, and its at that point I realize that this conversation is not worth it just to have the privilege to test drive a truck with the same guy who lied to my face this very morning.

Not worth it people but if this is your final chance at a ride be sure and get a good atleast 30 minute test drive so you can get on the interstate and make sure everything is In proper working order when running between 60 and 70 because a trip right past 288 and right back with you maybe hitting a top speed 0f between 45 and 50 but probably only for a second your not gonna be able to tell if the vehicle is mechanically sound and your not gonna be noticing things that start happening after the vehicle is good and warmed up like computer issues and other electrical issues that normally dont resurface until about 20 to 40 minutes after the car has been running and after the battery has been disconnected long enough to reset the computer, also pay very close attention to the tires on the vehicle and the inspection sticker, if for example the tires are definitely not capable of passing inspection and I mean so much as even 1 and the inspection sticker is within the last day to say 3 weeks old according to the month on it then Im gonna say you might wanna get an actual mechanic not cardinals mechanic to look the car over for you, always pay attention to the paperwork and make 110% sure if your vehicle is supposed to have a warranty that thats the paper you are signing, like I said people I wouldnt do it but if you have no other choice just follow my simple few things to do and you might actually get a vehicle that will last a while, good luck, oh and on a side note dont let the old dude up there hustle you cause hes the best salesman there
