Best decision I’ve ever made. My hair feels strong and looks beautiful. I like the fact that Ann discusses the health of your hair, not just the style. I have very thick long hair and I am extremely tender headed. I always brace for the pain while getting braided or when detangling my hair, but there was no discomfort! It wasn’t just that it was pain free, it was a pleasant and calming experience. She was very careful with the health of my hair as well. The salon atmosphere is very positive, friendly, and there are only a few stylists. Ms. Brown talked me through the whole process - checking along the way to make sure we stayed on course with the style I envisioned. Hair color is her specialty, but in addition to that, she is very talented at hair care and styling for whatever your dreaming about creating for your new look. I absolutely LOVE the look she created for me!!!!🥰 I found my stylist finally and have already booked my next appointment for maintenance.

AnnI went to get an Up-do/ protective style for my birthday.(Stylist- Ann Brown) I showed her a picture of the style I wanted something similar to. She said yes she could do something similar. Mid way through I looked at and felt my hair and inquired about the position and so forth. She said she wasnt finished. Once finished it was still the way it looked when I inquired. I explained it wasnt right and the readings I couldnt wear my hair that way due to medical devices I wear. She offered to redo on ANOTHER DAY. I explained that doesnt help me for the purpose of getting my hair done with her the day I scheduled for and would now have to find someone short notice to do what I paid her to do. I asked for a partial refund or something since she didnt do what we discussed- she refused and blocked me and wont allow me to pick up my jacket I left at her shop. As a professional if you cant do something SAY THAT. Suggest something within your skill set instead of taking peoples money and not providing the service they are paying for.

Ms. Elizabeth has been doing my hair for about two years now. This was the best decision I’ve made this far by using her as my stylist. My scalp was not in good shape but thanks to her the dandruff has not been present in my scalp. My hair is healthier than it has been in years!!
