They received $2,600 from the city of Chester for business Coronavirus and theyre not even open for business???

That barbershop haves no barbers who can cut anybody hair because everytime i went there my hairline was not good so i stopped going there when i was 8 now i go to a better barbershop now

Ive been here twice no one is ever there no one answers the phone. The sign says open at 9 Ive been by at 10 and 3 on the same day on a Tuesday closed both times.

I went here on 3 separate occasion and every time the place has been closed during there normal business hours why have a open to close schedule if your not going to follow it.
