Outstanding service! Met my last minute needs, needed to get a travel trailer moved in less than 24 hrs. They were quick to accommodate and price was $165 cheaper than 3 other quotes in area. No issues delivering 2 hrs away. Took extra care of my trailer, made sure tires were good even topped the air off to ensure safe travel. First class service!

This company is COMPLETELY unprofessional. They showed up yesterday to tow a vehicle in my neighborhood (presumably for a neighbor), and the tow truck driver got the wrong house. Instead of verifying the correct address, they began taking pictures of MY vehicle. Mind you, I captured all of this on my Ring camera because they were too lazy to knock on the door first. As they took pictures, a neighbor appear to have suggested it was his vehicle needing a tow. Fast forward, I contacted the business today about the pictures they took and supposedly they were immediately deleted after realizing it was the wrong house (dont believe this). The problem I have with the business is that the representative I spoke with (supposedly the manager) acted as though and stated as much that their screw up was no big deal and he didnt really understand my concern/reaction.My CONCERN is when you realized you were at the wrong house, taking pictures of the wrong vehicle, you should have knocked on the door and informed the homeowners of the wrong house (us) what had happened. We had to track you down in order to see what was going on and why you were even on our property. You sir are the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken with (considering you were in the wrong) and I will be reporting your company to the BBB and the applicable Virginia regulators of tow truck drivers - yes, Im aware who regulates tow truck drivers. Given your attitude, it is no wonder you got the wrong house. Communication and customer service is key but apparently this company possesses none of those qualities. Next time, a simple apology WITHOUT YOUR ATTITUDE might have been sufficient! Since negative ratings are not an option, Im left with a 1-star which is way too kind.

The customer service was awesome! They came on time - they were quick and the driver was very helpful - he was nice and very personable. The price was fair. I would recommend anyone in the area looking for car towing to pick these guys

Waited for 4 hours for a tow, and no one showed up. Tried to call the number several times after and it went to voicemail. Says to leave a message but you cant because their mailbox is full. Save your self and use a different tow company

The person who helped me is named Bobby!I want to say this first! I would definitely go back if I needed help again. Yeah I really dont want to need help but if I did this would be where I go!I would definitely come back if I needed help again! That being said I hope I dont come back to soon! Haha!I was pleasantly surprised when I was treated with kindness and patience. Im your stereo typical woman who doesnt know much about cars. And I am always worried Id get treated like I was less than. But not here. He explained things and he helped me out in anyway he could. When I told him where I was instead of just towing me he had someone come by and see if I needed to have it towed or was it a quick fix. Which ment alot. I didnt have the money to waste. So it turned out I needed to be towed and he went above and beyond and was super nice. I really appreciated how the entire process went along. So if you need help and need to get towed or another service you might require you should check them out!!!

I chose them because of the high 4.8 star count, which is why I didnt ask how much it would cost to have my car towed. It was the most Ive ever paid to have a car towed. Lesson learned, shop around first.

Needed my car towed to the shop on short notice. They arrived within 10 minutes of calling and handled everything within 5 minutes. They even dropped it off for me, checked it in with a technician and called me back to get me the details so I didn’t have to get an Uber to the shop.They’re even reasonably priced (do know that they prefer cash but they can do credit card if needed). Couldn’t be more satisfied.

Super happy with greenbrier towing! I smoke a curb and blew out two tires and they sent me a tow truck driver to the rescue on NEW YEARS DAY! No one else was towing or had anybody available at 3pm but Bobby sent a great employee to help me out. I was very pleased with the swift professional service I received to get my car to the tire shop and get me back out of the road!! Thanks GT!

So my wife put her brand new car in a ditch on a dark and rainy night. AAA sent Travis with Greenbrier Towing, when he arrived and saw the predicament, he confessed that this issue needed someone with more experience, he then called his boss Bobby. Now let me say this: I APPRECIATE HIS HONESTY AND HIM NOT MAKING SOME BLIND ATTEMPT THAT COULD FURTHER DAMAGE OUR NEW CAR. We gladly waited for Bobby who was patient and understanding of our questions and concerns. He pulled it out carefully and safely with no further damage. We asked for a card and highly recommend them our to our friends and anyone who cares about thier vehicle. Great guys!

Waited for over an hour and half. Was told the driver was getting off battlefield onto the 186 bypass when I called to see how much longer it was going to be (car was sitting right off the battlefield exit on 168), but 15 minutes went by and no tow truck and the lady hung up on me! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Giving 1 star because I have to, but if I could leave 0 stars I would.

I called Greenbrier for an estimate to move a 20ft storage container from Virginia Beach to Chesapeake and decided to schedule the move. We scheduled about a week in advance with very specific time, 230pm, which was critical since where the container was being picked up had a lot of trucking traffic. At 130 I received a curtious call from there driver Billy, confirming. He was on the job at 215, loaded container at the 230 appointment and brought it to our faculty and placed it exactly where we needed it, inside a fenced in yard. He was prepared with the right equipment. Extremely professional, right down to an emailed receipt, highly recommended!

After being broke down for 7 hours on Rt 17 and not able to find any company to come, I googled this place and found help immediately. I have AAA and they took 1hr just to pick up, were rude and hung up on me. This man was the most helpful and nicest person Ive ever met with tow companies. I highly recommend this company.

Called them late in the afternoon and they came within 2 hours (during traffic time). I was a little worried that they werent coming but the operator called and assured me that he was on his way and explained that there was bad traffic. My transmission went out on the way home from work on 7/28. It was raining, a Friday night around 8:30. They were there within the hour and got it taken care of.Then, a month later I remembered I had towing with my insurance company, and they needed a more detailed receipt than the one emailed to me. They promptly got a detailed receipt in the mail to me. Would call them again anytime I need a tow, and highly recommend them.

I needed a jump on my Van, and they were there promptly and got the Van started. I needed a new battery, so the gentleman followed me to make sure I made it safely. He even came in Advance Auto to make sure they had a battery for the Van. Wonderful and compassionate service.

My car literally died in the middle of 64 East tonight in Chesapeake right past the Military Highway exit. After a Saint sprang from nowhere and pushed me off to the side of the road I called my Insurance and was given the phone number to Greenbrier Towing and Recovery. It was after 5pm but I didnt get an answering machine. I got Bobby, a live voice and I was so relieved. He got my information and told me hed have someone to me in 30 minutes. He then called me back and said he could have someone there in 15 minutes. True to his word, the tow truck was there within 15 minutes. Billy was very professional and kind, and knew his stuff. These guys put their lives on the line for people like me. Rush hour traffic around here is no joke. I am so greatful for their service and didnt hesitate to lock their # in my phone. Great service! Tonight around 10pm our Harley was acting funny so we decided to check out some tow options rather than risk more damage. My husband attempted one towing place that didnt even answer the phone. I really wish I had the name of the gentleman that helped me but when he arrived, he was friendly and polite the entire time. My distance home was about 30 minutes. Bob it’s a unprofessional person and this company and unprofessional. I call at 6 o’clock to get my car town back to my house where I was going have my car look at and 3 hours past by,I call at 9:00 looking for my car and come found out bob didn’t dispatch into 9:44 and didn’t arrive into 11:43.. he saying his “professional” but didn’t dispatch a call he took, and when he arrive he didn’t inform me it was a additional charge for using card, that being more unprofessional.. This whole business and unprofessional and not recommended this to anyone.

My husband, my 10 year old son and myself were broke down on the side of the road- it was Sunday around 2:00 p.m., hot as you-know-what, and were on the Eastern Shore coming home to Va. Beach. Not a good place to be. Itdifficult to get someone that will come, not only because of the bay bridge tunnel, but because not many can take 3riders. But thankfully we hooked up with Greenbrier Towing- they were extremely accommodating. No problem taking 3 riders, very professional in theway the whole situation was handled and had the best price of all the companies we spoke to. What more can you ask for?
