Sometimes those girls need a Friday off. It was Labor Day weekend for gods sake. Those leaving reviews about the doors being closed early, so what. Should not have waited until last minute. Those lady’s bust their tails. I’d like to see them have an entire week off.Adam

Disappointed that I arrived 30 minutes prior to when the store says it closes to find the doors locked. I wasnt the only person trying to mail either. Would be helpful if the store hours were updated.

Jessica has to be brand new, Ive never had such great service before. Ive been using postnet for sometime now and always felt like an inconvenience to the other employees. Not with Jessica shes helpful and you could tell she enjoys helping others. She always looks nice and professional. Thank you for hiring her.

I have always had exceptional service from these guys. They are fast and efficient and always go above and beyond with customer service and quality. Ive had many things printed here and each time Ive been so impressed that they are so much faster than many other print shops and their costs are the same if not better. Their service is just so awesome all around.

We made an appt with Ann TWO months ago- she said the rough draft to our wedding invitations would be done in THREE-FOUR weeks tops. When I called to check the progress of our invites - they didn’t answer and the one time they did she was unavailable and would have to call me back- never did. Today I received an email of my rough draft with the excuses of - short staff & snow- I don’t understand why there’s only ONE lady who does the invites for Billings/Surrounded Areas. It’s graduation/wedding season there should be more staff who can pick up the phone and call a customer back.Very unprofessional.

Hello!I gave this place one star for a reason. This is going to be a long review, but please bear with me BEFORE you choose this place for INTERNATIONAL shipping, since I do NOT recommend you do this.1. I came to this franchise at the end of 05/2015 to send a package to my little sister who lives in Dubai, UAE. The service was quick and nice (the girl from Red Lodge even told me she would do customs form online so I would not have to bother), and I left with receipt and utter confidence that my sister will get the presents for her birthday in June.2. July came, and my sister did not get anything. When I looked at the receipt at that time, there was no tracking number.-I called and was told that they do not have tracking # either.-They were not sure if customs form was filled out as promised and they did not retain any(!) information about it.-I was told to go to USP store and inquire about missing parcel. They were not sure which store it went to after it was picked up from their store. When they finally guesses that it was the store behind Costco, and I visited it on my own time, the employees notified me that there is nothing they can go off of, so I could not even file a missing package form.-Requests for call-back were ignored by the store employees, since it looks like they have half-day rotating shifts with people who have no idea what is going on the rest of the time.3. I called and filed a complaint with corporate office, and this also did not help me with determining where my parcel is. No information was saved or retained.4. Conclusion: almost three months after I mailed the presents to my sister and paid over $70 for the shipping ($20 more than I would have paid at UPS store, but I thought convenience and nice service were worth the money), I have nothing to show for it. I was not reimbursed the shipping fee for lousy service (not even offered such option for unprofessional service), not to mention the money I spent for presents. The good thing my sister is an adult and understands the situation.*If you are the owner of this franchise and you care about the customer service provided by your business, please get in touch with me and lets talk. My information is in the system if it was, unlike all the rest of shipping information, somehow saved. Thanks!

Ordered Programs for a 75th anniversary party. Yes, I understand they were rushed however 8 point font and 2 inch top and bottom margins are a bit ridiculous. There are spaces on many pages that could have easily been fit with the text better. Only to find the start of the text half way down the page then going onto the next one. Never going to use again.
