I have tried to contact Wes multiple times via the computer and the phone over the course of a week. He did not respond to any of my questions and has yet to contact me back. I even know he was online because his direct message chat said he was available and had been active, yet he did not respond back. I would not suggest doing business with this company if you hope to get any customer service. I dont mind mistakes, but it bothers me to have someone in charge of my information that is unresponsive and unhelpful.
