The people are nice enough, however I had them come and install gutters on my 3 yr old home that had the inappropriate gutter size. They did not complete the job in one day and we had a terrible down pour. The gutters were installed but not the downspots. so when the rain came it washed out my entire flower bed of flowers and mulch that had just been completed 3 days prior all into my yard and eroded away over a foot of dirt that had to be filled. What upsets me is they chose to go do another job the following day versus mine so all of this could have been avoided. The sales rep even called me to tell me he was sorry because they got tied up on another job. Why would you go to another job when mine was only half done??? so.... I had to have my beds done again. They also ripped my screen on my back porch, so that has to be replaced. Which is not an easy fix because the screen it a solid piece that is 9 foot by 9 foot. And after all of this I still have overflow in the same area the previous gutters had!!!! Why would i have put up new gutters to have the same problem? Their response a week ago was to come install a splash guard(that has not been done) But a splash guard is not going to work for the massive amount of overflow that pours from this section. And flowers beds are a washed out disaster again! They did reduce the price for me to fix the screen. But this really does not take care of the flower beds that are having to be done for the 3rd time this year.

Very happy with the work Colin and Kyle did on my home. They where very professional and timely about getting me a quote. I had reached out to a few other companies and defiantly found the best value with Colin. Even when I had to postpone when I found issues with my facia board, they where very accommodating. He then set up an appointment to do the work and, again, he and his crew showed up on time and completed the work the same day. He was extremely consciences regarding the dogs in the yard and the cleanup afterwards ... he even went back to double check that nothing had been left regarding the clean up. Anyway, we finally connected in the first week of April and provided me with a great quote, better than any other quote I had already received. It is hard to express how extremely satisfied I am with Southside Seamless Gutters installation of my new gutters today. I had remodeled my house which involved removing all my old gutters and redesigning my roof. I hired Southside Seamless to install new gutters. They were completely professional from the estimator who answered all of my questions and provided options I had not thought of to the installers themselves. I was surprised just how good they looked. They matched the color of my flashing and used downspouts of colors which matched the colors of my porch roof columns. The gutter system is almost camouflaged. My house is 1 story just under 2000 sq ft and the entire system was installed in 2.5 hours.

Poor customer service. I set up a date for gutter install and they cancelled because of weather. We rescheduled and they never called and never showed up. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and inability to return emails and/or texts. Waste of my time. I even turned down another contractor because I had made a verbal agreement with Southside. I should have gone with the other company from the start. I would have saved myself time and aggravation.

They’ve degraded horribly from when I used them last. A month ago I called and was told they would call me back - never did. Called again last Friday 3/5 and was told they can do Tuesday 3/9. No one ever called and when I called again his excuse was “the guy I’m using to do my callbacks is about to be fired - I’m booked and can’t for a month.” Didn’t care I was going to find a new place. Horrible experience. Please don’t use until they care again about their customers.

We were referred by a very trusted family member to this company. On Saturday, April 25, I called to see if we could have them come out to our home for an estimate to have our gutters redone- as they are in desperate need of repair. I was handed over to the helper who took my name and number down and was told they were on their way to a job and would contact me on Sunday or Monday to schedule a time.... I never heard from them. So Tuesday afternoon I call them back. I get told that they are busy- and then we scheduled for them to come to my home on Thursday, April 30th. Unfortunately, Thursday brought a huge storm with lots of wind and rain. Being a considerate person, I called them to see if they wanted to reschedule due to the pending weather. I was told that they were calling their customers for the day anyways to reschedule. Okay- fine- when can we reschedule I asked? I was told that they would contact me the next day to reschedule. However, I had to again call them late Friday afternoon to see when they were going to come to our home- because I wanted to plan our weekend according. I was told they are busy (again) and that they could do Sunday (May 3, 2020). I asked if doing the appointment late in the day on Sunday works better for them- and was told that Sunday would “Definitely work great!” So here we are.... Sunday at 6:15 pm- no call/text and no Southside Seamless Gutter people at my house! I call AGAIN and get a response that they are busy and running behind- but if I want to cancel, that’s completely fine... Yeah... we canceled! This WHOLE thing is completely Unprofessional and not how you treat customers! Will be looking elsewhere, which is a shame.

I highly recommend Southside for a gutter project. He was on the ball in his communication and work ethic. He was very attentive to the details to make sure the job was done right. He even had the pads on his ladder ends wrapped in plastic for added protection for our house.

Southside Seamless Gutters installed all new gutters on my house. Colin and his partner showed up right on time and got right to work. The first thing you notice is how efficient their process is for installing the gutters. From taking the measurements, to fabrication and assembly of all the pieces, it’s clear that their experience is top notch. There was a little hiccup in the middle of the installation concerning the location of a downspout, but the guys were quick on their feet to handle this unplanned situation and came up with a solution that worked perfectly to redirect the water away from this one particular side of the house. We had a new deck installed and needed to move our downspout out of the way. We also decided to get a quote on gutter guards. I called Colin on a Monday and he came out the next day to give me an estimate. The price he quoted was very reasonable, so we decided to go ahead and get it all done. He showed up with his crew early Thursday morning and they relocated our downspout, cleaned the gutters and installed new gutter guards in less than two hours. I would highly recommend this company! Collin went out of his way to get me the gutters that he had given me an estimate for, having to go to Newport News to get the right color. We had to extend the appointment by one day, but when Collin did show up, he went above and beyond to install the nice new gutters/downspouts that I asked for. This review is for my parents. Apparently, the serviceman never showed up. They missed 2 appointments, the first appointment they said they had to finish another job, but never called to rescheduled. My father took off work, waiting for them to show up. Trying to give them another chance, my father rescheduled for Saturday 3/23/19 @10am, yet again the serviceman did not show up and did not call. Not sure what kind of business theyre running, but this is unprofessional, not how you stay in business.
