Best service I’ve ever received from a package store and best location in the hampton roads area. Friendly greeting as soon as you walk in, everyone was so helpful, and considerate. Other areas I wasn’t greeted at all and/ I was rushed. This was a breath of fresh air.

Ive been to this store 3 times now and had to pay cash for notary services because the manager lady, Rose Rideout Paul, says its her notary stamp and not the stores. So not only can you not pay for notary services with a card, but you cant get a receipt for reimbursement. Plus she is evading taxes by not recording any of it. Kudos to her for being a crook. Maybe everybody in that store should become a notary so she isnt the only one with a side hustle. Thats probably why she employs young kids because they dont catch onto her doing wrong

I was going to come in and ship my ps5 today but after reading the reviews I would be a fool to, not only does it seem like a horrible location but in the comment section you guys show no accountability. In response to every complaint you guys ALWAYS respond as if its not your fault or act totally oblivious. Heading to FedEx at 9 when they open

Horrible customer service. I read online how to get a package delivered to the store because we are out of town. The first person that helped me was friendly and was great at helping me but an older man came out of the back and yelled at me because he called my mom who mailed the package to me and she didnt answer so he was getting ready to send my package back and acted like I couldnt have my package deliveredto the store. It had only been delivered an hour before I picked it up. Thankful I never have to deal with that place again.

I was really interested in getting a mailbox at this location due to the conveniency. But, I see all of the horrible reviews. Needles to say,Im very skeptical at this point which is very disappointing. To management you all need to do better in your process, train your employees, people shouldnt have to worry about packages not being at your location, especially the ones your employees and or you signed for nor should customers have to deal with employees being rude. I now have to go out of my way to another location due to you all dont want to take responsibility nor have great customer service. Im pretty sure you all dont care because, its not affecting you.

Wow the manager George refused to resend my box back to AMAZON! One item per box he said! Amazon sent me four times in one box!!! He did offer to charge me for three boxes! 16 bucks? Bro I’m good! Good location bad service! Suggest I pack my own stuff that they are not there to pack items for me just needed tape! You can wait for the owner he said! But he’s in the Philippines worst place and if amazon doesn’t drop them I’ll shop elsewhere too!

This place packed and shipped a package for my parents there to us in NY for the holidays. They mislabeled our box with a number of others and the wrong gifts got shipped far and wide all over the country. When my mother called to talk to manager he was very unapologetic and made her deal with fixing and getting it back to them as he did with all the other recipients who incorrectly received the wrong packages. Then when I had to speak to them, the manager literally said “Yeah happens every year” and again unapologetic.I realize accidents happen but it’s how you deal with them that makes the difference:1) You are the UPS Store - your main job is to pack and ship. Apologize for not fulfilling that job.2) Don’t make the customers run all over making it right and wait to be reimbursed. You should have worked to make it right. You have the original box dimensions and weights for all of them. You have the software to run new labels and the internet connection to email them to each recipient. You also have access to scheduling pick-ups. You are the UPS Store - I know you have these capabilities.3) Realize that more than anything, that the success of your business relies on good customer service - there are other choices.Overall an experience that could have been handled much better.

I shipped a suitcase to NY June 6, 2019. It arrived in NY damaged by oil! I carried it back from NY and took it to the UPS Store to start a claim. Mgr at UPS Store says claim was refused. To make matters worse, while the damaged suitcase was at the store, It was picked up (empty) and sent back to NY!! I asked mgr to have it picked up in NY and shipped back here for evidence, but he said he cant do that. Unbelievable!

This location was extremely helpful. I brought in two open packages with return shipping labels and they taped up the boxes for me and ensured I did everything correctly. Granted I was the only customer in the store at the time, but I was in and out in two minutes. Im very satisfied.

Horrible customer service...they want to charge you for the oxygen you breath in that store. Their prices are way higher than Fedex. Fedex is way friendlier and much cheaper. I wouldn’t use or recommend this store in particular or UPS for any shipping needs.

I visited this store a week ago. When I entered it was clearly not busy. I was having trouble returning an item to AMAZON and the staff could not have cared less. Even though I was the only customer there and as soon as the employees realized I was having trouble, they vanished. Before that, I had to deal with a certain employee that stood with hands on her hips and stared me down until I felt so uncomfortable that I took my business elsewhere. I will never go back!!

This is the worst UPS store Ever!!!! If I could give them five negative stars for rudeness, horrible customer service and price gouging, I would. I attempted to mailed off a sims card, asked for a box, and was told it would be $40 to mail the small cd box to New Jersey. I declined to pay that much and was berated by the elderly female rep. who insisted said I pay for the unused box. Again the box was unused but she insisted that I pay for it. I asked the cost and her nasty remark was, It doesnt matter you still have to pay for it. Again, I hadnt used the box other then put the sims card in the cd box and ask the price. In the end instead of arguing with a old rude woman, I paid, left and went to the post office (great service). My experience was unbelievable and like something out of the Twilight zone. I would not recommend this store to anyone and cant believe it is still in service after reading the other reviews.

This is a very unorganized store. The employees dont know policies and definitly dont say the same thing. The only reason Ive giving them this 1 star is because this is the only way I can post this, otherwise it would have been 10 negative stars.

Horrible... Two of my packages were sent to 732 Eden Way North when I got there they told me I only had one package available but their employee Kim signed both of my packages I was then told they sign packages all day they dont pay attention to what theyre signing. I never got my second package and I was told its nothing they can do Ill just have to reorder. The manager was very rude and nasty..... I guess this is a business to them take other peoples packages and tell them to reorder.

The reason for the poor rating comes from being greeted and served by an employee wearing a sweatshirt with hoody over their head during the entire transaction. The employee did not appear or sound sick. Call me old school, but I viewed this appearance as highly unprofessional while serving customers. Has society changed so much in values and customer service that this will be the new status quo?

I have been utilizing the services at this location for a little over 6 months or more and I have had nothing but positive encounters. So many people have made both negative and derogatory comments about this ups location that I find to be untrue. First of all how can anyone be ungrateful to free package pickup. You have the option to pick up your package FREE OF CHARGE at any ups location througout hapron roads. This service alleviates both package theft from your residence and the need for constant redeliveries to your home. Also one individual stated that their packages that are shipped out from this location are never scanned, nor does it ever reach its final destination. I beg to differ on that statement as well. I have returned a total of 8 or more packages in the past 6 months. Each package is scanned and a return slip is always issued to myself or my husband. And every package reaches its destination in a timely manner. The attitude of all staff members have always been friendly and professional. This is a fast paced, yet sometimes overwhelming job. A persons attitude cannot be judged by a facial expression.

Couldnt print my lable at home for what ever reason (usps and every thing else printed just fine.) They offered no help to print out my label. logged on to their website using my phone and the clerk didnt know how to navigate their own website to bring up the labels. Then only after I figured everything out and the lable was printed, on a normal peice of papper, I get charged $3.13 just for printing the lable. I was saving a roughly a dollar going ups vs usps, and ended up paying 2 more. Wont be using ups anytime soon.

THIS IS THE WORST STORE EVER! I DROPPED A PACKAGE OFF TO BE RETURNED AND IT NEVER LEFT THERE LOCATION. THEY ARE STEALING PACKAGES AND THE MANAGER JESSICA COULD CARE LESS. MAKE SURE YOU SEE THEM SCAN YOUR PACKAGE AND MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT AND HOLD ON TO IT UNTIL YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES AT ITS LOCATION. THE OWNER IS HONORATO ESTEPA. IVE CALLED THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND FILED A COMPLAINT.

WORST EXPERIENCE AT ANY UPS EVER. The staff here is extremely rude. Rude on not one but TWO occasions with different staff members. On top of their dismissive, unhelpful and snippy attitude, they took it upon themselves to make unnecessary markings on my paperwork (notary) which INVALIDATED the entire thing, causing me and my fiancee to do the entire process over again. Needless to say we did NOT employ their services further on the second round. If you need any help, have special instructions or have any questions, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
