Against the advice of several other people. I had an oil sample done as part of another service being done. They lost my sample. So I provided another sample. And was told it would be expedited. Well its been two weeks. Results havent been emailed to me as promised. And they havent made an attempt to contact me.. so to summarize it all. Im still waiting on the results for a oil sample I paid for in December of 2018. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Cummins. Im interested to see if theyll offer to refund the cost of said service.**Update** 02/25/19Received my oil sample. And was refunded the cost as well as a oil and filter change on the house. I will continue to do business them.
The entire staff are outstanding. The one that stands out the most is Jerry Hall, the service supervisor and Chris. They are fair and will do everything to help you. The prices are very fair and service beyond compare. Would recommend them to and will to everyone that needs service no matter how small or large. They are the go to people.
If you want to have your RV worked on by competent people, well they are good at the actual work. But as far as communications within their group or others outside, I have never experienced anyone as bad as this group. Multiple times dealing with this group leaves everyone frustrated with their lack of good communication between each other and with you. And to say they are ridiculously expensive would be an understatement. A $715 towing charge by the towing company was marked up to $1,075 by their system automatically. They are without a doubt the most expensive and frustrating company I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
Workmanship some of the worst that anyone has ever seen. Took 60 days to repair my RV. Once I picked it up it broke down within a few hundred miles. Next Cummins repair place said over half of the stuff was not hooked up and it was missing parts. The stuff that was hooked up was hooked up wrong. They have done nothing to make it right. The issue here is when you have work done at one Cummins dealer and you take it to another after it breaks down they will fight over bad workmanship issues and they will leave the customer holding the bag.
A special thanks to Ryan the parts tech who ordered a part for me on a next day service and it was on time, if no one answers the phone, well Ryan is doing the job for 2. Great job Ryan keep up the good work and customer service.
Outstanding customer service. Fixed my RV Cummins Onan generator quickly when others had tried and failed. Professional reception by skilled people at the front desk. Tommy Shrieves took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. Will definitely be going back there for scheduled maintenance and any future issues. Well done.
Great service and nice folks...
Had onan qd3200 genset in RV that would not crank. Although it took a little while to get appropriate parts for troubleshooting and fix, Jerry got the genset cranking just like new, under warranty.
Appointment was over looked, they offered a free service for my inconvenience. Caring about the customer needs!!!!
