I highly, highly recommend First Class Auto Storage. This is the best vehicle storage company I have ever used. I would not hesitate one bit if I had to store with them again. It is so much better than parking in a stand alone storage unit out or a field. It is well worth it knowing your vehicles are well cared for.I stored 2 vehicles here for 18 months. During that time they were very prompt and communicative through email and accommodating of my questions. The cars were cleaner than I left them and it was clearly evident that were well taken care of.Short term or long term, if you value your vehicle this is the best place in the area.

So I’ve used Katie and her services twice, and this is ONE OF THE BEST COMPANIES I’VE EVER USED. The first deployment I went on, I left my car with Katie. I had got into a car accident before hand, and my door was a bit scraped up, she offered to let the insurance company come to adjust it to fix it while I was away! IIn the meantime i was unable to because I got extended and she was reasonable and understanding throughout all of it! I came back and used her services again this year and my car came back looking cleaner than I’d left it. It purred like a kitten when I turned it on. Drives just as before. Everything was literally just how I left it. I would 10/10 recommend using her services. I’ve heard horror stories of coworkers coming back to their car on cinder blocks from being left in parking lots, and rusted out, I wouldn’t trust no one else but First Class Auto Storage if I ever deploy again.

Hands down #1 auto storage in the Hampton roads. They picked up my car from the pier from on the day of my deployment and I returned to my car in pristine condition.They even performed all the necessary annual vehicle service including changing brakes and rotors all at a reasonable price than your regular car dealership would charge. Highly recommended. You’ll not be disappointed.

Great place to stow your vehicle! I’m in the Navy and went on deployment for 7 months, but didn’t have a place to store my vehicle. I stored my vehicle with First Class Auto, and had no problems at all. Customer service was great, and the monthly rate is reasonable compared to other places. Would recommend this business. First Class Auto Storage has my stamp of approval!

First Class Auto storage goes above and beyond to ensure customer service and quality auto storage. They assisted me with a 6 month storage of my vehicle at a last minute time crunch, even going as far as to drop me off at my work after storing. Upon returning to the USA, they had my vehicle waiting for me, all ready to go with no hassle! Fantastic team and second-to-none service in the area!

First Class Auto took amazing care of me during my deployment; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had the utmost peace of mind about my vehicle including: fresh weekly starts to move the oil and fluids, had mechanics once over the vehicle noting any safety issues or things that needed to be addressed like tail lights and brake rotors, and even threw in a headlight servicing for free because my aftermarket housings were starting to get hazy. If for any reason I had to store my vehicle again, I can say without a doubt there would be absolutely no stress and I’d call them in a heartbeat.

Katie was awesome to work with! I needed a place for my Mustang Cobra to be kept so we could do some garage work. The job ran a few days longer than expected and she was so accommodating and understanding. I don’t hesitate to recommend First Class Auto Storage and would use them again in a heartbeat! ♥️♥️

They are great especially Katie. She is helpful for military that are about to go on deployment and you need someone to watch over your car and keeping you updated about your car via email. I really recommend this place if you need a place to watch over your car.

Easily the best auto storage in the seven city area. Owner is incredibly detail oriented, knowledgeable and friendly. She is so generous, she offered free temporary storage during a hurricane that was coming through. Keeps the cars cleaned, maintained and running while youre away, leaving you with literally zero stress!

The owners of First Class Auto Storage understand the pains of deployments and accommodate at every step of the way.They also provide pick up and drop off services to include Naval Station Norfolk. Another thing I loved was that they took my vehicle for an inspection while I was out to sea, so I didnt have to worry about it when I came back.I highly recommend this place for anyone in the area.
