They work hard to find the best products to suit your needs.I was already aware of this agencys great reputation in the community so when I became disenchanted with my auto insurance rates I called Centerville and asked them what they could do for me. The following day I visited their office which is located on the third floor of the Oakbrooke Professional Center on the corner of Network Station and Innovation Drive just off of Clearfield Avenue in the Greenbrier section of Chesapeake. The building is also home to a number of other businesses which share a large private parking lot. The building and grounds are well maintained and there is plenty of available parking.I brought the declaration page of my current policy from another company with me when I visited the office so they could make a direct comparison for a new policy. They made copies of my paperwork and since it was late in the day they said they would work up some different options then get back to me. The weekend was upon us so on Monday they were ready with some options for me. I appreciated that they checked with multiple carriers. Ultimately they gave me a great policy with Erie Insurance that had better coverage with higher limits and the same deductibles as my current policy. I got a better policy and saved a ton of money, the Erie policy is $900 a year less than I was paying and they even guaranteed the rate wouldnt increase for three years. Needless to say, I was thrilled. The paperwork was processed quickly. I wrote a check and was soon on my way.The agency is owned by Keith and Laurie Miller and they have been in business for many years. They and their staff have a lot of industry knowledge and experience and are committed to treating you with respect and providing you the best products for your individual needs while backing it up with outstanding customer service.
