Charge a lot of money but get very little service

Ashley is above and beyond helpful with anything we need. Ive never had an insurance agent who actually cares about me as a customer. I will never go back to the faceless voids of Progressive/Geico!

I have been part of the Declan Kelly Insurance Agency for 39 years, when I got my first auto policy from Declan’s father in law, Bob Bazemore... the founder of the agency that became Declan Kelly insurance Agency. I became part of the Allstate family a generation ago and chose to continue with the Kelly’s. I am not just someone that has a policy or two with an insurance company... I am a customer that gets taken care of - not given an 800 number to call...Declan and Anita have earned my business. The old saying that you “get what you pay for” is so true with the Declan Kelly Agency... Allstate policies have taken care of my family for most of my adult life with home auto and life insurance.You are in “”Good Hands with Allstate “ because of the service this agency provides.

Ive been with Allstate almost my whole driving life, and Ive never been treated or ignored until these folks at Delcan Kelly! Please be aware that when you cancel with them there are hidden charges, even if you cancel before your due date. Also, DO NOT use their Emergency Road Assistance, they are a ripoff! Never try to contact the owner, Mr. Kelly, he will not respond! Im going to stick with GEICO!!!

Very unprofessional! I have been paying a bill here for years, and I was disrespected by Ms Kelly!! I will not recommend anyone to this establishment unless she learns how to have good customer service!
