Only went with them because of our warranty. We made an appointment and they did a no call no show the first time. Finally got them to show up, refused to answer questions about their work, didnt come in to double check their work, even after I asked them to. Less than a month later we were having issues again with our AC.. We were told we had to go with them again because it was within their work guarantee of original claim. They NEVER returned our calls.. Myself, my husband and our landlord all called with no return. Sears warranty company finally changed us to a company to come make the repairs on their behalf.

Less than happy with their service. Was assigned this contractor by our home warranty company. When they came out to assess our a/c unit, they were here approximately 5-10 minutes total. Stated that unit was low on freon and added a pound. Less than three days later, the a/c was not working again. New technician came by today and said that the unit has a leak in the compressor coil and needs replacing. Seems to me, Four Seasons was more concerned with getting out of here quickly than being a professional contractor and fixing my unit properly. I would recommend you use another contractor if you have that option.

A/C went out on Sunday morning sometime, found out after we got back form fishing. Called and left a message that afternoon. Monday morning they called and said that they would not be able to make it out until Wednesday. Monday afternoon they called and said that they could be there in the next 30 minutes. Knock on the door 20 minutes after I hung up, recharge of freon later, and we have cold air coming out of the vents! Thanks again, Four Seasons!!!

Serious administrative problems. No idea whether or not the service would have been good.Stood us up on three appointments. Wouldnt return calls after the 3rd one. Tried for 3 more days and finally had to call my home warranty company to get another service provider assigned.

Horrible was here 5 minutes Someone told me I needed freon and they wont listen and is saying my ac listen. Sucks that Im assigned to them by my home warranty.

Was assigned this Company via Home Warranty, showed up, did about 5 minutes of work, then charged the full deductible. Seemed more worried about leaving than checking anything else out. Would Not Recommended or use if wasnt made to via the Home Warranty

Terrible customer service.Doesnt answer phone.Doesnt return calls.Couldnt fix my problem so he chose to ignore me.Do not use this guy.
