Being an previous employee, I may sound biased. But mark my word, Dennis has always been a great manager that did his best to achieve customer satisfaction, and I witnessed that first hand every single day - as he was an even better mentor. This man started my career into the mechanical world, and I’ll always be appreciative of that. If you’ve never stopped into this place before, I highly suggest doing so. You won’t regret it.

Derek and Christian were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were very pleasant and fun to talk to. My sister referred me to them. That location will definitely be my favorite place to get all my truck services. Thank you guys. I enjoyed my visit.

Came in for an oil change and assistant manager John was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. I would not mind coming back to this place, it was a very good experience compared to other Valvoline places where they haggle you to death.

I had been in several different locations. The main point of service is naturally the staff tries to make additional sales and also some staff says ok even if aome routine check ups are not proper. It is quick and you can rely on oil changes is my feeling.And once they said they said changed for 5K Oil but he printed a sticker for 3K miles which he said could not print.

Better watch carefully with what theyre doing under the hood. They ripped my ground cables out, and broke the positive cover on the battery and had the audacity to place it on the negative terminal. I came here once and it was good but the second time resulted in this fiasco. Come on, I was starting to like this place. Ridiculous

I visited the Cherry Hill Valvoline around 3pm on 2/10/21 and the team was amazing. I specifically want to thank the manager LJ (John), Alex who was VERY professional and helpful, and Mike “the guy in the basement”. This team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome after being turned away from the Mt. Ephraim location. They not only let me use the coupon I had trouble with at the other location, but ensured they gave me any other discounts that applied. They were super helpful, knowledgeable and had great customer service. As someone who worked 7 years in customer service, I appreciated them all so very much. I had my oil changed, headlight bulb replaced & cabin filter changed all under an hour! I will only be returning to this location from now on. I hope their district and regional managers see this & know how great of employees they have! -Aylin

The staff was goofing off, stopping talking about things unrelated to their job.. They started servicing another car and left me sitting without anyone servicing my car..They had no regard that they instructed me to turn the car off and it was 100 degrees. It took almost 40 minutes and there was not a car in front of me for at least 30 if the 40 minutes.. I will not return to this location again..

Very quick and efficient was able to stay in car while services were rendered. Took approximately 15-20 for oil change, filter change, air conditioning check. Had kids with me so it was great to not sit for along period of time with impatient kids.

Professional team - with no bs upselling - changed air filter but only after taking the one in the car out in front of me - filled fluids and checked AC and even though freon needed a boost were happy to just make me aware - oh and by the way, was able to pull right in - they inflated tires, etc - all in all it took 15 minutes and cost 50% of what regular service tech charges

This is my second time visiting this location and I am thoroughly impressed by the level of service that I receive there. Having had spent a lifetime working on vehicles myself its nice to know I could take it to some place and have it handled competently while also at a good price. this is now my go-to location for all the vehicles in my family and I cannot recommend them enough. Excellent service and you are in and out very quickly.

Went to another Valvoline to get an oil change. They did not check the gauge correctly or something. And turns out I was leaking oil the next day. Went to cherry hills Valvoline and the manager took very good care to find out what was going on. His name was Derek and he was AMAZING!!! Felt much more comfortable leaving versus going in!! Will be going here from now on!!

I was hesitant to get an oil change with everything going on. Derek and Donald were professional, kept their distance, and overall had an amazing attitude while I stayed safe in my car behind the window glass. I will 100% be going back. Drive up and in for service. They will check your fluids, lights, wipers, battery, filters, ac and let you know what your car needs. Then they will do the work while you sit in the car. They do it fast and correctly. Great place! Courteous, quick, and very friendly. They often have coupons they can send to your phone if you ask or look online for oil service. 20 minutes there and I drive out confident that the car is in good shape for fluids and all they checked and serviced.No appointments. Drive in, get it done, pay, and roll out. Easy !!I have found out and had them fix things I didnt know about or that would have caused problems for me later. They do a lot more than my listed too.

I live in Northeast Philadelphia and come over the bridge to this particular Valvoline because they were either trained right they from the get-go and its a pleasurable experience thank you all again

Loved the place. No appointments required. I was there for an oil change and was out within 20 mins. They ask check your vehicle and provide what is required for the vehicle. I also change air filter and ac filter as per their recommendation.

Tia and Gorge checked all fluids, lights, a/c, etc. Its truly instant, as wait time is minimal, and quality of service is top of the line.Why would you go to the place with three boys on the sign?

Very friendly and professional crew. I got a bunch of overdue maintenance done in about 30 minutes. My time is limited and this was so much easier than dropping my car off at a mechanic. Ive got a great mechanic, but these guys are more focused on the maintenance needs of the car.

This is probably my favorite place to go for an oil change- and I live in Philadelphia. Everyone is very friendly. The employees are extremely efficient despite a packed house (4 cars!) So long as I live nearby, I’ll continue coming here for the service and the friendly staff.

Great service but very talkative. I understand they like to explain what theyre doing and want to hold a conversation with you but that along with the yelling back and forth to each other sometimes it just feels like its too much.

Theyre fast, friendly, reasonably priced and do a great job. My last oil change they had my truck in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I only went here because Groupon offered a great deal for an oil change. Service was okay in timing. They try to upsell way to much including the manager. Which is sad. Why cant customers just get what they need done with out companies trying to rip you off for services not needed

I used to go here all the time with my truck. I recently got a VW and when I had difficulty popping the hood (still learning the ins and outs of the new layout) I was told thats why we dont recommend German cars. Thanks for the tip, Ill bring it to a place that accepts all vehicles.

Was going here for year.....till I got my new car. Went there and was told it had an oil leak.. They tried to sell me something I didnt need saying it would stop my oil leak....so I took it to 2 other places and both places said there is no oil leak...went back today to complain and the asst. manager shows me picture saying it was my car....it showed an oil leak...I go home jack up my car and noticed it wasnt my cars pictures he was showing me...he showed me a picture of a blue oil filter with oil on it....I have a black filter and guess what no oil on it at all....I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN....nice try valvoline. This is y I dont go to pepboys or juffylube...all 3 r rip offs...make sure u know ur stuff when going here....dont let them try and get u for something u dont need.

I use to take my truck there all the time so when I got a new car 2012 ford focus I started taking that there too . On my first oil change with my new car the gentleman try to tell my husband that my car had a oil leak and tried to tell my husband he can sell him something to stop the leak my husband knew that was a lie due to the fact my husband is a person who know a lot about cars and knows if you have a oil leak you have to change the seal . So my husband took our car to 2 other people for other opinion and was told there was no oil leak so we went back to valvoline and told the manger on duty what happen and they recheck our car just to lie to us again and show us pictures of an oil leak so my husband came home and check it his self to found out that the pictures he showed us where not even of our car the manger showed us a picture of a blue filter with oil on it and my filter is black and there was no oil leak at all I will never go back there again or recommend them to anyone they try to rip people off and they lie to you
