This location is absolutely amazing! They took me in when i was in a pinch, treated me amazing when i was very upset with the current state of the vehicle…Both Carmen and Victor took the time to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle over the course of a few hours while i was having extensive work done. I cant thank them and their crew enough for all that they have done! You guys are the absolute best and have earned a life long customer! Keep up the great work! Saturday was my first visit to Mavis Tire. We didnt have an appointment and I wasnt sure how things would go, given that it was a holiday weekend.I was impressed from the minute we entered the shop. We were helped immediately and provided a clear time line for when our car would go in.The work was completed quickly and we were kept in the loop through the whole process. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgable.The Cherry Hill location has an outstanding team in place. Our options were clearly explained without any pressure, allowing us to make an informed decision that met our needs.I will absolutely return in the future. Tremendous experience.

Had brake job done all four wheels. A week later tried to engage parking brake it locked my wheels and would not release. I tapped my brake pedal and heard a noise from rear of car releasing emergency brake. Then had no resistance or stop the car from moving whenever I attempted to engage emergency brake again.I took it back and they said there was nothing wrong but I took elsewhere and the said the brake was not reinstalled correctly when they pulled the rotor.Will never ever go back

Had a flat leaving work at 5:30 on a Monday and called Mavis on Rt. 70. Carmen took my car and held it overnight while I brought my spare wheels up from home since the blown tire was a weird size. Got the spare wheels and tires on and checked and Carmen had me on my way with a smile. Highly recommend this location

Great Service. Car repair was completed ahead of time. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. Carmen went the extra mile to make sure I had the correct repairs at the lowest cost. I would definitely recommend taking your car there for both minor and major repairs.

Carmen assisted me with my tire despite having a full day booked. As with most businesses, they are short staffed but the service I received did not reflect that. I had a quick leak in my tire and did not want to drive home. Carmen was pleasant and accomodating and assured me that he would be able to my vehicle that day if I left it. It was a great experience and I was relieved that he was able to assist me on short notice in less than ideal circumstances. THANK YOU!

In the past couple years Ive had the worst experience with flats but Carmen made everything so much easier with getting things fixed. Couldnt have asked for a better experience at this place thanks to Carmen and his employees. Highly recommend

The guys working here are absolutely amazing! I went in to replace a tire and they were all so incredibly helpful. I know next to nothing about cars and tires, but they were so knowledgeable, professional, patient with my silly questions and honest. They checked my alignment and gave me awesome advice when I feel like another place might have taken advantage of the situation. I highly recommend Mavis in Cherry Hill. Carmen is an especially wonderful human being!

Over Memorial Day weekend, a nail got stuck in my tire and all of the local repair shops that I called couldnt fix it until after the holiday. However, when I called Mavis, not only did Carmen tell me that they could fix it same-day but also, I was in and out in less than 5 mins. Most recently, I got a flat tire and without hesitation, I took my car to Mavis for service. It took a few days for the tire to arrive (it had to be ordered) but Carmen saw to it that the tire was immediately installed upon its arrival and got me back on the road that day. Thank you to Carmen and the mechanics at Mavis.

I got work done a few months ago from Mavis on Rt.73. My car is still acting up. Because of work and family I didnt have the time to take it back until day 6/13/21. Here is my receipt that show that I have a 12 month warranty. I was told that because the person who worked on my car not there I have to come back tomorrow or I have to pay for someone new to work on it. Than I was told that my car work is not under Warranty . Also, told the guy that worked on my car, doesnt work on the weekend, when I got my work done on the weekend. Smh .

Friendly people but it took close to 3 hours to get tires installed with an appointment. Not Mavis fault, only had one tech working the garage and did the best they could and thats all you can ask of anyone.Cant get people to work..its the new normal

I had a 10 AM appointment at the Cherry Hill 70 location. I made the appointment the day before and I arrived on time for my appointment and Carmen said he will get me in as soon as he can and I waited one and a half hours literally. He never came out one time during that whole hour and a half to say to me it will be soon or we’re going to get your car in soon.... nothing he never said nothing so I asked him for the keys and told him you made me wait an hour and a half you never checked up on me. I said I was leaving because of that and he never apologized or say anything. I will never go back to that location again I am very disappointed and also I’ve been going to Mavis discount tire for years and years so that was a very bad experience.

I mistakenly gave them 5 stars they didnt deserve a 5, I should have given them 2 stars only.they supposed to have given me a front and rear alignment as it stands it wasnt done correctly so they said they did it again,but I went to another car repair and they told me that I need an alignment.

This Mavis is one of the best I have ever been serviced at, from past experience of 3 other Mavis Discount Tires. Floor manager Carmen is great and full of Auto knowledge(27 years worth of experience), he will never sell you anything you dont need and safety is his #1 priority. Crew is great and professional also highly recommend checking this place out if you need service from oil change to changing calipers !

Not as professional as other mavis. Have issues with a set of tires Nika avatar that my car wont balance cause they wont use the dots on the tire on the valve stem to have better balance.. but the district manager help me and replace the tires and now work great.. todd has a bad attitude with me because of that and wont listen even tho I wasnt argue in with him just trying myself to explain somethings .. and after the replace the new tires I went to s place and notice that my center cap on the rim was missing .. looks that they were mad with me and misplaced and lost it.. cause I call them and they say they put it all.. so how in the world that pop out

Great customer service. My car was stalling on and my check engine light was on. I called this Mavis and I was able to bring in my Journey at last minute. They inspected my car and fixed the fluid problem. They were fast and went extra mile to help me at no cost. Todd and Darnell were very polite and understanding of my situation. The Manager always takes great care of me at the Rt70 Mavis Tire center. Ive been going there for years. N will never go anywhere else.

I took my car car in for a routine break pad change and left with a broken wheel stem and a bent windshield wiper arm and a major headache. The store manager Todd and assistant manager Darnell were good but some of the so called mechanics dont need to be working on cars. The tire guy was bending and forcing parts into place to make them screw on. Lug nuts missing and like I said before wheel stems broke. Mavis repaired the proven stem but the car still doesnt drive like it did before. I am highly regretting taking my car here now Im forced to take my car into the dealer to have everything checked and repaired properly. I strongly advise you to go somewhere else for tires, brakes, minor repairs. Do better Mavis!

The best service in South Jersey! From what I understood, Augie is a new team member and his customer service is one for the records! I’ve never received service like I did with Augie and his team. I was nervous bc I am a 29 yr old woman who’s easily taken advantage of in the mechanic industry. I never felt more comfortable than I did here. Courtesy, positive, professional & passionate. Outstanding customer service. I was on my way home from work yesterday and I drove over a massive bolt. I pulled into Mavis and the lovely gentleman who I believe was working the desk came outside right away and assisted me. He came right out and pulled the bolt out, plugged my tire and checked my air pressure. Idk if he could tell I was having a tough week and that bolt was just the cherry on top but he sent me on my merry way free of charge. It’s kind gestures like that, that can change your terrible week into a good one. I needed that act of kindness. I wish I caught his name so I could personally thank him here. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service! I will be returning.

Great experience at your Cherry Hill location on Rte 70. A valve on my wife’s Infiniti snapped off and rather than drive over to the dealership, I figured I let Mavis try and fix it. I am pleasantly delighted with the service I received. The team was all wearing proper PPE, greeted me immediately and listened to what I had to say. I used the free WiFi to continue working since it was mid day and mid week.Anthony was my technician and repaired the valve within 45mins of my arrival. Carman, the manager was extremely nice and explained the variety of valves they have on site for such repairs. I was out the door within 1 hour. There was an issue with the manufacturer warning light not turning off so I stopped by the next day and Carman had a tech fix it immediately. The problem had something to do w a reprogramming issue.Bottom line, you have a nice team there in Cherry Hill, I’ll be sure to let others know.ThanksMike BMarlton, NJ

The guys here are awesome. There was a slight mishap with them getting my phone number wrong, but they really went out of their way to help. I was worried about how the heck I was going to balance my day without my car (I know - its such a small thing to worry about) because they were closing in 10 minutes when I ended up calling to follow up on my car. They let me come in, as I dont live too far, but they still ended up staying 10 minutes after they were supposed to close. 😬 I feel bad about that, but they didnt make me feel like it was a gigantic inconvenience with body language or anything like that, which was really kind.With all that said, Id prefer these guys go home on time because I do feel bad still. LOL. Ill try not to ever repeat that situation for everyones sake.Fantastic people work here who really remind me of guys I used to work with. Overall really great and I super duper recommend them!

Will neither go to this mavis location nor will recommend to anyone....I bought set 0f 4 Michelin tires (60,000 miles )and they worn out at 32000 miles to trend 2...called Michelin for warranty. They asked me to take it to Mavis for inspection and I called Mavis (Talked to Manager Todd) and he straight away told me that they do not do inspection for Michelin. I told him Michelin gave me case no. and you just have to inspection and send them report. I am not asking you to pay me. He told me that he will not do it and I have to find other place. Called Michelin and complaint since this store is listed on their website as authorized dealer for inspection. Anyways, since I bought tires here..at least show some courtesy...if you buy tire at this place and something goes wrong ...you have to deal with it..they will not take any responsibility nor will they help you with WARRANTY...

I went in to see how long it would be to check a tire out. There was one car in the parking lot and the guy says * its going to be an hour and half to 2 hours before I even look at your car. I bought my tires there but I will never go back .

Excellent and professional service where the customer comes first. I brought my car there as a result of an expected tire damage. They took my car in right away and provided me with the information needed. The service was awesome and the managers were courteous and informative.

Took 2017 jaguar xe in for slow leak on rear tire. The guy that did the work scratched my wheel around the lug nut area and I have to pay to have the scratches remove. This guy should never be allowed to touch a magnesium wheel, ever. Mavis pays their help very poorly, and as such they only employ the bottom of the barrel. Will not use Mavis again. I can’t afford to.

I do not know why STS used such short valve stems. I have to take the hub caps off to check the tire pressure. Also the hub caps were not installed lined up with the wheel correctly. Attention to detail seems to be poor. I hope the rest of the front suspension was installed correctly. For an 1100 dollar repair bill I would think attention to detail would be better. When I worked for my father at his auto repair business attention to detail was number one priority.
