I know someone trained to work for this branch brand new, and was injured. They held the persons hard earned checks. I found that to be incredible when they can easily mail it being the post office. Then they fire their employees as retaliation for being injured while training on the job. They manipulate the 90 day rule as a reason to terminate. Moreover, they don’t even have happy customers at this branch. Also from reading the horrible reviews and 2star rating that’s sad and embarrassing to see. I honestly don’t even wanna rate this place one star that’s giving them way too much credit.
The staff is helpful and as efficient as is possible in a government agency. Theyve pointed out the most cost effective way to mail packages.
Made a special trip out here because they have a self-serve kiosk, but it was not working.
The best thing about this post office is the fact that they have an electronic kiosk and the lobby is always open. If you have something to mail and just need postage. This is the best. Over the holidays, I witnessed lines literally out the door for the teller. I walked in, used the kiosk, and left within 4 minutes.

I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who assisted me today because she not only provided me and other customers with excellent service, but she was calm, reassuring and exceled at her job. I had to package and mail 6 items to locations all over the world so it took me about an hour to get all of that done. While I was working at a table across the room, I could hear her as she handled each person. She provided top-notch customer service and was so very pleasant to every single customer regardless of the fact that some of the customers were not very nice to her. All I remember about her name was that it was 4 characters long. Wish I could give her a proper shout out here.
Why list a phone number for the Cherry Hill PO when NO one answers the phone?
Package was delivered 3 weeks late, soaking wet and ruined all the contents of the package. Of course, they do nothing to compensate and I’m just out the product/money.

I received a notice that someone sent me a letter and it was short 60 cents in postage. I have been there twice to pay and no one knows where the letter is. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The first time was a certified letter that no one could located then after the 5th visit they found it. I still haven’t received the letter. The postal clerk told us she doesn’t know where letter is.

In mid November, 2018, Cherry Hill experienced some early winter weather. I had a shipment of live fish arriving on the day the storm hit. The staff did an excellent job keeping my package warm and safe. I want to especially recogognize the professionalism of my local mail carrier, I don’t know his name, who delivers the Chapel AV E area. Him and the local USPS agent at the Marlkress location, Cindy, showed genuine concern for my delivery. My hats off to both. Thank you for doing the right thing. While one could say a post office is a post office that really isnt the case. The longtime staff here get to know you after coming in for years and are friendly and helpful. I wish the hours were better but at least they have the stamp vending machine available whenever.

I have called 7 times now within the past 48 hours and have yet to recieve any service. UPS informed me that my local USPS mustve lost my package worth $198 or must be holding it- yet they have yet to answer me??? I want to know what is going on... 0/10 would recommend this service. Not the first time this has happened (in regards to losing my packages).
Wanna thank usps for ruining my husbands birthday! Was supposed to receive my package today. Well, I did damaged and not even in the box!!! Package has stickers on it handle with care right next to it a stamp saying package is damaged. Went to open it, no need was already opened by someone there I guess and taped back shut! Took a look inside absolutely nothing was even in there. Thanks so much for this. Definitely will be paying for fedex shipping from now on. Completely ridiculous do not send packages threw them!!!!!! They could care less!!! Customers service told me I’m waiting at least two weeks so they can figure out which employee stole my package and it’s my responsibility to contact the supplier of my package when they lost it. Wish I could give them 0 stars.
This is the best Post Office. I have never had a problem in the better than five years living here. My carrier is awesome.
Three years I have been going to the Marlkress post office and I find the staff VERY friendly and helpful. Maybe the wait can be a little long sometimes BUT that is because they will go the extra mile to help and be friendly to the customers they serve - and that sometimes takes time. I live in Marlton and actually travel the extra 10 minutes to this post office - bypassing the Marlton post office where the staff is RUDE and very unaccommodating.
Shockingly, the comment(s) about a 2 hour wait time are true. Im currently waiting for a rep, with the computer-generated voice stating a 2 hour and 10 minute wait time! Amazing!!!

Post office left note that package wasnt delivered. Couldnt bother to fill out the form why it wasnt delivered. Made me wait over an hour at the post office to actually receive my package. USlessPS.
I came to this location a few days ago looking for a package that was supposed to be mailed to me in Blackwood but was sent to this location and became lost in translation. I was helped by a man named Andrew McWilliams who looked for my package and found that it was sent to the Bellmawr facility. He explained what happened and went out of his way to text me the picture of my package and the details of transit as well as reach out to people at the other facility to fix the issue. He was patient and took the time to help me to the best of his ability. It was most appreciated!
When I cancelled my post office box after the summer, I did not receive mail for a week and half. Make numerous calls, only to be told they would look into it and call my back. Which never happened. I had to call them back only to be told again someone would call me back. You usually have to call 3 to 4 times before someone answers the phone. Horrible service from management.
Is there an option for zero stars? Why have a phone number if there is no one to answer? I have called 16 times today until the phone stops ringing. I livevin a condo complex and our packages are placed in a box below our mail boxes and we receive a key to open it. The key was unlabeled and I checked all 24 boxes for the complex and it did not open a single one. The package is a gift for tomorrow. I am beyond annoyed. USPS continually provides poor service, I would prefer all deliveries to be fed-ex or ups direct, no drop offs to the post office because of their faulty equipment.
The old guy is neither nice or helpful. If you have a problem don’t go to him for help, he’ll only make it worse and be antagonistic about it.
No one ever answers the phone and ALL MAILBOXES are FULL so you can never leave a message! Welcome to USPS! No wonder Fedex, UPS and even small companies like Laser Ship are taking over and doing 100 percent better job!
Came here to find out how much postage I needed to mail out invitations so I brought an example in a blank envelope. It was square (aka odd shape ) but only .4 ounces so I wasnt sure if it needed a 50 or 71 cent stamp. A very old man behind the counter begins trying to ring me up as if I were about to mail it. A blank envelope. I again explained that I just want to know what stamp Id need for it and after a long pause and a blank stare he answers a dollar. For an envelope smaller and lighter than a standard greeting card?! After I gave up on my question my fiance then attempted to buy an unrelated shipping envelope; the guy enters a few things in the computer, picks up a piece of paper that had been sitting there when we arrived and says is this yours? then mumbled something incoherent and says have a nice day, never attempting to collect the $3 fee of the envelope! Might be time to upgrade your staff, Im pretty sure that guy has no idea hes even in a post office let alone working for one.
Out right lie about attempted delivery yesterday - was out working on lawn in front of my mail box at time Cherry Hill delivery said they attempted to deliver - with a helper and another family member - unbelievable there is no supervision or quality check

Surprisingly warm, efficient, knowledgeable service.
Did not pick up package even though I scheduled a package delivery. Tried calling but the automated service is IMPOSSIBLE to navigate. When I finally got the option to speak to an agent the wait time was 20min. Waited for 30min before hanging up. Theres no incentive for them to make their services better.

Ugh! So frustrating dealing with staff at this USPS! They lost my package and instead of apologizing, the older guy kind of laughed it off and told me there was nothing to do about it, it was lost.On top of that, the mail delivery person that comes to my street is the laziest and moodiest person Ive ever met. If any package needs signature confirmation, he just leaves the sorry we missed you notice even though Im usually home. I guess its too much work to get his butt off the truck and walk to the front door to do his job.And God forbid you shovel snow near the mail box so he needs to get off his truck to deliver the mail. He will yell at you and skip your house.Awful. Just awful.
